Stephen Mogdan rocks! Our real estate transaction went very smooth and he answered every little question I had.

We have used Stephen Mogdan, partner at Stringam LLP as our Business Lawyer, Personal Wills and Sale of Homes and love to work with him. He is down to earth and talks a language you can understand. We have referred him to many people and will continue. We enjoy working with Stringam for any Legal Needs or Issues.

Jordan Henrie and his legal assistant Kaylene are amazing! Family matter took some time not at their fault. Jordan was able to have the issue resolved he worked hard and we are very happy with the outcome. Jordan and his team are definitely what you need for all your legal needs, no run around, easy billing and payment options. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We use stringam for all our corporate and personal legal needs. They’ve always been great to deal with.

After receiving a legal letter from this firm I have reached out on numerous occasions trying to obtain a direct answer and they refuse to respond to an email and provide an answer to a direct question. Why would anyone want to obtain services of a law firm whom don't have the dignity to respond to their own threatening legal letters.

Update to my review. Its since been a week with no response and numerous emails sent yet again. I'm not sure what kind of law office practices business like this but they are simply disrespectful as they get at this point.

Very disappointed. The lawyer retained from the firm was Ian Walker. Strongly suggest if you require a lawyer to help you through your family oriented legal issues, to interview them independently, and choose wisely someone that will work for you rather than just bill you and work for themselves. Ian falls in the second category. I handed Ian my application/case at my appearance to set a trial date. He stood it down multiple times against my wishes and then drug it out over a year and a half. Billed me more than $20,000, and he couldn't even tell me the dynamics of the case at the end. I did get a discount out of Ian after voicing my frustration. But to further the short list, almost every email I recieved started with, "sorry for the delay" (first delay spanned 5 months!), he attached/submitted the defendants proposal to my Affidavit and didnt even know which one he had used. When I asked why he kept pushing my file aside, he told me he had SO many clients, and he was unable to provide standard levels of care to each. In my opinion, he is being charged out for far more than he, and his work ethic is even close to worth. Choose a lawyer who cares about your life and be cautious/able to see through their lies as they will surely still claim they do. Ian, you should do better. As a Professional myself, I ensure all my clients the same attention and level of duty and care that they ALL deserve. Or I wouldn't take them on as clients.

Gayle assisted me years ago with my contentious divorce. She offered sound advice, was easy to contact and I always felt like I was an important client of hers regardless of her work load behind the scenes.

After the matter had concluded, she has been great with communication and approachable with regards to residual issues that would bubble up from time to time. She continues to offer swift solutions to legal issues and is great at communication.

I would highly recommend her for consultation and retainment. She made a messy situation very simple and her matter-of-fact professionalism was much appreciated during a turbulent time.

I would look no where else in Lethbridge Alberta than Gayle Hiscocks and the fine folks at the Stringam firm.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to help an elderly woman work through a very sensitive and difficult matter.

When I first retained Jordan Henrie at Stringam it was for a simple separation agreement. During the extent of my time with him, I came to Jordan with several other requests completely unrelated to my original needs, some of which were incredibly sensitive. Jordan was always efficient, professional, compassionate, and him and his assistant Kaylene always went above and beyond for me. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan and this firm!

I paid for two lawyers for nearly two years and the lawyers forgot to submit my claim before the 2 year time limit expired.the t my experience was awful.it should also have no stars as option.it cost me 27000 in penalties

I don't like to share bad experiences but this time I want to say something that it happened today. I was there today because I needed ask about my house title, but lady in front desk was very rude and wasn't able to help with telephone number. She's supposed to be nice and polite. I don't interrupted because I know people are busy I was there less than 2 minutes. Respect as a customer like I am, that's all people need.

I was initially worried about the charge up front for a consult. But it was honestly worth every penny, not to name the person I met with but they were able to answer my every question I asked even some of the more paranoid ones and left me with many clear cut ways I can continue forward with my issue. Steven O. Is kind of a joke. 3 days before our hearing we sent him an email with all of our concerns. Our email was read nearly word for word in front of the judge. If I wanted to, I could've just done it myself. Pretty much ripped us off. Sat the whole day in court and no one had read the documents they needed to. It was a joke. Don't reccomend stringham.

Quaint restaurant with a diverse menu. Take out seems to be the majority of food movement however don't overlook the dine in option if looking for a place to get away from the kitchen. Food is great with reasonable prices, recommend giving this place a try.

Walked in needing some certification work done. Walked out knowing this firm will be my choice when I have legal matters to do. Emily Lyon was super helpful and so nice.

We needed to have some Power of Attorney documents notarized and met with Emily Lyon. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and she also took the time to explain Wills, EPAs and PDs with us which we also need to get done soon. We will definitely be meeting with Emily again as Stringam LLP will be our first choice for any legal work we need in the future.
