We just came for the check in today at storage mart as we are moving from edmonton for a few months. The service we got from Robin is fantastic.

As i walked in to storage mart there were 2 ladies with cheery faces. Roght away i felt welcomed.

I was helped by Robin (who by the way had exceptional customer service skills.

Glad I went there over other storage businesses.

I have dealt with both Nichole and Robin and they are both utterly amazing. A real credit and and a wonderful asset to your company.

It was my first time using a storage facitily and I had a very good experience with Storage Mart. Not only that they have a very clean space to store your things, and a very efficient system to access the facility, they also have very friendly staff who walked me through the process.

I had the pleasure dealing with Miss Nicole. She's a bunch of awesomenesses. She explained the terms and conditions point on and answered my questions very clear. In and out on literally few mins with a rental agreement.

The staff there are awesome! My experience with them was an overall positive one. I had to switch units three times in the past 1 ½ years; they were very accommodating! The prices are consistent and fair. The buildings are secured and clean, and no hassle to get in and out!

Today I had some issues with locking the storage door. Nicole was super helpful and helped me resolve the issue right away. She was kind and demonstrated excellent customer service!

Getting set up and access was super easy, I was provided good service. When it came to cancelling the storage mid-month, I was made to pay half of what it cost me for a whole month's rent to cover 5 days into the month. So if you don't move out right at the end of the month, you're forced to pay inflated daily rates.

Staff there are always friendly & helpful. They make things very comfortable for me, so I keep coming back.

Takes days to get a return phone call. No call back confirming my end of lease, my gate code has left me locked out numerous times, and no one to call after hours to get in. The late fee being 5 days late on a payment just from being busy and forgetting was the real treat. Paid for 2 units from these guys its been less than a great experience.

Ive been a customer at this location for years! Extremely clean & safe! From storing vehicles to furniture this company has been a great option for me! Though one of the ladies lack major customer service skills, Nichole is extremely professional and has been very helpful throughout the years!

Storage Mart is so quick when booking a unit. They have great promotions on as well. I had to go in and sign my rental papers and Val (I hope that’s right lol), was absolutely incredible to deal with. She gets you in, signed up and meets you at your unit in no time flat. The bonus is it’s close to my home. I definitely recommend them!

The staff are friendly. Storage is easy. Had some problems with the unit door not closing properly.

I came close to end of day. The service was quick and thorough which meant i can move items over faster. The storage unit was extremely clean. The rent for the storage is actually a decent amount. I thought it would cost more. Now my final favorite part is paying online. I appreciate companies when i can pay online!

I have been a long term customer (mail box/various storage) of this location for 20+ years and have witnessed several changes in management during that time. Typically, there is always an adjustment period as new staff familiarize themselves to the administration of business operations. So, when I heard of the upcoming change to Storage Mart my first thought was 'Oh no, here we go again'. This time, however, the transition proved to be seamless as front line staff, Rachelle and Nichole, immediately demonstrated their knowledge, ability and willingness to help, serve and remedy the unforseen. Very welcoming indeed. Thanks Rachelle and Nichole, you make it a pleasure to be a customer. I highly recommend.

This storage is the best, the workers are very customer oriented Its never a disappointed when I do business at this storage, I think you should come on down and try this storage out for yourself you will not regret the experience.

I have been renting from this location for a little over a year. I have nothing but good to say about the staff Rachelle & Nichole are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The site is always clean & well maintained. Access for me is great as it is on my way home from work.

This storage is clean and well maintained. The security is set up well and i feel it would be difficult to access without proper security codes. The ingoing code is the same as the outgoing code. My items were dusty but that is too be expected in an out door storage facility. Would recommend especially with the new management at this store.

For me this storage mart is close and convenient. The times set are ideal for when I need to be in there. All storage facilities seem to be close to the same monthly fee, however I think that the price is rather high for the space you are renting.thats my only beef with this place.

Was super simple to get my storage unit from then. Was a smooth process from start to finish. And amazing staff on site at 127st.

The area is for parking RV’s and trailers is not well maintained.cluttered with leftover junk in the ground from previous users.deep ruts and holes in parking spots, entrance to Parking area has a big hole about a foot deep and 2 feet diameter.metal posts are bent in most spots.ropes are loose and not properly tide up.other trailers are encroaching into other parking spots.their diagram is not up to date for parking spots.the phone # starting with 628 is no longer in service on their diagram.

Knowledgeable staff, Reasonable office hours, Key-less enter with a PIN code that is easy to remember, convenient location to my house, size of unit is perfect for vehicle storage and the best price in the area.

Whoever needs her stuff in storage they have really good prices there for heated and non-heated I got my some of my stuff in there and holy men they treat you really good there in the prices aren't that bad compared to other places

These people are ripp offs. They tell me one price on the phone. When I get to storage place the price tripled. I don't recommend this storage facility one bit and never will.
NOW if you want a storage facility to rent. I highly recommend this place. Real Storage located on 112 Ave and 120 street. Pay your processing fee which is really cheap and you get first month free. So if you just need a month all you pay is processing fee of less than 30.00 a month. Now that is the place to go!

Excellent facility in a great location and 24/7 access with a personal gate code. Many different options and sizes of units. Best price out of many places I had called. Maureen and Mikayla were more than helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They had me set up with a unit in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended for anybody looking for some storage space. A+

Great people to deal with. We just came back from a couple months down south in our RV. We needed a place to store it. On short notice, Storage King staff welcomed us, found us a spot and then cleared it of snow so we could get our trailer in. Can't thank these wonderful people enough!

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and informative. They had no problem showing us lockers and assuring us that if we needed anything else they’d have no problem helping. The building and property itself is beautiful and very secure.

My experience so far has been extremely positive. The online reservation and payment systems have worked flawlessly. The facility is clean, and well maintained. Moving things in and out of my store room is efficient, and can be done 24 hours a day. The monthly fee (rent) is in-line with the competition.

This place is a joke as well as there management! What ever you do don't argue with the manager. You will end up loosing everything. Best advice from a none fake profile is stay away
