Horrible Service! The girls that worked today were lazy and didn’t greet or asked if I needed help with anything. I was looking at some sectionals since there was a summer sale on, and was interested in buying a sectional sadly no one came up to me (the girls were sitting on the couches chatting) I came up to one of them and she said she would be right with me. 5 minutes late nothing still sitting on the couch talking guess they didn’t want To make a sale on a 2500$ couch. I walked out of the store and they just stared.

I’ve been looking for an area rug for our family room and found the perfect one at this location. It was on the rack and the last one available as it’s been discontinued. The store attendant I spoke to on Sunday said she couldn’t take it off the rack and someone would have to do it the next day. She took my name and phone number and said she would hold the area rug for a few days. I returned on Tuesday, the area rug was still hanging and when I said my name was on hold for it, they said that they had sold it earlier in the day and would not honour my hold because there was no post it note… horribly managed store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I had a similar experience with the staff at Skyview Structube. We specifically drove to this location because they had the sofa we were interested on display. No one acknowledged us the entire time we were there… and we were the only people in the store.
There was one associate on the counter, two chatting beside her, and one reclined in a chair, engrossed in her cell phone.

In the end, their unprofessionalism did us a favour. Instead of settling for a half-decent $3,000 sofa from Structube, now we’re getting the sofa of our dreams, albeit at a significantly higher price! But we’re perfectly happy to pay more for top quality & excellent service:)

Don’t shop here, they don’t deserve your business.

My comments align with others regarding the two female sales staff at this store. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences in a decade.

Visited the store on Feb18@14: 00. Drove from the west end specifically to look at the “Soft” sectional and place an order. No attempt to offer any help from girls at the counter (I can deal with that). The model on the floor had a seat that was sunken in the middle and defective. I went up to the desk and approached the two female sales associates about the warranty policy. These two individuals had absolutely no respect for us not just as a customer but as a human. Told this was normal after 4 months in the store, it was “a fifty fifty chance” that Structube would honor a warranty claim after delivery. The worst part was as we walked away, they clearly were talking about us, pointing, rolling eyes and laughing. Basically, we were gaslighted and made to feel crazy for even suggesting there was a problem with the product.

Never had an issue like that at any other Structube location or going further than any retailer period. Negative enough that decided not to order the sofa.

We went to check the dining chairs as we were told by the South common branch that they have it in display last month around 4 pm Saturday. Very disappointed with the two girls and one of them we thought is a customer as she was very comfy playing her cell phone while sitting in the couch, doesnt even bother to look at the people around her. Very bad customer service

Very disappointed at the quality of the sheets duvet we purchased. Found a whole going down the seem of the duvet. Can’t return it as we already threw away the receipts.

I went to purchase a sideboard which was already fully assembled and on final sale. When I arrived, the girls at customer service were very bothered by having to help assist me in wrapping my item and preparing it for sale. It seemed very inconvenient for them to have to stop taking selfies at the til. They set the item on a dolly and awkwardly stared and snickered until I asked for help. I received massive attitude from the staff when I asked for help in rolling the item towards my truck.

Overall it was a very weird experience… felt like being back in high school with the typical mean girls.

The girls that work at this store are so unprofessional. All they do is sip coffee, socialize and gossip, as a customer I shouldn’t feel like I’m interrupting their conversation. Perhaps they should take it to Tim Hortons across the street, as a customer I’m disgusted by the lack of service. I will definitely not shop at this location.

No improvement since the other reviews, staff just sit around the desk and chat amongst themselves, never ask if you need help or are looking for anything in particular, so also went to Leons and bought my sofa. If you shop at Structube go to the store on Jasper, they are so helpful there.

I love how large this Structube is! Their selection in the showroom is immaculate and the prices are very cheap compared to their competitors. The staff are always amazingly friendly and kind.

The furniture we ordered was great however the Skyview store should be avoided.

The store made a mistake in our most recent order and did nothing to rectify it. Instead they put the responsibility to fix the issue on me. The store manager is ignorant and refused to answer phone calls once the Main office in Montreal contacted her about the issue. The main office agreed with us but the manager was abrasive and uncooperative.

Avoid the Skyview location and it's manager and you should be okay.

People at the store are nice but they failed to tell me it’s “curb side delivery”. So when our couch arrived the delivery people refused to bring it inside. Now my couch is sitting outside in the snow until I can find help to bring it inside.

I don’t usually write reviews unless they are positive, but I believe this review is needed for future and current customers at Structube. Structube lacks accountability and professionalism when dealing with customers. I purchased a sofa in-store and received the wrong colour after waiting 2.5 weeks. Then, Structube tried to have me return the wrong sofa to their warehouse and wait an additional 2.5 weeks for the correct sofa to come in. Fortunately, I was able to have them deliver the correct sofa to my personal residence after much deliberation. Moreover, they failed to communicate with me on the status of my order, and I found myself consistently having to call them for updates. Structube also offered no compensation for the additional wait time, and loss in comfort and personal expenses. Overall, save yourself the headaches and avoid ordering from here. I even cancelled an online order because it wasn’t worth the stress and hassle.

Good customer service from the staff members. I had a good experience during purchase and refund. You can get beautiful products at reasonable prices.
