Strathcona High School

This school has been a wonderful choice for my kids. I appreciate that they don't force students to study, allowing them to explore their interests at their own pace. The emphasis on a relaxed learning environment has truly contributed to my children's enthusiasm for education.

Amazing Physics, Math and Statistics programs; abysmal English dept. The schools culture is niche and will not support you if you think differently. Very questionable leadership, there is a fine line between keeping students happy and being a top academic institution. Current leadership only has a strong focus in what motivates them.

If you are a follower, this is a great school. If you want to be a leader and think differently, you will be criticized and you will be shut down. In my opinion, they aren’t fostering future leaders like they used to.

I wouldn’t go here again.

I am so happy my Son comes too this school. The faculty care about the success of their students. The school has a wonderful history and has had many successful graduates.
