Really nice and affordable store! Ordered bar stools from them the leather quality is very good and the chairs are solid and steady and in great price. They have some really nice stuff in very affordable price.

The prices are cheap and so is there quality. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The branch’s staff are great but corporate customer service is terrible.

Eliana was super friendly, accommodating, patient and not pushy at all, she answered all questions and concerns, her after sale follow up was top notch customer service, we went to try out a sofa, ended up buying two sectional sets.ask for Eliana!

There is a guy named Hans that works there that was very gentle and kind and knowledgeable and helpful at the same time.
He made good suggestions and was very patient although it was the end of their workday. Hope every sales person would be like him.

Service was not from this store but structube deleted my review off the website.
Bought a sectional in 2021, Kinsey Blue L Sectional to be specific. One day I heard a pop after sitting. Called them, someone came and claimed he fixed it.
There is currently a sink in my couch with the visible spring bursting out below. They are blaming on wear and tear. This happened 6 7 months after purchase. I am the only one that uses the couch and most times I'm at my desk or in my bed.

They refuse to do anything to help. Very poor service. It didn't even reach the one year. I'm stuck with an couch I spent so much money on and it is of no use to me currently. To add to this a year later all the firmness seem to have evaporated from the couch. Instire quality feels great.

I'm not sure how much damage I could have done to cause this. Poor quality. Very poor after service terrible.

Prices are good except shopping experience was not. There was a blonde woman with a ponytail Dec 26 - Boxing Day, who seemed to be in a frustrated mood whenever we conversed with her and asked basic questions such as, availability of an item. It ruined the shopping experience for this store location.

Not enough ppl work at these places that you end up waiting like 45 mins to talk to a rep who tells you that EVERYTHING is back order till like October:/ I ask to buy the floor model and they told me they can't so I ask why and they said "well, then ppl won't know what we have" so I answered, "but you don't have it! ". Tried to buy a coffee table that has discontinued and they were willing to sell me the floor model at NO DISCOUNT whatsoever. This place has nice design but they lack inventory as 4 bed frames I wanted were not around for at least 2 months. Store could also improve with more reps working, especially on a Saturday Afternoon, like come on!

Structube has a lot of items that are popular so you can find some pieces you might see in Instagram home decor. The staff are friendly with their greetings and shopping help. I did find that some items were priced significantly higher than expected for the percieved quality but otherwise just typical furniture/ decor store.

Great and beautiful place to shop for quality furniture and house accessories. Their products are very nice, well made and attractive. Their prices are quite reasonable and are truly worth it. Excellent customer service with courteous workers. Easily accessible from the road and they have parking close to their entrance.

I was literally just in the Deerfoot city location. I was the only customer in there. I saw 4 staff. I needed their help. I intended to purchase. No one approached me. When I walked towards one of them they walked away. They lost a sale and I’ll never return.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not Purchase from this company. You will wait 3+ months for something to arrive in pieces and they will not fix any issues you have with the items.

Love their furniture. However, based on the Deerfoot store's recommendation, we called their headquarters about a sofa we wanted to purchase. While waiting for a call back from a supervisor, they increased the prices and refused to honour the previous quote they had given us. It was going to cost us over $500 more to get that sofa. We were told the rep who had "helped" us before no longer works there so there was nothing they could do

Horrible customer service. We ordered 4 bar stools in Dec and waited 4 months for it to be delivered. When my husband assembled 1 of the stools we realized the legs weren’t aligning. When called the store we were asked to send the pictures and we did the same. One of the sales person John said he can’t see any problem with the stool even when my husband sent the video they thought it was normal to have 1 leg short. When went to the store I was very upset and while I was explaining my concern a very Smart Lady (Pier) rather than listening to me said I am calling the security which shocked my husband and I. This is how they handle customer complains and yes before I forget the only person who deserves a recognition in the entire process is Bernadette. She was very helpful and helped us get a refund.

I really like this furniture store compared to others because the prices are more reasonable and they have good sales. Furniture quality ia very good, you don't have to build anything yourself

Over a year ago, I posted a review of the horrible experience I had. Today, a response was written to my review. This is absurd because they never advised how they would fix my situation and are trying to look like the good guy for responding. Please note I will never buy anything from structube again, especially after their self serving response. I will also continue to tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs!

Really disappointed in the customer service here. I never write bad reviews but this certainly deserves one.

I bought a $628 rug at Structube (Calgary Deerfoot Location) on March 1,2020. Brought it home to try it in my living room and it was too big for the space. Rolled it up and stored it with less than 3 hours of it sitting on my floor. I went on a trip to the U. S.the next morning.

Upon my return and WITHIN THE EXCHANGE POLICY TIME FRAME, I reached out to the store expressing that I would like to exchange the rug for a smaller size and potentially spend more money on a coffee table; however, since I had been travelling outside the country I had to self quarantine for 14 days to respect social distancing. I was told over the phone by a Structube employee that I would be able to exchange, not return the rug if it was in 100% condition (which it was).

By the time my quarantine was over on March 26,2020, the store declared a new EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

"To ensure the safety of our customers and delivery teams, all exchanges and returns have been temporarily suspended*. Pending requests will be processed once we are cleared to resume regular practices by local authorities. "

So, I again reached out to the store to ensure that our arrangement extended to when the store re-opened. I was then informed that they were no longer willing to honor the exchange because I was passed the exchange policy date! Remember, I could have brought in the item back within the exchange policy time frame, but wanted to respect social distancing and to avoid potentially spreading something to their staff and customers. So now that I am contractually passed the exchange date, they will no longer honor the previous arrangement, nor will they even consider abiding by their new online Covid-19 policy.

Shame on me for not getting the exchange in writing via email. Shame on Structube for taking advantage and not sticking by what their employees say to their customer. If the rug was not in the 100% shape I promised, fine, don't take it back. But at least honor what your employee told me and take into consideration the situation. Will never give you my business again.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but the products have terrible quality. Bought queen size bed in February, received in March and after 2 weeks it was broken. The bed was fell down in the middle of the night.

They said that they received a lot of complaints about this bed and will change a broken part. Manager said it should receive it in two weeks, then said in early June, and now in September.
After 4 months sleeping on broken bed they said to wait another 3 months.

I would not recommend to buy anything from Structube.
