I misplaced the screws for my Eiffel table that I bought from Structube a few years ago. When I called, the employees at this location went above and beyond to assist me. They were able to locate a spare screw so I could go and match it at a local hardware store. Very grateful!

I bought a table in September. I was told it was out of stock and would be shipped to me in early December. When I followed up in November I was told it would be late December. That turned into January, February and now I am being told late March. They have been quick to respond and offered my money back, but I just want the table. I have the chairs sitting in a corner waiting for the table and it’s become annoying at this point.
I tried to buy their floor model but they wouldn't give it to me. Why would you want keep a floor model to entice customers to buy a table that might not be available for a year? !? This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you buy something that is out of stock, be aware their estimated arrival dates seem to be off by a few months. Buyer beware.

Very helpful when buying a floor model. Were helpful and awesome they have fabric swatches for pieces they don't carry in store.
Lost 1 star because when ordering from warehouse they are unable to give you any information except when to expect a call. That's not a this store problem but an overall Structube problem I think.

We are a regular at this location and got some great stuff at a reasonable price over the years but over the past few months the quality has really been compromised, a few months back we got the Gillies queen size bed, the head rest had holes on the headrest, went back to the store they ordered the parts again but the replacement part had the same issue and we were told that this seems to be a manufacturing defect and in short nothing was done about it, now recently we got the coastal bed along with the Tall boy Cabinet, one of the drawers of the cabinet is upside down (the rails are installed at the wrong spot), there is a scratch on one of the bed railings, its quite disappointing and going forward I dont think we will be shopping from Structube any more, someone really needs to look into the offshore facilities they are using

Nice selection of furniture. The quality is good as well. Shipping takes a bit longer due to supply chain issues which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a good place to get nice looking furniture.

We purchased the Geraldine king size bed frame a couple years ago and lost the hardware for it in a recent move. I didn’t think we would run into any difficulty ordering new parts so we could reassemble our bed, as Structube is a relatively large and reputable company. Structube’s policy is that they don’t offer replacement hardware for any of their items, but that they may be able to accommodate if contacted. I contacted Structube via email and was met with automated responses that were of 0 help. I called their customer service line and was told I should visit their locations and I might have more luck tracking down hardware in store. I came in to this location to inquire about hardware and was told I need to email their store as they were unsure of which parts I would need, although I looked at the bed frame instructions which had a list of the bed frame parts with the associate. Still, I emailed the store and have received no response. Although Structube carries trendy pieces, I will no longer be their customer unless they change this incredibly wasteful policy. Other furniture stores, like IKEA, offer free replacement parts which help keep perfectly functional furniture out of landfills. We had to purchase a new bed frame and unfortunately had to throw away a $1000 bed frame.

If I could give this store negative 5, I would. Every time I have gone in there no one has ever helped me and when I have gone to the front they have so much attitude and very little help. I bought a tall glass mirror (took 2 months to come in) and 4 white dining chairs. The dining chairs were only supposed to take 6 months max and I have been waiting for 8 months now. Do not recommend this store.

Customer service is abysmal. We came in to purchase a couple of pillows and several employees wouldn't help us. Nobody was at the front counter when we went to pay, and they looked right at us and ignored us. We told someone that we were ready to pay and they seemed annoyed about it. Would not go back into this store again.

We ordered a table and sectional over 3 months ago, and it has still not arrived despite being in stock. We’ve emailed and called and customer service says they’re not at liberty to discuss our order with us. Finally, we heard that by April 30 it would be shipped and we would be notified a delivery date within 14 days.we have heard nothing. We tried reaching out to Customer Service again and have received automated emails but no response from anyone after 11 days. Extremely disappointed and don’t recommend shopping here and will not be in the future.

My husband and I bought 6 dining chairs from this store in mid-January. The employee assisting us told us that the chairs would be available for shipment at the end of January. It it now March and we still haven't received our shipment. I have been consistently contacting Structube for updates and they provide me with the automated information via email. Information indicating that the chairs will be available on January 29th in the Montreal warehouse and that it will take 2-3 weeks to ship to Edmonton. It is now March and I have not received anything new. I am extremely disappointed.

Buyer Beware! Do NOT buy anything from this company. I purchased a bed in January and it arrived in February with a damaged piece. After repeated attempts to contact Structube via my local store, email, and their 1-800 number, I still have not received the replacement part. It’s been a month and I have been sleeping on the floor. I am STUCK with the bed because it is past their return window even though I don’t even have all the pieces for the bed. There is an open box bed for sale on their website for the bed I purchased so there are replacement pieces available but for some reason I cannot seem to get one. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I went the other day to this location and was met with greetings as soon as I walked in. After I did my initial walk through of the story I was greeted by Ryan and asked if I needed any assistance. I was looking to furnish my new basement suite and Ryan went above and beyond to help me. He really helped me in deciding which pieces I wanted for my new place. He was not pushy at all and was very open and receptive to hearing my thoughts and ideas. He did a great job of giving me his advice through the empowering what it was that it sounded like I wanted. He mentioned he has a background in interior design and did it ever show. This guy is super talented and I highly recommend that if you are going to this location to ask for him to help you! Thank you for making my structube experience a re memorable one!

We're not shopping at Structube ever again. An order that was supposed to take 3 months took over 6 months to arrive. No real concern for the customer. No updates on the order the whole time. After it arrived, item was defective. Contacted them and they still dont care.

Shipping date kept getting pushed back until we finally received our products over four months after ordering. Upon inspection and assembly, the RENO table has large crack running though the center along with visible dents in a number of spots across the surface due to improper shipping and handling. 2/4 of the chairs we ordered were missing parts key to assembly, and the third chair does not assemble as per the instructions, screws do not fit into place. Finally, the bench we ordered has a bent leg which causes it to not be level and wobble. We contacted structube IMMEDIATELY through the designated avenues. After weeks of not getting any responses we started calling only to be put on hold for hours or to be hung up on. And get this, they want me to pay for a return shipping fee and somehow disassemble and load up the multiple broken products. Disgraceful customer service, quality of products is abysmal, to this date we are still waiting to hear back from customer relations. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Structube if you reply to this review, referring me to your returns/warranty link is useless, we have been sending multiple complaints through this avenue without any response.

I wish the desk didnt start peeling on the edges and the drawers opened properly. Barely used it and it peeled on the desktop edges. Put it together, tried to fix a few times, but the drawers don't open properly. 2 stars for it being a bare minimum desk for too much money.

Site says will deliver all orders right to your door as long as the purchase is over $300. What they mean is deliver to your door in Edmonton. If you are outside of the city you are out of luck. We live 4 hours away so we were told to order it to someone’s house in Edmonton and then come back to pick it up.

Some neat pieces but I think you get what you pay for. Compare the quality before purchasing to make sure it will stand the test of time. Found some of the seating to not be too comfortable. But again, some fun items.

I have been calling your WARRANTY PHONE NUMBER (1-877) for over 3 weeks… every day I wait 45 min to be hung up on. The couch that I brought is VERY poorly made and uncomfortable.
I even waited over 1.5 weeks for a response or help after talking to a store manager (Skyview, Edmonton). I have asked for the area manager's, NO help because is was a COVID online purchase and there is NO area manager.
I have sent countless emails through your warranty, NEVER any response.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU DO NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT.

I had placed an order in August for a couch that was supposed to be in stock by early September. This date kept getting pushed back by a few weeks, where I only found out by phoning and being on hold for over an hour each time. The company seems very disorganized from my phonecalls and I would not recommend doing business with structube.

I had browsed online and decided to check out the furniture I'd like to order in person. Simon was a great help. Not only did he call around for me twice to try and find a floor model of the style I was looking for, he was extra friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Thanks, Simon!

I guess you get what you pay for.
I can’t speak for the quality of the whole store, but my wife and I purchased the Owen set (x2 chairs and x1 sofa) about 9 months ago. Great style for showing a home, but they definitely lack the integrity a chair/sofa needs for everyday use.

Our chair was the first to break an arm while a guest was getting comfy (and not a heavy person by any means), and just today we heard a loud crack from our sofa while a guest was sitting down. (Again not a heavy person, or someone who just “crashed” themselves down).

Today, I had a look under the couch to see if it was anything I could fix and reinforce. It’s made of cheap wood from what looks to be an old repurposed pallet.

Again, beautiful furniture for showing a home, but definitely lack the strength to be used as “everyday furniture. ”

The staff however have helped us in ordering a new chair under the 1 year warranty, just gotta deal with the sofa now, although I feel the same is going to happen to the new set as it did the last.

If you want a dollar hot dog check out their neighbours at IKEA. However if you want courteous and knowledgeable staff that actually understand what they are selling and can help you with spare parts and instructions Structcube is the spot. Very impressed!

Worst customer service I have ever had at any furniture store. I order a TV stand that arrived after few weeks. Went to pick up the TV stand and they told me to go to the back of the store where they will bring the product. I waited for 40 minutes but there was no communication from the any worker and then they said that they cannot find one box. They found the box eventually when I went home and started checking the all the parts one of the penal was broken. It was a waste of my time and effort. Never buying anything at Structube again.

I got a gift from a friend for my house (a mirror frame) but the color of the frame does not match the colors at my house. My friend told me which store she bought it from but did not have the receipt or a gift card. It was not more than a month old purchase but the store refused to exchange even though it was still in the box that have their name on it. Very poor customer service for an expensive store. The guy there did not even try to help he just said they can’t do anything about it.

The staff here are quite rude, even if you are spending allot of money there. Also it is incredibly insane that when an item is ordered they say, "2-3 weeks" and it ends up being two months and I am still waiting. They keep pushing back the delivery date, and offer no compensation AT ALL, the only thing they offer is a refund, which is incredibly unprofessional for a business. Would not recommend.

The order does not arrive on time; the delivery day is moved without notifying; all products are back ordered, you waiting.waiting; staff has no clue what they are doing; terrible service. I will never ever buy anything from them

Good customer service, the store has nice designed with lovely furniture and very beautiful decorations. I love to have all my house decorated from Structube. Buy all of the artificial plants and trees are little bet expensive. Other then it is a good place to shop for your house items.

I came into today with a bit of a vision but still was unsure of exactly what I wanted for a decent budget. As an Interior Design technogist I tend to have a decent idea, but one of the employees, Josh, really aided me in making my final decision that really complicated my space at home! I couldn't be happier with the experience tbh

When you buy something from there store, Prepare to be waiting for a really long time! Nothing is ever fast with this business. It is really just a show room store, And your order will take forever to get to you.

I’ve been dealing with a bit of a headache of a bed with broken pieces and wrong sizes the last few months. Not the fault of the store but the warehouse and delivery. Just have to say the customer service from this store was appreciated and the manager followed up with me without even having to ask.
