Had a fantastic experience buying a dining room table. We flip flopped on the size we wanted but Kelsey, Madison, and the whole team was super accommodating and helpful the entire way. Superb customer service.

I never leave reviews but I needed to in this case. I had a defect of a chair I bought in store I originally called the south common location (the store I bought it from) and the guy on the phone was no help said if I needed it fixed I had to email them as there was nothing he could do. I then called the downtown location as they were very helpful during a previous visit. Kelsey was absolutely wonderful she knew exactly what the problem was and took two pieces that I needed from the chair they had in store and exchanged them for the two defected pieces I had that same day instead of wasting weeks of my time to get a new chair shipped. So if you're planning on visiting structube go downtown!

We ordered an upholstered bed from here that was made from horrible quality. The frame is made of particle board and constantly makes “snapping” noises when we sit or lay too close to the frame. I would not buy anything from here again.

Apparently even when you order items that are “in stock” and ready to be shipped in 10-14 days for pickup, you are expected to wait for months without so much as an update. The true definition of terrible customer service.

The quality of Structube can vary based on who you ask. To me, it is a notch above Ikea, but it depends on the item. Everything is beyond stylish, regardless. This review is 5 stars because of the incredible service of Ahmed who went above and beyond to assist me with an online order. He was professional, beyond pleasant, and went far more than I could have ever expected out of a single question I had.

There's always something new and updated there. And some times they even sell the floor model furniture. Today I bought a beautiful mid century modern coffee table, it was well priced and exactly what I was looking for.

This is by far my favourite Structube location in Edmonton. When you visit this place, look for Kelsey, she is awesome and goes above and beyond to help you with what you need. This place has a great customer service, lovely decors, and amazing prices!

Bought a sofa bed from here. They were good about keeping me up to date on the order from Montreal, and the couch came with all its pieces. It was easy to assemble and I'm really happy with it!

Purchased an expensive bed from structube. It broke one year and two weeks after purchase. We contacted the store and they assured us replacement parts would be in asap. Fast forward one month of sleeping in the guest room, and a dozen phone calls and email later and structube will actually not be helping to repair the defective furniture in any way as we were two weeks over a year. It would have been nice if they have told us that in the first place. This company does not stand by its products, it's customers service is a 0/10 and they make inferior furnitur. Stay away!

Ordered an Evan table after waiting a month because they were out of stock. Table gets here 2 weeks later and they say its damaged but they've already ordered one in and it should get here before Christmas or we can take the damaged one for 10% off. We opt out and say we'll wait for the other table, they say that they might be able to "throw something our way" for the inconvenience. 2 weeks later table comes in and we go to pick up, they say they've inspected it and it's good to go. Get it home and set up and THERES A CHIP ON THE SIDE! We didn't even care about the something for our inconvenience, we just wanted the table. Now we have a damaged table that's at home and customer service gets back to us and says that the most they can do is 10% off or a new table.

I've ordered stuff from structube before and I like the style but it's really disappointing that this is how they handle customer complaints. Obviously theres something wrong with how the product is packaged if it keeps getting damaged. So how is it possible that the most you can offer after this happened not once but TWICE, is 10% off. Ridiculous.

Update: They have agreed to ship the table directly and manager Christine was very helpful and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Would order again

Their furniture and accents are attractive, but they are rather expensive from my point of view.

Structube delivered a sofa to my apartment dirty and without any packaging, and then merely forwarded my complaint to the delivery company. Customer service was pretty terrible. It took days to get the delivery company to reimburse me for the cost of cleaning the sofa. It was delivered on a thursday and the issue did not get resolved in time to get the sofa cleaned before the long weekend. I will think twice before buying furniture from them again.

Structube delivered a dirty sofa to my apartment yesterday when the delivery company removed all packaging at the building entrance and hauled it up 4 flights of dirty stairs, stopping often to put it down directly on the floor. I immediately sent photos of the dirty sofa to structube and requested that they pay for the cleaning cost ($90), they told me they would forward my request to the delivery company.

First of all, why would the delivery company reimburse me for anything if they've already been paid by structube? My dirty sofa does not affect their bottom line. Second of all, why was my request not processed before the long weekend as I repeatedly asked? I just got off the phone with customer service - they told me the delivery company said they would "get in touch with me" next week. This is a long weekend, so it will not happen until Tuesday. Until Tuesday, assuming they even agree to pay for the cleaning fee, I have nowhere else to sleep but a dirty sofa. Very bad form, structube.

I was planning on buying more furniture and other items from structube but if this situation cannot be resolved to my satisfaction (the $90 cleaning fee, ASAP), never again.

Poor customer relations manager. I ordered a sofa, they did not deliver, took them forever to give me a refund! Such a shame! They have such nice designs but with the way I was treated I will never go back in!

Sofas and decor were impressive. Customer service was terrible. We were there for 15 minutes walked the whole store, no staff contact.

I've come here quite a bit and the staff were always readily available and helpful. I had some. Problems with the online customer service but even that they helped sith.

Another of nice furniture and unique items. Good prices, but not a very good return policy. So you need to absolutely sure you want what you are buying.

My experience at Structube was horrible, in particular due to the poor customer service by Edmonton's District Manager. I ordered the ARLY table, which arrived damaged (after waiting with no shipping date for it to arrive 3 weeks later). Then, after having to go across the city to the Skyview location to get another table, I brought it home to find brown spots all over the back and top of it. When I finally got into contact with the DM to express my disappointment with my experience, things went super south.

First, she apologized and said they'd handle having the item picked up and refunded, then within a few hours, she e-mailed me back and retracted what she said, accusing me of leaving the store after verbally stating that the table was in "perfect condition". I corrected her, after having followed-up to confirm with the Skyview Manager, that I did not use the word "perfect" and that I had only been able to check for any serious damages done during transportation.

After 2 requests to speak over the phone, the DM accused me of damaging the table myself, and repeatedly claimed that I used the words "perfect" (even though she hadn't been there to witness anything, and I had never said such things as was confirmed by the store Manager!) Like I said, it wouldn't have been possible to see the brown dots from the damage inspection we had done because the table was still on its side inside the box and the dots were not visible from the brief inspection both the Manager and I had done. If I had seen the brown dots then, I sure as heck wouldn't have gone through all the trouble of bringing it home and assembling it just to go through this process.

The DM cared little of what I had to say, was rude via e-mail and telephone, accused me of being a liar, and hurled accusations while she argued with me. Then, she hung up on my during a phone conversation (accusing me of yelling at her!) and failed to follow-up, which I had to do myself. Never in my YEARS of working in customer service or being a customer have I ever experienced such appalling treatment by not staff, but the DM! I tried my best to have a reasonable discussion with her, but when you're dealing with unprofessionalism, it's next to impossible. And to be clear, both the Skyview and Jasper Managers were wonderful. They were understanding, apologetic, validating, and did not blame me for anything, instead made me feel understood and valued as a customer. That is how customer service should always be.

I would highly recommend against shopping at Structube. If you happen to be one of the (MANY) unlucky customers who has problems with their product (because this seems like a theme when people buy things from Structube), you'll have to go through a gruelling experience of trying to have things properly resolved. Fighting with the DM was scarring and I will never buy from this company again.

Bought a king size bedframe and lamp from Structube.the service from the girls in the store was great, very helpful and accommodating.
However, the delivery policy and third party delivery that Sctructube uses is terrible along with management in Montreal.
When we received a call from the delivery company that they’d deliver between a certain time frame in the morning, and mentioned our address was first in their list, well clearly that was false because we waited PAST the blocked time by half an hour and we had to end up leaving to go to work.

They then called saying that they’ll try to deliver again but we’d have to pay another delivery charge. Absolutely ridiculous.
After discussing this issue with management in Montreal, they didn’t want to pay for the 2nd delivery attempt nor did they want to meet us half way to pay for at least half. Worst customer service ever!
Because of this, we decided to return the bed and lamp (cost was approx $1000) and they didn’t refund for the initial delivery charge. Sad that they would rather loose $1k of business over a terrible delivery service.
Never shopping at Structube again.

Absolutely terrible first experience. We were guaranteed our product would be available on a specific date, purchased $500 of furniture and found out after contacting Structube, the timeline provided was absolutely incorrect, we would be lucky if our 'in stock' product would leave the warehouse in two weeks time. Ended up having to cancel our order and scramble to find furniture. We were provided with 'sorry' and that was it. Awful customer service.

This 1 star goes to the district manager! Thank you for your poor decision you made to not waive the 90$ fee for delivery that i wasn’t informed about 4hr window time. I will take my money somewhere where they will appreciate my business and time.

Great products quality wise, “but” customer service is horrible and not user friendly. I’ve resorted buying my stuff online and picking up from this location since I live downtown so I don’t have to deal with their attitude and behaviour. Still when I call to inquire about picking up my goods, stuff is very impatient, they sound irritable, and very discouraging. The Mayfield common is the best, just that they are a distance from me. Teach your stuff business ethics, patience and tolerance to those different from them! So annoying
