He was such a huge help and I could tell that he really cared about me and getting the best deal possible. The whole thing happened over the phone which was so convenient because I am super busy with work and it was difficult for me to make time to go to dealerships in person. He found me so many options and kept in touch with me daily to find the perfect car for me and got me the best trade in value for my previous car that I could find. Having Corey to talk to through the whole process was such a blessing, he went to bat for me in every way and he was a lot of fun to work with too. My new car was delivered to me at my home. Even after the deal is over I can still call him with any concerns and questions I have. Super friendly and helpful service. Booked in a Hummer H2, lots of area to clean, and quite dirty (the way I bought it). When I received it after the full day of detailing, I was beyond pleased with how well they did on every lil spot. The head liner, engine compartment, seats, vents, carpet, EVERYTHING. We r now booking all our vehicles to be ran thru the service! Great job and VERY affordable!

I’ve been texting with a sales rep all day plus emails… I couldn’t make it there till 5pm. Jake a sales manger stepped in, as the person who I was dealing with would not be there. I originally was to deal with Todd when I arrived, but Jake switched it to Marlon. Jake said he would have the vehicle pulled out front, as I had texted him that I would be there soon, yet when I arrived the vehicle was parked on display on the fake hill! Thanks for keeping your word!

This has been of the worst customer service experiences!

No interest in selling, from the salesman. I eventually had to ask so… what’s next? Hint hint…. He suggested a test drive… phew… he left to get a plate … I did mention that the engine was shaking but he just ignored me… as I was left alone with the hood open… I found another issue…. Someone left a HAMMER inside the engine! I asked for Jake to come out to the vehicle. I asked him if they did a COMPLETE inspection? He said yes! I asked him to take a look in the engine and see if he noticed anything wrong…but he would NOT. Stating that he was not a mechanic. I said well how about you just look, and see if anything is out of place … he wouldn’t … I finally had to point out the HAMMER! What a joke …
That’s quite the inspection! Then as I told Jake … I’m done… and I’m leaving…he yells out… so you want to work on some numbers? AS IF… if the lack of enthusiasm from the sales man wasn’t bad enough, then ignoring the shaking engine… and now a hammer? Plus they didn’t even clean under the seats! Luckily I snapped some photos! What a waste of my time!

Amazing service. Yasamin and Kate did an amzing job at getting me a new vehicle in one day. I had to bring my kids and they helped keep them busy and were fantastic with them! They gave my kids some sweet gear and treats. It was an experience like no other. Matt was fantastic too! I recommend this dealership above any other. Thanks guys! I must add, their service techs are absolutely incredible! They are so knowledgeable and really care about their customers, I left there impressed and happy to be a customer!

We are so happy to have chosen this dealership to buy our new Truck, the atmosphere was so welcoming and the sales lady Parnika is such a friendly, patient and kind person, she wasn't pushy at all like the other dealership sales people we went to.

Don’t go to this dealership STRAIGHTLINE CHRISTLER DODGE FORTSASKACHEWAN for service department they will intentionally break your car they will do it in purpose I deal with Dale one of the mechanic for check engine! After 2 days I pick up my car the next day I know my Grand Cherokee 62 kilometres only intentionally broke my power steering line pressure! This is my second posted complain no one bother to response from service department! Beware with this unfairly practice

All around great team. Purchased a shiny new longhorn laramie 3500 diesel. These guys take care of everything. Made the process easy and carefree, any need for service after purchase has been a breeze. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Booked an oil change service and the service team was very accommodating when I had to postpone my booking. They were professional, got my vehicle in on time and were efficient. I was out the door within an hour!

The staff I worked with was excellent finding me a reliable vehicle within my price range and limited budget and credit history. He followed up on every hiccup and made the purchase smooth and satisfactory always keeping me in the loop

Good service, reasonable price. Only complaint is that we didn't cet a call when the parts came in as promised, we had to follow up.

Have an upcoming trip and noticed my current mileage plus the trip mileage would exceed my kilometres past the service mileage for an oil change.
Phoned about 11: 30AM and spoke to Lara. I asked if I could get it in between today and Monday.
She booked me in for 1PM and by 1: 40 I was back in my vehicle.
Well done to Lara, the Mechanic and Straightline for great service.

Excellent local dealer. I did not buy my truck there however I have moved my service to Straightline Chrysler and have been pleased with work provided. My vehicle is treated with respect with no dents or bumper scuffs.
