Stony plain peoples pharmacy

I started getting my prescriptions at Peoples Pharmacy in Stony Plain and the pharmacist Prakash is very nice and helpful… I’m very pleased I just got my flu and Covid shots from Prakash and it didn’t even hurt. I recommend if you need a new pharmacy try Stony Palin Peoples pharmacy.

The owner is so nice and helpful. I was looking for Tylenol for my daughter and couldn’t find any anywhere due to the shortage of kids medication. He is a compounding pharmacist so he was able to compound Tylenol for me. I appreciate so much how helpful and kind he is. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good pharmacist.

I am so incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from Prakash tonight! I stopped in looking to get some relief for my son who has a nasty diaper rash, Prakash worked with me to find the best treatment options to help with long term relief. I love how he went above and beyond for me and my son, to the point of even staying past closing to make sure we were taken care of.

Because of this they officially have my whole family’s business going forward and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Amazing experience at this pharmacy speaking with Prakash (Pharmacist / Owner). I have had such trouble finding children’s advil / Tylenol, and he let me know they can compound it in house when I need! What a relief when you’ve got sick kiddos! He also let me know that he is a prescribing pharmacist which is amazing. On top of that, I can also go there to get my Tdap vaccine, as well as my booster instead of having to go through AHS at the stony hospital!
Beyond thrilled to have this pharmacy and pharmacist (s) near by! Definitely will be dealing with them instead of my local Shoppers or Rexal! 10/10!

I just love this pharmacy so much! Prakash and Lalji are so friendly and great to talk with. Prescriptions are always quick and both are so helpful! I highly, HIGHLY recommend them and this pharmacy!

Also, I am terrible with getting needles/vaccines… I just got two done by Lalji and I felt NOTHING! I usually need an Ativan, if not, I pass out or have some sort of dramatic reaction. I had nothing and felt nothing - Seriously, he is so skilled!

I highly recommend this pharmacy, Prakash is amazing! Went there in search of poly eye drops for pink eye because there is a mass shortage and he was able to make me a prescription on the spot, even though it was 40mins before closing. Thank you so much for all your advise and help!

I can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy! They take time to get to know you and your family, they are quick and very knowledgeable! I am so thankful we found this pharmacy when we moved to Stony Plain.

Also a fun fact: for any parents worrying about a shortage of children fever/cold medicine … they can compound their own and have it ready for you in no time. 10/10!

Stopped by for my Covid booster and had a nice chat with the pharmacist. I mentioned the issues we were having with our prescriptions/supplies at Shoppers and he was very helpful. Decided to transfer all our prescriptions to him. Especially since he’s a prescribing pharmacist. He also said prescriptions could be delivered to our area (Spring Lake) for free. Fantastic service.

Excellent pharmacy! The owner is a prescribing pharmacist so when we were having troubles with a certain medication, they were able to help us with a suitable alternative right away. Only regret is that I didn't check them out sooner! Welcome to the neighborhood and thank you for your excellent service.

Today I took my 1st prescription to peoples pharmacy in stony plain. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you're looking for one on one professional, caring and knowledgeable pharmacists, this is the place to go. I, like others am unhappy with the "big box" pharmacies in spruce and stony. My family will be moving all Rx to Peoples.

Brilliant pharmacy! I recently moved here from the U. K.and have unfortunately experienced several health problems since. I visited this pharmacy 3 days ago and the owner was very understanding, caring, friendly and attentive! Since prescribing my medication, the pharmacist has even rang to check in and ask how my current symptoms are! This pharmacy really do go above and beyond - Thankyou! Could not recommend enough

I walked into this pharmacy to check it out.because it is very close to where I live. I had a great conversation with a pharmacist named Prakash A very friendly man.down to earth kind of a guy. I liked his knowledge.and he can also write prescriptions. I decided to give him my business from Rexall drug store.also my wife and oldest son moved there prescriptions to Peoples Pharmacy under Prakash. Let’s all support our local pharmacies and take business from big chain stores.

When I learned that we were going to have a pharmacy in Genesis, I couldn't wait to transfer my file over, no more box store service, and close to home. I am so happy I changed pharmacy, not only are Lalji and Prakash very knowledgable, they go out of their way to explain, and give pharmaceutical advise. As well, they are interested in me, and what is happening in my life, we are on a first name basis. Their service is amazing, they can make several prescriptions themselves, and even make home deliveries. I get reminder personal phone calls regarding the drugs I take. Lastly, I was having difficulty getting a prescription coverage from Blue Cross, even after several attempts. A personal call from Lalji to Blue Cross explaining my situation and voila, approved. Thank you L & P, I am a very happy customer and will gladly recommend you to all.

Excellent little pharmacy. They have a card selection as well as gift cards. You also get that extra support that you won't get from a big pharmacy. The Pharmacist was patient and thorough. I'll definitely transfer all my family's meds there.

I am so glad this pharmacy opened in Genisis. I live on an acreage west of Stony Plain & this location is so convenient. The owner is friendly & knowledgeable. The pharmacy has a lot of the small things you might need instead of going to the grocery store. My family is happy to support local businesses.
