The lady at the counter is rude while talking. Firstly I was just doing my job and was not aware about the findings inside the bag okay sir/ madam. Yes I got offended but also with all due respect taking the lady’s age into consideration I just told her that you could tell me nicely and telling so doesn’t add up as an argument (you can listen to your so called proof in audio surveillance), I know you guys work in a place which stinks for obvious reasons but personally you can be pleasant while dealing with people.

Our favorite bottle depot! Easy, quick, and convenient! Don't need to sort your recycling out yourself. Payment dispensed by a machine. Kind and helpful staff - was happy there was an option to tip!

Went in and was immediately helped out by a worker. They were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and the new renovations done on the floor looked very nice, making it look even more clean. Staff was efficient and I was in and out very fast. Overall, great service.

They were good. I was in and out very quickly.but there wasn't anyone else there so that helped.

I counted my cans before I got there I had 221 cans and the lady only rang them threw as 57 and 106 which doesn't make 221 and when I brought it up she argued saying she put in over 220 but I could playinly see she didn't and then she cashed it out and handed me the card to go get my money. So now I feel as if I was ripped off

I have to say one of the cleanest and efficient recycling depot ever seen. Quick service, friendly staff and the automated teller machine. Well organized

I've been cheated so many times at this place I will never go there again and advise you not to as well

Place was very welcoming and had nice staff. Amazing new ATM, clean inside, honest and overall a very respectful establishment. Was in and out before I knew it. Very efficient.

Very bad communication, I called twice to see if I could refund my cannabis containers and they said yes both times, different people too. Then I got there and they said I had to throw them away, wasting my time and responding in a rude manner. They tried telling me to go to the cannabis store to give them back didn’t even understand what I was trying to ask

Ripped off blatantly more than five times.staff wouldn't admit or correct obvious mistakes that cost me up to $15 on one of the occasions.wish there was a better bottle depot for the whyte ave area.

I’m regular to this bottle depot. They are really quick and always count right. Much cleaner as compared to other depot. Love their New ATM.

One of the cleanest depot in the city. They are really quick. I’m going to this place for years now they made really significant changes like new countertop and the ATM machine that gives you the money and I never need to wait there that long. Thanks for your good service

I went there with a significant amount of recycleables and was totally short changed. Normally I wouldnt say anything, but this was pretty bad. Confronted the guy and pointed it out. He told me I brought in garbage. The garbage he was referring to were four 1 liter tetra packs.
It wasnt a significant amount, but it was the principle.

This place is clean, I like how they show the price of the deposit. On the customer screen they showed me the total. They have automatic machine for money. Thank you for the service.

My student organization at the U of A worked with Strathcona Bottle Depot for our bottle drive last month! Super great experience! The staff is friendly and very accommodating for bottle drives; they will work out any detail with you. 100% would organize a bottle drive with them again. Amazing local bottle depot!

I stopped to take in my Bottles today and I love this little tucked away Bottle Depot on Calgary Trail and 73 Avenue. The Staff are always so helpful and welcoming, the shop is amazing clean and so organized! NO SMELL at all! They have really great signage on recycling! I have never had to wait for more that a couple of minutes and love the cash machine that delivers your money for returns! They are serving the Southside Community with pride!

Always a great experience! Fast, personable & efficient - especially since they upgraded to the new automated payment system! It's like the whole "in & out" is streamlined!

Very friendly & professional staff. They are very clean & fast with the bottle pick ups. They wear masks & are very polite with customers. Never had any issues with them & would highly recommend them to any company looing for recycling pick ups.

Good bottle depot in a nice and convenient location. Service has usually been quick. Only downsides are that they have only a few lanes because of the size of the bottle depot and that the machine to get your change can be finicky. Otherwise a good location

Went the other day, staff was friendly and interior was very organized and clean. I felt very safe entering the bottle depot and really like their automatic cash machine. It saves time and is very accurate

I always come here because it is close to home but they are always super quick to count my bottles

This is my first review, I have been to a lot of depots, this depot is near my house, I like it and its bottle depot.

If the staff wasn't kind and efficient I would rate this a 1. I precount every time I go in, and every time over the past 11 years I get shorted by at least few bottles. I would appreciate that if I am not being refunded for something that it be returned to me to try to get my deposit back another way, or so that I can make note of which products to avoid so as not to eat deposits that I cannot be refunded easily.

But to be fair, i go here still because the location is convenient for me, the staff is friendly, and it is always very quick and painless.

Automated cash dispenser is nice and staff is efficient. Could use more garbage cans for disposing bags in though.

4 stars because I never see staff say "Oops, I lost my count". Makes me wonder if the counts are accurate.

Great service always quick in and out. I love how they have there road paved, a new sliding door and the automated cash back system. I've been using this bottle depot for 25+ years.

First time here and Small but very nice organization. I really like the System, is different to other Depot.

This is by far the dirtiest place I have been in, when I went in I saw one of the employees was talking to a costumer and he was asking her unpropeat questions which made very uncomfortable, then when my turn came he counted my pop cans and it was a huge bag there is with doubt at least 300 pop can and at the end I made 7$ dollars, I didn't care about the rib off much myself because am doing this to teach my kids recycling is good. But now the hell of recycling am not going through this bad experience again. The guy with the beard who work in that location you should be ashamed of yourself. And to anyone else dont go there you will not like the treatment nor the cheating you will receive in that shop.

This place is terrible, dirty unwelcoming and deffinitely not concerned if the count is correct. The last time I was there bottles fell off the table when the bag was emptied and he just ignored it. I don't count my empties but I did leave feeling like I just got ripped off. A business should not be run this way. We need a better depot in the area and maybe it would force some change. Until then I'll just drive further so I don't have to deal with any of it!

Wow I see they did a lot to the building and front end, it doesn't have any bugs around.the smell is way better.it way cleaner.

I don’t understand why some of item being charged the deposit fee from the store but is told not returnable at this place. The worker asked me to through it away, that was really interesting. And the worker count 3 different types of bottles at 1 time, how they can really remember how much they have counted for each type of bottles? Workers from other place they are patient, they count each type of bottles separately and do some record. This place is really funny.

This is my first trip to a Depot in Alberta, I like it cause I don't have to sort my bottle here compared to BC Depot, I was a good experience visit to this Depot, Christmas songs were playing, each station display the count and information related to recycling.
