Recently purchased an Atlas from these guys and they were all nothing short of wonderful! Specifically Heidi and Brian! Made the entire process a breeze and were so sweet as well! 10/10 recommend.

Bought vw tiguan 2018 there straigthline vw mh, last dec. 2018.encountered some problems at engine, brought there to check then service advisor said there some engine warranty but there are also without warranty with cost of $ 1500, im just upset.

Andre, our salesman, took the time to sit down and talk with us to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle, and what our budget was. His job wasn’t easy as we were unsure of what exactly we wanted, but Andre patiently showed us several models, explaining their features and attributes, allowing us to take several for a test drive, until he found us a vehicle we are very happy & excited to own.

Lorne, from the finance department, was terrific. He took great care of us, and was a pleasure to deal with.

You guys should be embarrassed, poor service. Very very poor customer service. I had no idea my wife actually dropped by there for a starting problem. I would have never allowed it. And your tech recommended a thermostat replacement. And changing light bulbs. And air filter to repair a hard start problem. That happened once.
I’m a licensed journeymen tech myself and. I couldn’t even laugh at this. You guys wanted to. Charge us 1,300$. For this. I pity the poor single wife or old lady that ever comes to you guys for help. May god have mercy on you people

Not impressed with the service provided at Volkswagen.if there was a option for no stars I would give it. They took advantage and were lazy.tried to put me in a Jeep that was not working.it had to be jumped.and then tried to put me in a car that was clearly had been damaged after I test drove it and said I was interested in it.when asked about it they became very rude and unprofessional.

Call me biased but I haven't bought a car from a dealership since 2006, nothing but pushy salesmen who made me feel like I was just a number. I knew if I ever bought a car it would be a Volkswagen and earlier this year I found a little Golf I just had to have. Casey was helpful and accommodating - the opposite of pushy. I have to say, though, that Lorne in finance really went above and beyond for me, and I could not be more grateful for his help, both with my financing options and helpful advise regarding my finances.

Zach Gosselin was an excellent Sales person. We enjoyed visiting with Casey their sale manager who checked in with us from time to time. The business mgr Lorne was friendly and efficient! The whole team made our buying experience wonderful and easy! We will definitely be back!

I factory ordered a vehicle from Straightline, there was a few delays that were out of the dealerships control (Supply chain and logistical shortages that are happening globally), Casey and team always kept me informed of the details. Courtesy vehicles no longer provided. Had windshield replaced and they broke a couple parts on the vehicle so now I have to make another special trip to the city to have those replaced.
