This place works miracles! Danny and Ceasar are the individuals that helped my husband. My husband was told by another dealership no bank will give him a loan. We needed to wait maybe 6 more months before he could get a loan. My husband basically has new credit because we lived in the states for the past 20 plus years.
Anyway thx to this wonderful place we actually have a car now! (Well in about a week)
The payments are a bit higher than we hoped for but the fact that danny and Ceasar got him into a car with all their hard work is amazing!

My husband and I purchased a second hand Rav4 2021 in Straightline Kia at first 3 of them assisted us Mr. Jharold, Ms. Cindee and Ms. Kath. Fast forward Ms. Kath called me to go over to her office just to sign the contract and everything. While we were signing the contract last July my husband requested a winter tire in preparation for the winter season. Ms. Kath told us that will just wait the tire because Mr. Jharold has more connections when it comes to winter tire (they were both inside the room when they were talking about the tire) They don't even told us if it is free or discounted or what. After how many weeks of waiting the unit wasn’t even delivered to us in their promise time. But still we understood the situation, coz the 1st owner cant release their unit because they waited for their brand new car and they still need the Rav 4. We finally got the unit. And now that is winter season we already follow up about the tire. And they just told us to talk to 3 of them. Which I already did. But then we got no answer. I rarely don't give this kind of reviews. Because I value each agents time and efforts. But its not just once that they broke their promise with us. We pay on time and even gave a downpayment for the unit. But in return they didn’t value us as their client. For those people who is looking for a car in the future research first about the dealership. Get a dealers that will help you all through out your purchase. Not just because they got your signatures they got you approved. But instead will help you all the way. Because me and my husband is new here in Calgary and we don’t have knowledge about purchasing car. Its so sad that they are all Filipino agents and we trusted them that much. Instead of waiting for their response we just bought winter tire to costco which we pay less and its free installation.

Huge shout out too this dealership especially the sales guy name Harry.he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even came after hours too make sure everything was okay with my car. If you need to see a salesperson he is the guy too see.

Awful service. We went here to look at cars on.a Friday. There was nobody around, nobody to ask questions to. Very disappointing.

I bought my first vehicle through kia. The process was quick and easy but I'm glad I didn't get a warranty through them. Every time I need service there is either a communication problem of the person not relaying the proper info, and I'm not getting what I need done. Or I'm not able to get a hold of anyone. The main line and service line is horrible to get through to. I have to call 8 times to get through, sometimes i still dont get someone. And if I leave a voicemail no one gets back to me. So far I've only received call backs when I ask to be escalated or if I call a manager.

FRAUD ALERT!
Read your documents carefully at every deal and each and every page. Otherwise they WILL Scam you.
Writing for a friend who purchased vehicle here and specifically told the scammer sales guy that he didnt wanna pay anything above the purchase price of the car and the agreed extended warranty. The extended warranty offered for $3k and my friend declined; he then offered the same extended warranty for 1.5k with everything included. So the deal was purchase price and extended warranty only and nothing else. The scamer sales guy have my friend signed on couple of documents.
After 2 months when he received the first installment he was blown away to find that the scammer includes LIFE Insurance of $3000 in the papers on which he had him fraudulently signed. He called him but the scamer didnt acknowledge and pointed him in his signatures, even the manager didnt accepted the complain - off course they are all the same.
Next thing he found was that even the warranty was also not the same when he had to bring the car for power steering malfunction, and he had to pay from his pocket to get that fixed.
What a bunch of CHEATERS THEY ARE!

I would just like to say, thank you to Jane who sold me my 2023 Kia Sportage, Darren who helped us with all the financing, and Jason for taking the time to show us the ins and outs of my new car today. So far, LOVING the ride. It was a bit of a wait to get this beast, but it was worth it and it came just right in time for my needs. I will recommend Straightline KIA to all of my friends. My parents and I experienced amazing service. All the staff are well trained, honest, personable, and they have superior knowledge about the brand. Straightline KIA is about 30 minutes from us and we used to go to Northland KIA since we live very close to that dealership, but we will be visiting Straightline KIA for our car needs from now on. We love it there. Thank you guys again for your amazing service, keep it up.

I had ordered my Kia Sorento in Jan 2022. I was told at the time, production would be 60-90 days. I am aware of the currently delays, and expected some. Not once during the entire process was I updated, even after the 90 days were up.
I reached out several times, and was told each time of the estimated update for my unit to arrive.
After 6 months of waiting, I finally had to pull the pin and cancel my order, as I needed a vehicle.
After the cancellation, and refund was processed, I was finally contacted for the first time by the manager. He informed me that he was aware that I had purchased a new car, and that I had previously cancelled my order with Kia, but thought they would let me know that my Sorento was now built. Not sure if I was more disappointed in the fact that I didnt get the SUV I wanted, or the fact that they reached out to me for the first time, after I had cancelled my order to let me know that it was finally ready.
My entire dealings with Straightline wasn't bad. The sales lady was amazing, super helpful and friendly. I understand things are out of their control, however a little communications would have been appreciated.

BIGGEST EVER FRAUDSTERS! BE CAREFUL ABOUT SIGNING YOUR DOCUMENTS.while signing a deal for my GMC Acadia 2015, the finance manager fraudulantly gave me a 3000 dollars life insurance for which i never opted or was never told. Upon inquiring he told me you signed all the documents. I have no idea how they got my signatures on that document with that 3000 dollars insurance. I had to pay my car price + 3000 life useless insurance. Later on when I asked to cancel the life insurance, he instructed me to call insurance company to cancel it who only returned 1400 cad out of 3000 cad.
Its not over yet. He offered me 3000 cad extended warranty which i declined. Suddenly he said I will give the same coverage insurance in 1500, now you agree and I agreed. Later on after 3 months I had my power steering pump stop working. When I contacted insurance, at that time i came to know that I was given only power train insurance that does not cover power steering. The actual price of that insurance was 1500 cad. Such is a verbal fraud these people do. I was highly disappointed from their customer service. I will never ever buy again from straighline KIA.

I had an amazing experience at the Straightline Kia. They were able to get my car in 2 weeks even though it was supposed to come 1 month later.

Steve was the person who actually sold the car to me. He is a down to earth guy and straight to business kinda person. So if someone want to get a car without any fuss, I would suggest to go talk with him directly. We got the deal done in 30 minutes from start to finish.

Was in the market for a new car. Looked at all the similar vehicles in a particular class. Was never a Kia person but was dealing with their salesman Blair Brown. The service and attention he showed swayed my choice and I bought a Kia Forte GT Limited. Had my first oil change and cost and efficiency were amazing. I thank all the staff for my very positive experiences with them.

Unethical and exploitative business practices at Straightline Kia in our very disappointing and frustrating experience. Staff rendered unnecessary services which were not agreed to and charged exorbitant prices far above the quote for a vehicle which had been purchased only a few months prior. It took considerable effort to get a service representative on the phone to discuss the concerns, at which point they were rude and dismissive. I was told the manager would be in touch, but this never happened.

Disgusting way of doing business, and counter-productive to success in the long-term. With reasonable service, we would have continued to give Straightline Kia our patronage. Now I can guarantee we will never go back, and we will be sure to share our experience here with friends and family.

We had purchased a New Kia Optima from this dealership back in 2017. The experience was excellent. So naturally we came back to them when we decided to get another new vehicle. The Kia Sorento was of interest to us. We were fortunate to meet Shawn Craig who was in sales. He took a lot of time to answer all questions and concerns that I had. Shawn is very professional, personal and has excellent people skills. His product knowledge was impressive. Shawn went above and beyond to assist us in making sure the Sorento would suite our needs (we have 2 collapsable ebikes we needed to fit in the vehicle) and also in putting together a very attractive deal together. Thank you Shawn Craig for all your help!

What an amazing experience. Recently bought a new Kia Sorento from the dealership. Worked with Jane and she was so helpful help me and my wife get brand new cars. Even though both of our cars needed to be built they were informing us the whole way through until we got one of our cars this week. Blaire Brown has been super helpful and very understanding. My credit is not the best and when other dealerships turned me away before, I was given the opportunity to rebuild my credit with a car. By far the best experience I have had and the service was awesome as well. Very professional and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle that was one of the salesmen (Cam) family members vehicle, and within the first week when it rained (and every time it rains), water pours from all the interior lights, the battery dies once a week, and the code reader indicates that the transmission needs to be replaced.it’s just super disappointing because they obviously knew about these issues since it was his moms car, and failed to tell me after i told him how important it was to have a reliable vehicle for my young children and I. I reached out to Cam and got no response.

This is thousands of dollars in repairs and now it has to be dealt with in court so I can have a vehicle.

I've been dealing with Straightline Kia for many years now, and always enjoyed the experience. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and always recommend anyone look at Kia when looking for a new vehicle.
That's why I brought my mother here when she was looking to trade in my late father's truck for something that suited her better. Jane took the time to listen to my mother and understood her situation. We found a Niro hybrid that fit my mom's needs and lifestyle perfectly, and the gas mileage is fantastic.
I still come back here regularly for maintenance on my vehicles as I know I can trust the service staff to take care of me.

Took car in for first oil change and won't be returning. They said they checked all lights, topped up fluids but coolant and windshield fluids still low and headlight still burned out. Now they want us to spend $1,200.00 for maintenance on a car we've owned for 3 months. Service advisor apologized and said Manager would be in contact but nothing.

Just bought our 3rd Kia and it was a great experience. I'm not a fan of car shopping but Jane was wonderful and made it a painless experience. She was honest with no high pressure sales and Amanda in the finance Dept was also great and answered my millions of questions with a tons of patience

We were interested in a vehicle in their inventory, and we test drove it, and actually liked the car. However, since our test drive, we've haven't heard back from the dealership since, so we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

My experience with Straightline Kia was very nice. I had the pleasure of working with Danny Deng and was initially interested in a used car at the outlet. Setting up a test drive was a breeze and Danny was very forthcoming with information about the vehicle. When I asked him whether there were any other options within the price range, Danny gave me quite a few options and since they were closing for the day, we decided on coming back another time to test drive the other new vehicles that the outlet had. The next time was even better as we eventually decided on getting a new Kia Sportage! Danny was very considerate and would also urge me to take a longer drive to get a better feel of the vehicle. After we spoke, he even helped checking out reviews of the vehicle online. Negotiating and deciding on a price can be tedious and frustrating but I did not feel that even once, with Danny. I just needed a simple document for the lease buy out of my Sportage. Kia finance told me to ask straightline, when I did they claimed it's not their responsibility. Kia finance finally say they will "fax" them the document. All the while I'm calling one and the other. Then straightline says they don't have a fax. So I call back Kia finance, they say sure we'll email them, just give us their address. At this point I'm at a loss, don't they talk to each other? I try to finally make a conference call between Kia finance and straightline, but this last one hangs up on me because he's with a "client". They finally figure it out and ask me to come pick it up, when I do they're amused by this, I wasn't.needless to say I'm glad I don't own a Kia anymore because I don't have to deal with this anymore. Treat your customers with courtesy and respect.

Went to Calgary on a day trip with the hopes to find and look at the option of buying a Kia. We wanted to see the K5 ex model. We was greeted by a Salesman named Blair. Very friendly and had a positive vibe. We looked at their demo K5 and test drove it. Following this we also test drove a Sportage as an option because AWD was a must. Upon leaving the dealership to talk things over we can to a conclusion that our purchasing timeline was off a bit and a follow up conversation with Blair it was all explained. Absolutely no push on a sale and was very understandable in our current situation. Will definitely recommend this guy for any purchase needs at Straightline Kia, Calgary. Was a pleasure to deal with and if was to pull the trigger on a purchase of the Kia brand he would get my business in a heart beat
