DeAndre was an amazing hygienist. OMG was she thorough, kind and gentle. I was happy to get kudos from her for my home care.

Then I got Doctor Tissera and Kelce. They did a 3d scan of my mouth and I could see my teeth so clearly. Wow technology has gotten so much better. I use to get that goop and I would gag. This camera was quick and accurate. At the end of the appointment they took great care of me and made me feel safe and cared for.

Me and my family have been coming here for a few years now, and this place is the best BY FAR! So glad I switched to Stony Plain Dental. Everyone here is so friendly and professional, I highly recommend to all those looking for high-quality dental care and a classy, clean establishment.

I, like many other people, do not like the dentist. After leaving my appointment I felt much more confident because of how kind and knowledgeable the staff were. Still nerve wracking but the staff is all patient and calm and it makes things so much easier to get through. My first visit to Stony Plain Dental Centre today proved to be a very positive one. Everyone from reception, to the dental assistant to the dentist were friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with everyone and look forward to dealing with this centre on a permanent basis for all my future dental requirements.

Had my first experience at Stony Plain Dental and I can’t believe how great it was. I am a bit standoffish at the dentist but they all made me feel at ease the moment I walked in, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to you. Francis was my hygienist and he made me feel so at ease and Dr. Rashid was upbeat and very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had an abscess tooth they got me in the same day and removed it right away. Not only that, they listened, when I told the my issues with freezing and it was a breeze very friendly people was calm throughout the whole thing

Going to see a dentist is anxiety producing for me usually. But, not here. I have had 3 appointments over the past few months and have felt heard and at ease. Great group of fun professional people. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been having what I was told migraines for 20 plus years. One visit with this clinic and I find out my migraines are in fact tension headaches from clenching and grinding. I’ve had teeth break and multiple root canal’s/caps put on because of this issue. Now I finally started my Invisalign’s and am absolutely optimistic. Not only are the front desk office assistants absolute dolls but the hygienists and doctors are also amazingly fun and amazing at what they do. I know this is only the start of my treatment but am very optimistic and very thankful for everyone there. Let’s not get started with how wonderful they were with my children. We would be here all day.

This is probably one of the most accommodating and and helpful dentist offices that I've ever been a patient at. The team is trustworthy, and always checks in on comfort and anxiety level with a level of communication that is unrivaled throughout the course of treatment.

From the moment I walked into the office I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. I was given a tour of the beautiful space, and was made to feel as though I had known everyone from the administrative staff, to the hygienist, and dentists for a very long time! This facility is equipped with top of the line technology. Honestly, the staff alone deserves far more than a 5 star rating!

I have been going to this clinic since I was little, they have changed owners since and moved location but my goodness is it ever wonderful there. Their staff at the front desk are always lovely! Every hygienist I have had or my children (12 and 4) have been wonderful. They are soooo good with children. My 4 year old just had to get a filling and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tissera. She is just lovely and so tentative and caring to my children. Thank you all in the clinic for what you do and keep up the amazing attitudes and work. We all love going there!

Great work- 5 fillings and I was out of there in just over an hour- the dentist told me exactly what they were doing and they helped me relax and I was able to get through with out to much stress

This is the most amazing dentist office I have ever been to! Working on smiles and providing smiles! Very welcoming reception with alot of beautiful smiles and kind hearts! I had the most pleasant experience with the dental assistant Lauren! She was amazing! Very thorough with procedures and walking me through cost effective planning and best plan of action. Dr jivani was also most pleasant. All in all had a wonderful experience there and would recommend to anyone!

As someone with an irrational fear of the dentist, I needed somewhere that would accept me and work with me to get past that. The staff at Stony Plain Dental did just that. From the warm welcome at reception to Georgia my dental hygienist and finally Dr. Gangji who explained everything and is working with me to get my mouth back up to top shape. I highly recommend them for your dental needs, especially if you’re nervous or have complex needs. They’ll deal with it all. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment which is a hard thing to admit.

Everyone was very helpful and positive. I had not been to the dentist for a number of years and they made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated that the staff was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. If in fact someone did not know the answer to my questions, they promptly found someone who did. I will be coming back.

I had the best experience with Dr. Jivani. As far as a root canal experience can go, Dr. Jivani was gentle, kind, patient and projected a quality experience from the greeting to the goodbye. His assistant Yara was equally great and gently held my hand as I got the freezing administered. I cannot recommend them and the whole clinic enough. Easily the best dental experience I have ever had!

My tooth had trouble freezing but the doctor took her time waiting for it to freeze. I agreed to be frozen enough to continue but it was very painful!

What a spectacular experience! This is by far the nicest dental clinic I've seen, and on top of that the staff are super friendly. Initially I was nervous about my appointment (as I know most people can relate), I was seen by Dr. Gangji who ensured I felt comfortable, we even shared a few laughs while her assistant Yara held my hand as Dr. Gangji checked my teeth. A while back I got a filling done at another clinic yet it hadn't healed and so I sought out another clinic that could fix my persisting issue, and without a doubt Dr. Gangji did this with ease. She spent so much time (which I find is rare when it comes to doctors) but it made me grateful to know that I was in good hands. I will definitely be coming back here and recommding this amazing clinic to all of my friends.

My overall experience at Stony Plain Dental Centre was great. The receptionist at front desk was warm and welcoming. I was offered a blanket and I think I should have taken it since the clinic does get a little chilly. Dr. Jivani and his assistant are amazing. Dr. Jivani works very quick. It was a very good experience visiting this clinic. Very clean and accessible with ample parking. All the staff and doctors were were welcoming and friendly. Both the people who took care of me took the time to listen, identify and advice thoroughly.
They were very patient and answered all my questions in ways that I best understood. It was all painless procedures. Also without insurance, my bill was less than what was estimated. I’m really happy with the service and will be returning for more of my treatment. Would recommend as well! Thank You

Wonderful office with fantastic knowledgeable, patient focused staff. Dr. Gangji’s caring, expertise and willingness to help her patient understand their dental needs, is a Dentist that cares about her patients well being. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Gangji and her staff easily put you at ease and recognize your apprehension. Would recommend Dr. Gangji, Georgia (hygienist), Lesley (hygienist) and the other staff.

Well I went to this location because of their reviews, however I did NOT expect that visit.

When I first came in the waiting room, I overheard the tail end of a personal conversation between two staff members, and immediately thought “hmm it feels like I was meant to hear that this morning”. Good vibes.

When I met the doctor and her assistant, I was blown away. It began by being asked if I’d like a lot of detail or just a little today. I asked for a lot, I thrive on having all the facts and I’d never been asked this before. They asked me which of their values resonated the most with me today, and sculpted my appointment to reflect that.

The doctor laid out all of my options, taking into account my life factors and stresses. She understood my anxiety completely about an extraction and just was really THERE with me in the appointment.

I literally left the place in tears after speaking with the receptionist about my next appointment. No wonder they have such great reviews. You’re not just a dollar, you are a real person. My whole family will see this dentist in the future. I’m actually excited for my next appointment.

Caitlyn the hygienist is so wonderful! She takes her times with kids to make them feel comfortable. Our son Emmett has Autism Spectrum Disorder and dental hygiene and visits use to be hard, but today we had a very successful dental visit! Thank you Caitlyn

I could not believe how high class the look and design of the office was, along with various forms of new technology they use to provide multiple dental services.

From the time I walked thru the doors until the time I walked out the doors I was treated as if I've known the staff my whole life. The front end girls were so welcoming and happy. Yara was amazing and explained everything to me. She has an awesome bedside manor and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Gangji was like a breath of fresh air when she walked in. She explained everything to me, my options etc. I left there feeling like I was "home" and finally found my dentist. I am looking forward to going to the dentist now. Something I never thought I would say. Highly recommend.

I always feel like I am looked after in a caring empathetic fashion when I go in. Grace was lovely and found an opening for my toothache within two days! Thanks girl! My dentist Dr Rashid rocks and is genuine, telling me the truth and is specific on what I need to do to improve my oral health. I really appreciate them and would honestly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a dentist. I never leave reviews but because I feel so strongly about this awesome dental practice I have done so 2x. Keep up the good work everyone and I’ll see you again soon.unfortunately! My bad though ️&️

Last year 2020
I have been taking myself and my two children to Stony Plain dental for well over a year. I can honestly say beside the fact that it’s a beautiful facility the people that work there are truly what make it so special. I have had two fantastic dentist who’ve looked after myself, making sure I was well informed and comfortable every time. Concerning my children the front end staff have always gone above and beyond when booking appointments that needed immediate attention.

I also wish I could have done this sooner but I’m giving a shout out to Tara who I felt knew her job and from what I witnessed had a great working relationship with the dentists she works along side. Through my many visits last year Tara whole heartedly made me feel like I was visiting a caring friend rather than a stuffy dentists office. All my expectations were met.and most ever time they hit it right out of the park. I never have ever left unhappy. The dentists from what I can tell are up to date with any new and upcoming treatments, always leaving me with a quality of work that I feel only comes from a well rounded dental practice! This review has been a long time coming.so thanks from a happy orally healthy patient! ️️

Stony plain Dental has the most amazing staff! They take pride in their work, in each patient: they not only remember you by name but they note the small details in your life that they have learned throughout your time in the chair. No matter where I love I will make the drive to come to Stony Plain Dental. They are all truly one my and are upfront and honest with you about cost and procedure. I have seen both dentists and multiple Hygienists / assistants and honestly I can’t even say I have a favourite! I love them all! If you have any fear of the dentist please I’ve them a chance they will work slowly and make sure you are comfortable in the chair and know what they are doing and what you will expect.

I arrived at 8 am for my dental treatment and was sent home for the 2nd time without a procedure being done. Both times stating they didn't have enough time where I made sure when booking they did.
Unprofessional, expect to be talked down to and be ready for high costly services.

They were all very friendly, informative, and professional. The hygenist and dentist provided options to suit your preference, timeline, and tolerance of treatments.

A bit more expensive than the average for dental services, but they have state of the art equipment and know what they are doing (I experienced their 3-D machine today to get a good picture of all of my teeth). Nice clean and COVID friendly environment. Warm atmosphere, prompt attention and they make you feel as comfortable as is possible in a dental office. Lol!
