Purchased the optical snoot with lens and blades. Have already used several times with very good results. I have used other similar types of equipment and none can compare. Also purchased a set of the 12x12 gel pack. The color saturation is true and even. If you are hesitant about purchasing any of the above products as I was, save yourself the stress and buy now. A few months ago I was in desperate need of a last minute replacement for a flash after mine broke. They were the only place in Calgary that had it in stock which was a major butt-saver for me. In store, the employee who was working was excellent and knowledgeable.

Good gear at great prices! Living in Edmonton, I have ordered online several times. My order is usually shipped that day or the next (depending on when I put it in) and is in my hands by the end of day two. They have a great selection of modifiers, lights, stands and grip gear. I have been able to stop in 2 times and their show room is large enough to be able to show off all of the stuff they carry. I wanted to write this quick review for StrobePro from a customer experience perspective. I haven’t received my equipment yet (I’m sure it will be great) but they have already impressed me.

It was my first time ordering and when I went to pay my bank blocked the transaction as it was an unusual transaction for me on this particular card. So placed the order on my business card - all good. Here is where it gets good! I received a call from StrobePro to verify my details - they saw the first card declined and then the purchase on a new card and for safety measures called to confirm it was me who placed the order! With how rampant computer fraud and identity theft is in our society having a company who would take the time before shipping an order to verify that it was legit is a rare find. I’m sorry I didn’t the persons name who called but it was much appreciated and I’m sure you have earned a customer!

Strobepro is amazing with the customer service. Any time I had even the most minute question, they would email me an answer quickly and in much detail. The product return/exchange was super smooth and easy; plus with the lightning speed. It's rare to have a live, personalized response within a day or hours. It is extremely rare to find customer service like this these days. I had a few issues with equipment (not strobepro's fault) and they rectified it to the highest level. I can't say enough good things about this Canadian company. They listen to user feedback and implement requests into future iterations of their product.
