I couldn’t get a car no matter who I went to so this was my last hope I was gonna give up trying to get a new car. But came along Taylor and she was able to get me a new car right away no problems at all

I just got to say that everyone I’ve met at this dealership has been top-notch. We have had exceptional service by the people at the service desk, along with meeting some of the mechanics and technicians to make sure that our vehicle was properly diagnosed, and they were incredibly accommodating Through text messaging and follow up phone calls. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a truck from theses guys and now I have nothing but motor problems with the truck so I complained and complained to the service department and all I got was the ring around And yes they paided me money back for when it was at dodge for my 2017 ram to get a second opinion on what’s going on with the truck so but I am paying for a truck and I don’t have yes ok warranty takes abit but and yes they are getting a new motor for my truck but I think they should make up for the money that I am putting on the truck that I have not had for almost soon to be ruffly month or longer then the manager laughed at my face when I was telling him what all the 3 mechanics looked at it and said that it needs new motor the only person that is good at that dealership is Kent he has been keeping me in the loop he is the only one out of that whole dealership that cares but I think they should do more then a new motor like give me some money back of me not able to driving it, it’s been very very stressful and I thank Kent a lot for what he is doing he is the only that’s cares so if you don’t want to deal with the whole Kia dealership and you have issues talk to Kent he will try his best to help and that is the only person I will deal with from now on so sales people please do not talk to me oh cam is also a really nice person but everybody else in there I will only talk to Kent or cam the heck with the rest of them it’s time that people stick up to theses dealerships and get what they need there isn’t enough people that do
Once again a big thanks to mostly Kent for his great communication and his leadership and cam at Kia
But when my truck is paid off I will no longer go there for trading in a vehicle ever again and when I dropped my truck off the manager didn’t even get me a loner
So I kept calling they said ruffly a month and a half later they decided that they order the motor so they did that and I went in on November 7 to look at the new motor that came in
Then I went in ruffly November 16 or 17 they said oh we are waiting on gaskets and the truck should be in the shop so here I am paying for a truck loan that I bought it from for almost now 3 months and I referred a friend and never did get anything form referring a friend I think they should be paying me some of my payments because they messed or do something to keep me as a customer yes I get a new motor but I am paying for a truck that i bought from them I think they should do more but just thought I would write a review about the lack of service, when they do help they help but I don’t think they are doing enough for me this is not right all beware of the dealership I have heard a lot about horror stories about it

Brand new building, new sale staff, same shoddy sales practices. I saw a van Kia had for sale on Marketplace, it said great condition and low kms. When we went to look at it, it was a little rough, but we thought that with the low kms.it would be OK. Then the salesman said you can buy it as is or I can show you a list of things that need to be fixed. Two and a half pages and about $5000.00!

Too bad there is not an option for 8 stars!
Unbelievable GREAT sales service to an out of province buyer!

We dealt with Grady and were delighted by his friendly personality. In addition to knowing the vehicles, he was excellent at communication and kept us up to date regularly. He even engaged our kids and showed them the electric vehicles that they were curious about. Awesome service.

BEWARE OF PHIL & TOM (IN A GOOD WAY) I had ZERO intentions of purchasing our new 2024 Telluride when I went in for a service appt on our Seltos, but after I agreed to just "get some information" on the Telluride from these guys, I left the next day purchasing the vehicle we thought would be years before we could ever own! Phil and Tom were AWESOME! Absolutely love Phil's enthusiasm for what he does, his knowledge on these vehicles is incredible and Tom is like the sprinkle on top that seals the deal! These two made the sale happen, went above and beyond, and I absolutely loved dealing with them! We returned 5 days later as we drove through on our way to Calgary to let them know how the new ride has been treating us and as we pulled into the dealership Phil was outside with a huge excited welcoming smile on his face! You can tell he LOVES his job and with Tom working by his side they are just the best team to work with. I couldn't be happier with how things went! I also have to give props to Kurtis as well, he's been super awesome to deal with, we've dealt with him for both our Seltos and Telluride and he's so pleasant and explains things so well and just another breath of fresh air to deal with at this Kia dealership. I recently traded in my Seltos for a Sportage as our family is growing. Phil made this made this process a breeze. His knowledge on the vehicles we looked at was outstanding.
