I will preface this review with the fact that I almost never leave reviews online for anything, unless I have had a horrible experience or an absolutely fantastic one. We have made several purchases from Structube over the years so as a repeat customer with no prior complaints, you would think you'd get some service. Generally the furniture is decent quality for the price you pay. Getting a solution for any issues one may have however is below average comparing to the likes of other retailers. End of May we purchased 6 Mali dining room chairs and in less than 3 months of use, 3 chairs have ripped all along the edges of the seat. I sent images to the store and all required documentation and the response has been that it's considered normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. We have no pets or small children and our last set of dining room chairs lasted over a decade without so much as a scratch, the fact that these ones have ripped so excessively in such a short amount of time with normal use is absolutely ridiculous. I think you get better issue management with even Ikea, let alone having spent $800 on chairs. Customer service or customer experience is non existent and noone seems to deal with any complaints with care, genuine interest or customer satisfaction as an objective at any point. It's beyond disappointing and enough for me to not make any purchases from them again. Buy at your own risk and hope that nothing ever goes wrong with your items because there is zero post purchase support, service or issue resolution effort.

Structube on 130th was amazing! Staff were so helpful and I got a price adjustment after it going on sale! Packaging for shipping was awesome too! Love it all!

We purchased our sofa in-store and asked the staff whether there will be any discounts coming up. We were told no. However, 17 days after our sofa was delivered there was a large 40% discount. We contacted the in-store staff to request a price adjustment but was told that this is outside of their strict 14 day policy. Despite our request being escalated to the District Manager, who the staff informed us had the flexibility to accommodate our request, we were again told they cannot issue a price adjustment.

While the staff in-store was helpful, we feel quite cheated. Considering such a large discount with just a 3 day difference from their policy and that we also have no control over the delivery date, this left us with a very bad taste in our furniture shopping experience at Structube. I would understand if this gap time was longer but to not even have any flexibility in their policy is just frustrating. While I recognize that it is their company policy, we will be sure to shop for our furniture elsewhere in the future and would caution anyone else interested in making a purchase at Structube.

The worst company. After 4 months we still don’t have the product. The costumer service has no idea where it is. Do not buy from them!

Typical furniture store. Products appear ofo great quality when you walk in. I ordered a Kinsey L sectional and it has not been a year and the frame apparently broke. If I was applying pressure or if I was even heavy I could understand. But this is regular weight on this sofa I don't even sit on that area often since it is me alone. They sent someone to fix it however there is still a sink in my sofa under warranty and it is being written off as wear and tear. As a company you should do better, first time customer and definitely will be the last hugely due to customer service and resolution.

I wasn't given the option to exchange and I am still within the warranty period where it was stated that is possible. Very dissatisfied after spending almost 1800 on this purchase.

Update Jan 2023.
I am still being blamed for this damage. The spring is visible from the bottom of the couch and nothing has been done. Very poor service. Terrible

We walked through the store without anyone checking on us, and when we finally asked for assistance the manager couldn't be bothered, as evident by her distantly answering questions as she walks away from us.
