Not happy with there service, I brought my durango in there to get the heat fixed they said it with parts and install it world be over 1000 so I said ok I pick it up no heat I was Leaving the same day to go out of town so I didn't have time to leave it there again, when I got back I took straight back to them and now they find other problems, I feel like some of these shops just like throwing parts at vehicles and taking advantage of people.and this place is one of them

As the norm with this dealership. Had our chrysler 300 towed there Tuesday. Today is Friday, no confirmation of the problem. $1800.00 worth of diagnostics? Terrible service and no communication.

Just bought a new truck from stony plain. In this market it has been hard to find the one I wanted. But over the last month they kept me updated as new trucks came in. Till the one I liked showed up. I was out of town so put a no rules deposit on the truck to hold it with no questions if I decided not to take it after seeing it. But it turned out to be the perfect truck. Thanks again. Hope to have a similar experience when I am ready for the next one.

I had a really great experience buying my new vehicle here. I worked with Dave Gibbons who helped to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price!

I ordered a new hellcat, the interior had numerous scratches, they replaced the panels under warranty. What made it interesting is it was winter time and instead of me driving the car over and getting it dirty, they sent the technicians over to my garage to do the work. Definitely went the extra mile!

Amazing service from Start to Finish of the sale and even after the sale they still treat you like family if you any questions or concerns. I’m very impressed with my buying experience here! Claudio Brenman was my sales consultant, he was very easy going, not pushy and super knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a few new trucks in the past but this was my best experience to date. Financing will get you the best rates possible and good with the warranty packages! That brings me to the detailing department, I bought a black truck so it’s a challenge but Chris Gray-wheeler and the detailing department are outstanding! Got the extra warranty and had a few marks and scratches after getting the truck rigged up for work. They were happy to clean it up, fast and do an awesome job!
So all this being said I’d highly recommend Stony Plain Chrysler over any other dealerships! 11/10

Service department is not good couple of teen apprentices that are sloooooow. On top of that every time our vehicle goes in for service it comes back with additional problems. Sometimes it's misplaced prices of plastic but last time we had tires changed and when we got it back there were 3 scratches that were large enough to be noticeable. When we brought it up to them and showed them photos we took before dropping it off they claimed ignorance. When we pushed a little harder they said they'd check the tapes but that this was above their pay grade. We never heard back and now we can't trade our vehicle in like we'd planned to because it gas visible damage. The sales department is a gem. Tire rotations take 1.5 hours with nobody else waiting in line. Not good.

I just purchased a used Ford F-350. Katie was awesome to deal with and made everything super easy and strait forward. Dylan in finance was excellent as well and I have no complaints about my buying experience at Stony Plain Chrysler

This dealership really needs to get some good used vehicles, all they do is try to shove Brand New down your throat. Not everyone can afford to pay $50000-$70000 for a New Vehicle.

They were super helpful with a warranty/not warranty issue I was having, Nadine was incredibly polite and quick to keep me in the loop, and they managed to get everything taken care of. Over all, went above and beyond, great experience each time

This is THE place to go! Katie and the finance team were absolutely incredible to my wife and I when purchasing our car in December. We were very picky about the vehicle and specs that we wanted and they had no issues finding it for us for the best price on the market. I was in contact with other dealers and they didn't come close to what Katie did for us in terms of price, time, and respect. Months later I still contact Katie with any issues and she's always willing to help.

Purchased a 2010 Grand Caravan with 211000K. Brakes needed to be done, which they refused. Also engine light came on, they replaced the o@ sensors, It was the catalytic convertor, which was not covered by the extended warranty that I also purchased. About 1 1/2 months later I was in an accident and NONE of the air bags deployed. After my own research, the brakes, and the other issues should have been addressed as it is illegal to let a unit be sold like that.would not recommend this place.

I am over the moon with how perfect this Jeep is. I would highly recommended stony plain Chrysler to anyone. Abby Goodwin was incredible to deal with she was able to find me exactly what I wanted even though the majority of it was over phone. With long distance and a busy work schedule it was interesting But she made it happen & with the help of Jason Pucci they both made this deal so effortless I was in and out in no time driving my dream jeep. I bought a brand new truck from there it was raised I've had numerous problems with it mostly 4 rubbing already been in the shop for 3 weeks rubbing issues in tearing off the left front inside wheel well still Damage Done to the tire took it to a different place they diagnose the problem is a tires are way too big it makes a lot of sense owned phone them today to see if they would put a new set of tires on saying that this is $100,000 vehicle and they told me that they're not going to help me out with tires the problem is there's still so much damage to the left front tire I've still been waiting for a tire from them for over a month this dealership is absolutely disgusting I am going to go through Alberta vehicle Council and do advik warning please do not go to this place drive to Devon anywhere but Stony Plain Dodge

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee at this site. The team is amazing! They are so welcoming and very friendly while very professional. The sales representative who assisted me Vinny Sachdeva was very good. He made the entire process very educating and interesting. Vinny explained everything to my satisfaction. Trong in finance is exceptional. Keep up the good work bro! The Director was also good in aiding the entire process as he chipped in with incentives. Guess what? I ended up buying a second Jeep because of the hospitality at this place. I also love my new ride!

Scheduled a pick up and drop off service for oil change. Everybody was so friendly and they had it done within 2 hours. Such a great service thank you so much! I will be scheduling all my oil change appointments here from now on.

Very upset!
I brought my Jeep here for a safety recall on the transmission, it was done quickly which was great, I jumped in and left my entire dash cluster was In italian the digital speedometer was gone, and none of my functions were working or visible ex: couldn’t see my transmission temperature or tire pressure, I brought it back immediately, they brought it into the shop after realizing it was more then a setting, they had it for 1.5 hours and came out to me and told me after being on the phone with Chrysler there was a recall on the safety recall and there was no fix, they told me to call in a week to see if there was a fix yet, that was my first issue, I feel like I should be notified when there is a fix fast forward a week I call and was advised there was no solution and to call FCA myself… that was my second problem, that’s not my job, so instead I called a different Chrysler dealership, and booked my Jeep in there, then you guys called left a voice mail saying dodge has a fix, I just have to wait for another recall letter in the mail, the. To bring it in, today I took my Jeep into the other dealer ship they had it fixed in 10 minutes it turns out stony plain Chrysler put a CORRUPT FILE on my Jeep and it was a very easy fix! I am very disappointed with the run around I was given from stony plain Chrysler

Went to the parts department and the beer man was exceptionally polite and friendly, not that many good natured folks around these days, regardless of the situation or any situation my moosum always said "no one is above common courtesy". Previously I had given this dealership 5 stars. As you can see I have taken them back. If you did not buy your vehicle from them they will not help you if your vehicle has engine issues and you need a loaner. My truck was having issues on cold start in the morning, I was told I could leave it with them but I could not get a loaner as I was at the bottom of the waiting list and THERE customers come first. Funny i thought I was a customer as well. I had a chat the the service manager he said they would have a loaner for me in a few days. That was almost 2 months ago and I haven't heard a word from them yet. Needless to say my truck will never go there again.

Great buying experience! Great friendly staff that make you feel at home. Much better to deal with than those bigger corporate dealerships.

Nice dealership to take your trk for warranty work. Faster service than i expected. Way better service than st albert dodge and crosstown dodge dealerships. Highly recommend u taking your vehicle to them. 30 min drive from st albert. Well worth it. Will take trk for all necessary work in future.

I needed to have my backup camera replaced under warranty on my 2018 Chrysler 300S. I went to the dealership and spoke with Monica. She said she would have to order the part in. She said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in. Anyway she called me within 10 days to say the part had arrived early and to come down whenever it was convenient for me. So I went down right away. From the time I handed Monica the keys and drove away with the work completed was maybe 35 minutes. Monica was so very pleasant to deal with that I will be back. As well I will strongly recommend to friends that they should contact Monica for all their work on their Dodge Chrysler or Ram vehicles.

During July I was looking for a new Jeep Gladiator with a particular specification. Excellent service. Bought a new truck here and very impressed. Sales, sevice, and the finance department were all great. I will be going back. August 5,2020 we had our Ram 2500 repaired at Stony Plain Dodge.
After getting fuel at Swan Hills Husky on the 4th we began to have vehicle trouble. No power, surging on hills
and down to 40 KMH. Stopped in at Barrhead Dodge and were brushed off by the Service Manager who didn’t even have the time to talk to us. Said only in passing to “come back in a week”. Well, not too pleased
with his no customer service attitude.
So we took to the road to try and make it somewhere to get repaired. We limped down highway 33 to the intersection of highway 43. This took extra time as we could not get speed or power. When crossing. Highway 43 we almost stalled with our holiday trailer in tow. At that point we decided not to proceed any further. We called a tow truck and both truck and trailer were towed to Stony Plain Dodge where Nadine in Service said they would fit us in first thing in the morning. They allowed us to leave our trailer in their lot and plug-in to power for the night. This was above and beyond good service.
Next day they test drove the truck and found it had no power. They tested gas pressure and found it very low.
They had to drop the gas tank and check the fuel pump. It was full of rust and mostly plugged. They flushed the plastic tank and replaced the fuel pump. By 11: 30 am we were back on the road on holidays!
Everyone there went above and beyond in helping us out. Much thanks to Nadine, the service techs and Colin, the Sales Manager; for all your help. I would highly recommend this dealer to others for good attitude and service that cares!

Couldn't take care of the simplest of tasks. Perhaps my request for information on service had little to no value to you but it did to me. All it would have taken is a call back. Service did not service now Sales won't be making the new Jeep sale. If your staff don't care, I won't care to spend my money at your dealership. Thanks to the woman who finally answered my question, you were helpful. Took 3 calls from me to get there though.

Five stars! I’ve been working with Claudio for the last two years to find the perfect vehicle. He never pressured me and was always available. When I was ready, he and his team bent over backwards searching the province for the spec that I was looking for. He nailed it and got me a great deal to boot! Highly recommended!

If i could give negative stars I would. My vehicle was brought in for a calibration. After waiting 1.5 hours was told it was complete. My spouse left with my vehicle and after the calibration my spedo is now out 12 rather then the 8 it originally was. The vehicle was taken back and were the told they can't do a calibration on 35's only 33s. They then refused to refund, after arguing with them they finally refunded and the refused the fix the calibration to what it originally was and we were told the can no longer help us. This is horrible customer service. They have made an error and now won't fix it. Not only is my calibration off I now need to find someone to fix there error as they refuse to do so. We should have been told before hand that they couldn't do this.
