I was in the area and needed service on my truck. I dropped into Strathmore Dodge and had a great experience. The sales staff greeted me offered me coffee and service took great quick care of me and got my issue solved very quickly. They greeted me on the way out. Emilie the receptionist was such a pleasure to be around. She’s incredibly helpful and the kindest person I’ve met in a really long time. Her work ethic and dedication to helping you in every way you need is unmatched. Highly recommend this place just for her:)

They were very good at getting us in quickly. Nice place for us to wait. Drinks and snacks. They came and updated on where they were in getting us out as well as letting us know that some things needed to be done in the future to help us space out the costs. I appreciate that. I know some might see it as upselling but I am glad they let me know because I wouldn't think of it otherwise.

We bought a rubicon from this dealership yesterday they did fake promises first then when we approved they said no we can’t do anything or we can’t give you anything that they promised before the deal. One dealer named jason somerville did this with us.
One month ago he was very gentle with us but yesterday when they are about to deliver a car he did very bad behaviour.

Without a doubt the best dealership I have been to and I have been to many. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond everything. Sales staff and management were incredibly helpful making a good deal. I walked in, after having another problem at another dealership, in a bad mood and walked out a very content owner of a new Camaro. I highly recommend bringing your business' to this establishment. Overall everyone is very friendly at this location and I had multiple people check in to make sure I was doing ok. I was happy with the quality of work done, however I was told I would only need to be there for 30-45 min max and ended up sitting around for 2 hours so I didn’t overly appreciate that.

Recently I was the victim of a vehicle theft. My poor ole truck took a beating. So I decided I had to get another diesel to be able to pull our fifth wheel. Strathmore dodge was one of many places in Strathmore. It was the second spot I hit. I was met by a young man who listened to my story, was professional and kind. He offered a few choices, with no pressure. Explained the procedure to purchase engaged the manager. No hassle, no pressure, I found an amazing deal which offered everything we needed dealing with an amazing staff, who were kind and accommodating. Put me in a new 2022 dodge ram 3500. Prepping to take it back in for the fifth wheel hitch and I am sure will be another amazing deal. Thank you Strathmore Dodge. You made an old Veteran feel like there are still good people out there who serve the community.

Had an awesome purchasing experience while Jeep shopping at Strathmore Dodge. The folks here listen and focus on the client's needs, and seem to be more about building relationships and honesty than pushing the hard sell, and that was really refreshing. Worth the drive!

Been going to Dodge dealership’s for almost ten years now… however this place is an absolute joke. They sold me a truck, two months later a belt breaks in a tire. When I purchased the truck I bought a warranty on the tires, only to find out I bought a warranty on discontinued tires. Needless to say now instead of replacing the one tire I had to replace four… on tires I put less than 10000 kms on. Oh and the warranty wouldn’t cover it.

I work the oilfield and am now in Saskatoon, I had two friends pick up my truck after it was done. They brought it to Saskatoon for me, that’s when I noticed that they kept my other tires! Knowing full well the there were like brand new. Isn’t that theft? To keep something that isn’t yours? And when I call to say I want my tires back you say come pick them up, a little easier than done I’m in a different province.

I’ve been frustrated with this for weeks now, I’ll be calling dodge Canada and the better business bureau this coming week.

I regret ever giving these people my business.

We went in just to see what they had with little to no intention of actually purchasing a vehicle and got looking into Jeeps. The service department is awesome Tanya went way above and beyond to help. The truck milaged out on the extended warranty and required work. She pulled the rep aside and had him approve the repair. Found a vehicle online called them on it, they said it was sold. Went online the next day they raised the price of the vehicle over 10k and I give them a call and it was suddenly available again. This place does not do honest business and lies to rip off costumers.stay away, crooks

Came here to buy my first car! Booked a test drive online for a Ford Edge and Colby called 3 minutes later, he was very friendly so first impressions were good so far. Day of test drive he buys my parents and I coffees and hot chocolate in the vehicle I'm testing out. We went ahead and talked numbers after the test drive and their finance expert Lucas talks over the details of financing, warranties, etc. A few signatures here and initials there, I drove off in my newly purchased Edge! Thanks Strathmore Dodge service department for diagnosing the sound at the back of my truck as "wheel noise" and "educating me" on how tire noise happens with more aggressive tires (I have all weather tires on, they're not aggressive.). I've been in the auto industry for 9 years, I know what tire noise sounds like.
2 months later, i get another opinion at Big 4 Motors in Calgary and it's booked in and on a hoist the next day, while I drive off in a nice new loaner vehicle. My truck rolls out 4 days later with a brand new rear differential, driving like a dream. With the same tires on. No noise.

Alright alright alright. So I reviewed Strathmore Dodge last year and left a bad review. My friend worked there and they basically threatened to fire her if I didn’t leave a good review. And they kept calling me to change my review. I was on a test drive and the truck broke down and I had to walk most of the way back. When I asked for my keys they treated me like I stole the truck. Seriously folks. Don’t go here. Any Siksika members tryna. It a vehicle…. Don’t do it!

I will not shop here again. We purchased a brand new fully loaded dodge ram. We added on the chrome side steps so my childern would not have troubles getting in and out and we purchased the Added warrenty. Did we over pay for side steps.yes yes we did however I wanted dodge parts and and the parts to be installed by dodge at time of purchase so I would have some warrenty. We also bought the very expensive anti corrosion chip garenteeing me any rust would be covered. For the last 8 months I have been trying to get the rust and peeling chrome addressed. Turns out dodge will not cover the front bars that are corroded as I am over 60 000 km.note extended warranty was purchased as was the anti corrosion device with the garentee rust would be covered bumber to bumber. Anti corrosion device will not cover as they say there is a rock chip that caused it. Corrosion starts because of chips and scratches so I question what they would cover. Multiple corrosion spots multiple reasons that change each time I speak to someone. Strathmore dodge will not cover it. The anti corrosion company will not cover the side steps either calling them 3rd party. Why did I pay for an anti corrosion device.complete waste of money. I %100 feel scammed

Dodge Strathmore does cover some stuff. Every now and then the doors will not unlock with the remote or with the key. After 5 trips in I finally got the door actuator fixed. Multiple trips in being told they can not find the issue. Can not find an issue to a known dodge issue? When they finally decided to replace a part and rebooked us again they failed to inform us the part that was ordered in was recalled as a known issue. I live out of town and can not say I love dropping of a vehicle again and again same issue.but to send my part back and not tell us so we drop off the vehicle again with no work completed. Poor business practice and Poor communication.

I will not spend my money here again.

We decided that since a vacation was out of the question for my milestone birthday, we would shop for a new car instead. Having had many bad experiences before when dealing with car salesmen, I was not looking forward to the process. However our experience with Strathmore Dodge was quite pleasant. Lucas was very personable to deal with, and was a wealth of knowledge when answering our questions, with no high pressure sales pitches! When it comes to warranties and protecting your vehicle Brittany explains things so that you know exactly what you are getting for your $$$$. She knows her stuff! Negotiated for a car over the phone & email. I did mention that I will be driving down in case they can make the final price close to my budget. I was surprised their initial (total) offer was higher than their ad and even their final offer was no way close to my expectation (which I told them over the phone and email).
I just waisted my time driving there.
I totally understand if they can’t sell it at a specific price, however they needed to be clear and honest when I told them my budget and clearly stated I will be driving there if they can make it close to my budget.
I feel they just wanted to have a potential buyer at their place and it was kind of disrespectful to my time and expectations.

Booked a appointment for a oilchange and bumper replacement under warranty. Was told bumper takes about a hour. Came down to the dealership 4 hrs later not done.sat here for a hour can see my truck bumper off and no one working on it.asked how much longer no idea I was told.waiting to go on holidays. Then finally someone asked the mechanic another 45 min they said. Place had better service when it was Murray. 45 min have gone by and still not done

Lucas and Trevor made buying a new vehicle very easy. The best sales service i've had buying any vehicle. They followed through on every promise and went out of their way to make sure that we were looked after in every aspect of buying, financing and pickup!

My first contact was with Tannis Charuk (Service Advisor) From the first the customer service has been top notch. I have been going there for almost 2 years and each time the customer service is maintaned at exceptional levels. She is very informative and takes the time to explain things, how long it may take, what needs to be done. She also takes the time to keep me updated on the progress of the service and any possible delays while i am in the waiting area. She excells in customer service, communication skills, caring about customer needs. The dealership has recently changed ownership and i hope the ownership recognizes what an exceptional asset she is to the dealership.
