The chairs we bought and picked up in-store are beautiful and seems sturdy. The picture on the website is not 100% accurate in person. On the website the metal frames looks gold but in person it's more of nickel and way far from gold. In-store they have decent display and reasonably priced. We'll get more bar chairs from tgem for sure.

I gave only 4 stars because one of their Associate Ash is so annoying when we were ordering in-store for pick up. He doesn't not sound sincere and he spoke to us as if mocking us when I asked why it will take more than 14 days for our chairs to arrive. I was just genuinely curious, I am not questioning or anything and he responded irritatingly. If he's not happy answering general questions, he should start pondering if customer service line is for him. He has ZERO customer service skills. When I picked up our chairs he's in store again and i saw how he spoke to the couple there waiting in the counter, no greeting no hi or a hello. The 3 ladies there that helped us are wonderful (tiny lady with curly hair, the asian lady and the tall lady with specs- short haired).

We drove from Red deer to buy dining table and chairs. They have amazing deals. January helped us with our purchase and delivery. She also advised on chairs based on other customers review. She was amazing. Well done January

What a great store. We haven't had such a pleasant time shopping in years. Clean, kind and helpful staff. January was a great help in ordering.
Coming back to expound on delivery and assembly and quality.
The delivery was extremely efficient, but the polite gentlemen went above and beyond. The assembly was the easiest we've ever done. The quality is astounding. I don't think we'll ever go to ikea again. It was wonderful and easy to assemble, and was immediately sturdy. Well done structube!

I went in today to look at a couch that I had been eyeing for a while online… The customer service I received from January was so nice! I don’t write reviews often but she was really friendly! Thank you! I’m so excited to receive my couch soon:)

Couches are awesome, staff was super friendly and were great accommodating our poor choice of transport vehicle without any problems!

I don't have much to say. But after the events of what happened at another store at WEM. This store was an amazing time and made me feel much better.

Everyone was very nice and helped me out. Very well of knowing and even showing me other products for what I would like.

Huge shoutout to Patrick for helping me figure out the items I was looking for. Hopefully he's there next Sunday to help find the other items i'll need.

My experience with Structube is so far terrible. While I was happy with the staff in store and made a purchase middle if november 2022. My sofa KAMEO was delivered first week of december. I noticed right away some of the sections dont line up so we
was unable to connect them.
Around three weeks of using it at home (2 adults 1 kid) every single section started giving us a strange noises. Some have springs noises and all of them hives us this plastick bag kind off like noise when you seat it sounds like you seat on the grocery plastic bags. Contacted customer service been toold
to contact store as it was in store purchase. Contacted store been told to send them email with all kind of proofs that it gives us those noises (been accused that we just dont like it and want money back). I sended email with all pictures, movies nd obviously copy of receipt as
without it there is no warranty and so far no one contacted me, no one even send me email back with any kind of info that my claim is in progress, etc. Completly no contact. I even called
store been told manager is not available been asked to leave name and phone and they will call back - no one call back in two days.
So my opinion regards this product is - Quality is none to zero on it. Dont buy this product unless you need it for two three weeks.
Also dont trust their money back guarantee. When you check company policy - to receive money back you need to bring it back to them in original packaging not opened within 7 days. So they selling you a nice story in store that you have 7 days to return but actually the moment you cut the plastick of your sofa or chair or love seat thats it - there is no more
money back.
Still waiting for someone to contact me on my CAD 2400 sofa which to sort out its issue.
I wonder is other Structube furniture also have life span of two three weeks and then its a garbage
