I had my car taken in at 11am just to get my abs light checked out as i have my insurance inspection coming up and if that light isn’t out it will fail.they started service on my car around 2pm it said online and took them til 5pm to tell me my car is to old and they don’t have the materials to work on my car… shouldn’t you maybe know that before putting a car in for service knowing how old it is

I'm so impressed with how transparent this dealership is prior to getting into the finance office. There were no surprises which I super appreciated. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Lori in the finance department was also exceptional! I really appreciated how well everything was explained to me and I knew exactly what was going on at ALL times. Worst place, manager adam, and sarah both liars they told me that they put new transmission and charged me $8000 but nothing was changed, DONT GO TO THAT PLACE, they would lie to you on everything,

I did their online sell your vehicle valuation and it came in way too low for my requirements. Preet called me and convinced me to come in anyway (I live out of town so it's quite a drive for me,) because she said their online valuations are low and it's very likely they'll meet my price. She was so confident, she didn't even ask me what that price was or for further details, though she did confirm I only wanted to sell and wasn't looking to buy another vehicle. I then got a call from Paul, who my appointment was with, again confirming I only wanted to sell and not purchase another vehicle. I got 3 more texts prior to my appointment as well, for a total of 1 email, 2 calls and 4 texts in <24 hours, so they seemed hungry. I showed up to my appointment, and Paul came 7 minutes late, and spent the next 20 trying to convince me to buy a vehicle off of them, disregarding the conversation about me selling my vehicle. Finally it came time to price my vehicle. They didn't even look inside before giving me the same price as the online estimator had. I explained how much time I had put into coming in because THEY had told me I could get more, and he said "don't shoot the messenger" (I hadn't even raised my voice or become irate) and "I wish I could tell you something different". I arranged childcare and made a special trip into town on their word, and it was an absolute waste of my time. They showed no accountability or desire to do anything about it (maybe an oil change or something to compensate the lost hours would have helped). All of the information I received after the road trip could have been dealt with over the phone, and was nothing additional to what I had received online.

These folks are awesome to deal with. My most recent purchase is a new 2022 Mustang Mach-E GT Performance. It's my 4th new vehicle purchase from them since 2018 (2-F150 Lariats and 1 Ranger Lariat). They have always given me a good price with above average trade-in dollars. Their service team is great to deal with. I always feel well taken care of.
I highly recommend this dealership. You won't be disappointed.

Usually bring my Mustang in for service but stopped by the sales department to look at a few new vehicles. Not quite ready to pull the trigger on anything but they were helpful, understanding of my situation and not pushy at all. The Mach-E is fun!

Today I went into ford to see what they would offer me for my 2020 Escape. Told the salesman my situation as I am selling my car in attempt to buy a house. He was very Honest and open about how I most likely won’t get the offer I am looking for but went through to ask anyways. He walked to the Front desk which was 10 feet away told the managers my situation and my request. He was greeted with a “ HA tell him no and to leave “. So glad I’ve purchased my previous 3 cars from this dealership only to be treated with such disrespect. And this ain’t the first time. Went to trade in my vehicle a year ago for an upgrade and was told No. Called a dealership in Calgary and was told yes we can gladly help within seconds. Won’t be dealing with these clowns anymore.
