We bought Reno Dinning table from structube in Nov 2023 and it’s not even 6 months and it’s started cracking.
The customer service is poor and the staff is not even responding back to this situation.
The quality of structube is bad; Will not recommend to buy there products. Poor quality.

This used to be my go to favorite store and it is sad to see that one horrible experience doesn't wanna make you shop here anymore, the assistant store manager Ian was absolutely rude he kept laughing not sure if his laugh was his way to hide his ability to understand things or he lacks zero customer service skills, he kept arguing when a request was made and refused to help and stood there like he didn't care, surprised that he is ASM and Still has a job. I feel bad for the store Manager that she has to rely on a person like him, store manager is good and kind and addresses your queries, i wish I didn't meet with this person but as they say it is one bad experience that makes you not wanna go there, having worked as HR for a retail company if this attitude was seen by any of our ASM's he would be other side of the door.
If not customer service skills have humanity and basic service etiquettes atleast.
Definitely a character who will take store reputation down, was out there to ask some queries and place an order for some furniture but as long he is there I don't think I want to go there
Store associates were kind and keen on helping but they were in a tough spot and he was acting so weird I ahve never seen a ASM acting this crazy, finally an associate she helped me and I could finally figure out the missing part

I love it. But feel it has so much potential. Too much repeats. Too much museum feel. Why is it on the floor if it's not available for purchase? It wouldn't surprise me if it's gone in 3 yrs or less. Which is sad because we love stuff there.

Its rather unfortunate Structube does not have uniform managerial protocol across all its locations, it does unfortunately happen that egos and personalities get in the way of providing an excellent customer service experience.

This is truly the reason Online sales are thriving, Brick and Mortar Locations across the world are shutting down in record numbers from major retailers, and why most of the world is going to have no jobs. LOL

sales tip 101.if you have a confirmed Purchaser with money in hand ready to go.you do whatever it takes to get that money.

I have got a couple of items from this store and my wife is always happy, staff is very friendly, quality is great and if there is no availability at the store the shipping process works fast and great

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. We were there for a lamp that showed availability online and in store. They said the floor model is not available for sale and they’re out of inventory and will take weeks to order. I heard the manager talk to the associate and instruct her not to sell. Will never go there again.

Service was not from this store but structube deleted my review off the website.
Bought a sectional in 2021, Kinsey Blue L Sectional to be specific. One day I heard a pop after sitting. Called them, someone came and claimed he fixed it.
There is currently a sink in my couch with the visible spring bursting out below. They are blaming on wear and tear. This happened 6 7 months after purchase. I am the only one that uses the couch and most times I'm at my desk or in my bed.

They refuse to do anything to help. Very poor service. It didn't even reach the one year. I'm stuck with an couch I spent so much money on and it is of no use to me currently. To add to this a year later all the firmness seem to have evaporated from the couch. Instire quality feels great.

I'm not sure how much damage I could have done to cause this. Poor quality. Very poor after service terrible.

I'm very satisfied with the products and service. The experienced sales agent helped me to pick the best choice and the manager handled the exchange (for the damaged product) professionally. They all take their customers seriously. I highly recommended Structube!

Horrible experience with quality and support from this store. I'm sure anyone whos shopped here will understand that staff here have no interest in contacting customers or at the very least come to greet customers upon entering. I guess there's a difference between comission vs non-comission environment. But a simple hello goes a long way. I really hope district manager reads this a goes in one day to see this first hand.

Worst made in China furnitures are sold here with terrible return policy. I brought a coffee table and it started chipping off because of the cheap quality wood and now they are not willing to refund or replace the table as per warranty. Please do not buy anything from here. These guyz are scamsters

Bought a linen duvet cover and sham set, which was marked on clearance sale. I specifically asked the sales assistant if the item was damaged, and he replied "no, it is not damaged". Unfortunately when I took the duvet cover and pillowcase out of the packaging at home, they are obviously discoloured. Looks like they were a floor model which got severely sun bleached. What was supposed to be charcoal grey is an ugly browny-beige in large patchy sections. Furthermore, there was only 1 pillowcase included, instead of the 2 there were supposed to be.
These were a complete waste of money. Would not buy here again.

My first impression was this was upscale, but when we walked in it was obvious it was cheaper furniture. Still not bad for some items, we made some purchases. We could have ordered online but we were there.

They offered free delivery and charged for room-drop off. I did not understand the difference but this would become a major problem. They delivered it and took it to each room but did not assemble. Basically glorified ikea furniture. Our bed was damaged by the delivery company, and they were good at getting a replacement sorted out. But they screwed up everything from here. Wasted 4 days verifying the bed was ok, wasted a week getting the delivery company to contact us. Gave them the wrong instructions which caused a full scale argument with the delivery company. They did sort out there miscommunication and we finally got it done. Took so long to get, and this problem sorted out we wouldn’t but from them again.

I bought my first item from Structube and it was the Arnold Sectional Sofa. After 3 months the cushion foam is already showing wear. I contacted their company and they said they could not help me with this, that it was not under warranty and they do not even allow me to buy replacement cushions. At this rate, the couch won't last past 2 years.

Just beware of the quality of this specific item. Their website screens reviews so I am not sure if my review for the Arnold Interchangeable Sofa will ever be posted.

I had an IKEA couch that was better quality than this one in the past.

I was disappointed that my items didnt arrive on time and that there was nothing they could do when I called the store. However the store manager look for ways to make it happen and they did find a cancelation that match with one of my items. They managed to get it all back on the list for delivery and meet delivery stimated time. Thank you for doing that! I appreciate it!

The furniture was nice, but not overly comfortable. And they were out of stock for a lot of things. The decor is lovely! I'll likely be back to purchase decor and paintings!

I tried really hard to love Structube.but the selection, and the inability to actually purchase the products you see in the catalogue online is beyond frustrating. Ended up purchasing on Wayfair instead. So much potential, but hit-or-miss quality control and impossible stock levels make structube a no-go for me.

Walked in to this store today with my husband. Was not greeted, not even looked at. There were 3 employees. 2 sitting on their phones and one scanning something and made eye contact with us twice and then continued to do his work. I am disgusted by this experience and will never purchase or recommend this place to anyone. Great loss on a whole house furnish, guys.

I came here as we were in the process of moving into a new house. My partner and I came in and the workers did not even acknowledge us. They were just back in the cashiers desk looking at us but didn’t even ask we needed help.not a word. Customer service is very important to us and we felt as if we were just being ignored. How and why work there? Bottom line, we bought our furnitures elsewhere. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a couch from here in September 2019 and the frame broke after only 18 months of use. I called customer service and they told me their warranty only lasts one year. Absolute ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. Go to IKEA instead.

Purchased a coffee table and had 3 poor experiences:
1. Obviously noticed a piece unpainted and paint peeling as I unboxed (see photos)
2. Support said the best they could do was a ~10% discount
3. Realized the products reviews on the website only accept good reviews
+1 because table is functionally great, but my overall experience was terrible

Structube has some great furniture and reasonable prices. Most locations are super friendly and very helpful.not this one; there’s other Structube locations in the city worth your business don’t waste your time.

Unreliable out of stock dates

Would not recommend buying from this company online.when I placed my order - July 29th, there was only one item out of stock that was expected to be due back September 26th. That date came around and a different item was out of stock so it didn’t ship. This process has continued until now, where I’m back to only one product being out of stock until November 29th. Hopefully my order will finally ship then. Unless you have time to wait 4 months (ordered end of July) just for your order to leave their facility, nevermind shipping time, I would just shop in store.

Also for the record, I contacted their customer service and am either only speaking to a computer or these people have pre-set sentences they stick to. I’m not sure if I should laugh or cry at this point.

Absolutely Awful experience. We purchased a kitchen table and 4 chairs along with a desk in July 2020. They told us it would ALL would arrive in mid Sept. Mid Sept arrives. Nothing. We stop by the store in mid sept and they tell us early oct, lies again. Then they said end of Oct. Still nothing. Then they say it will be mid November. This has to be the worst buying experience and customer service I have ever received. I will be sending a letter to the corporate HQ and the Better Business Bureau about how awful this place is.

Spent 15-20 mins in this location discussing couches and accent chairs with my spouse, as we were looking to refurnish our entire living room. We were the only customers in the store during that time and not once did one of the 3-4 employees (don't recall the exact number) even acknowledge us, nevermind see if we needed help or had any questions. Atrocious customer service! Nice furniture, but we will never spend a dime on this company after that experience. Save your time and go elsewhere. Just as nice furniture can be found from other companies that actually want your business.

The staff here is completely useless. Not a single person greets you when you walk in or offer help. When asked for help they are clueless and say “you should just check the website. ” then why are you here honey? If I can just check the website what are you paid for?

Terrible company. We ordered in May. We ordered several pieces but they insisted only shipping together (to save themselves money), then delayed the delivery twice, and now trying to call them back their number automatically kicks you off after waiting 40 minutes on the phone! Most brutal retailer I’ve seen in a very long time.

I have been in here twice now and no one from the staff has even said two words to me. I understand there is challenges with the current world situation but both times I went in looking to spend money and left with my pockets full. There are many other furniture places in the area who were more than happy to take my business. They have really cool modern designed furniture and that is what drew me in the door but lack of service drove me away.

Sales Associate EMMANUEL very rude, avoiding to speak, acting righteous and I don t understand why, this is not a family owned store, so therefore I came to spend my money to purchase furnitures and I had to go online to place orders one by one, he had this behavior 2 times, I will place an official complaint to head office in Montreal, it is too much because I need this store for others family members furnitures. Mr. Emmanuel respect yourself little bit THIS IS NOT YOUR STORE. I am going to launch an official complaint to Montreal legal dept next time.

The staff at the Heritage gate store are so pleasant and accommodating. They greet you when you go in the store, don't hassle you when you're in there, but are available to help you when you ask for help. I recently bought a lamp (excellent prices and variety), and was able to take a floor model home to see how it fit for my needs. They put a new one aside for me, and exchanged it with no paperwork when I brought the floor model back. Unfortunately, when I got the boxed lamp home it had a bit of damage on it. Again, they were very accommodating in replacing it immediately, no questions asked. I wish I still needed to furnish my whole house, it definitely would be a store I would deal with.

Love this place. Wish they had a warehouse at their stores. I always get antsy waiting for the furniture to come all the way from Montréal. Furnished my place in Winnipeg from this place a few years back, and doing the same here in Calgary.

Spoke to an extremely nice lady the day before I went to this location to check & see if they had the chairs I wanted in stock. She phoned me back & offered to put the items on hold for me which I definitely appreciated. The next morning at opening, I went & purchased the products- however, customer service in the store could of been a lot friendlier.

This was my first time in a Structube store (I live close to an hour & a half away) & despite their modern & reasonably priced products, I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.shopping online with Structube has been the absolute worst experience I have had with any company. They take longer than 7 days to process the return then tell you that since the 7 days have elapsed they are refusing the return. I had to call BBB and Visa to cancel the charges. What a corrupt company.

Overall positive experience purchasing their floor model ANDREW sectional. Manager was eventually willing to knock 10% off due to some pieces and screws fitting together a bit awkwardly. They were able to arrange delivery ($90 charge) by the end of the week and we were actually quite satisfied with the service. I don't have high expectations for the longevity of this sectional given what I've read online but it has held up so far and is quite comfortable. Very comparable to Furniture Extreme and IKEA. A person can sleep on it in a pinch. I have no doubt this will last us at least a couple years given the relatively durable vinyl material. Time will tell.

I went to 2 other Structube locations in search of the Denmark chair and was directed to this location after as I was told it was the only one in the city with that chair in stock. I arrive and have to flag down one of the staff that were in the store at the time to ask to purchase one of the 4 chairs they had on the floor. The employee begins to tell me that they prefer to sell all 4 together as it would be harder to sell the other 3. I explained that I only needed one and they were priced individually not as a set. This employee continued to tell me they would not let me buy one of the chairs and I was going to have to order one in from the warehouse. I had to ask for help in doing that as they were not offering to help me get this chair. The employee reluctantly walked to the desk and searched it up. He then told me that it would not be in stock for another week and then I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive at the store. The way he was telling me was not in a helpful way to help me purchase the item but rather to deter me away from even trying as he was expressing it would be way too hard to order in a chair. The to employees in the store at the time both did not allow me to purchase the one chair so I walked our and will be finding one from another place other than Structube. Every time I have been in a Structube I have felt like I am spending my time trying to convince the employees to let me buy an item and have had to work for it. Maybe it is your business model but each time no one seems to not want me to purchase anything. I own a couch from here and it is only because I had to be very pushy with the staff to get it ordered.

This is a medium size store, but with great quality products. However, you have to know that they sell pieces in volume, so you will not have a unique piece or custom piece at home. In my case, I am ok with that. I know some of my friends have the same furniture we do and all I care about is that they are quality products that last and they offer great prices. I would recommend that you check the website and then visit the store. They have a delivery fee of $90 and you can group together all of the things you are buying.

Pros - stylish products
- decent pricing
- friendly staff

Cons - they don’t stock or display the majority of their larger products. So you can’t see a bed, table, couch before you buy it
- if they don’t stock a product, you pay for shipping. Whereas Ashley and even the Brick offer free delivery options, Structube does not, you can’t even pick it up from them
- if you don’t like a product, the delivery fee is non-refundable, plus you pay another fee for the delivery company to pick up the product again

If you are in Calgary I HIGHLY recommend you visit the Heritage Gate location. I've been to and shopped from a few other locations and Heritage Gate is the only location I received great customer service from. Structube is really the only affordable furniture store aside for Ikea. It is a great option if you are looking for something not everyone else has! Their offering will suit anyones home style.

Pros: Trendy furniture at a reasonable price
Cons: Quality is not great (but you get what you pay for)
Overall: Structube has a good value proposition if you plan to change furniture every 3-5 years.

I have had 3 issues with product quality within a 16 month period, but am still a satisfied and happy customer, mainly due to the Heritage Gate Manager's (Ben) commitment to customer support.

I purchased a dining table and the tabletop failed after just 4 months. A month later, a replacement tabletop was delivered to me under warranty, however that one also failed after 10 months. Technically, I was hooped because the 12 month warranty period is calculated from the product purchase date (and I was at 15 months by this time), however the Manager (Ben) arranged to take our defective table back and offer us a full refund in the form of a gift card. We purchased another dining table but discovered a manufacturing defect with the tabletop immediately after we assembled it. Without hesitation, the Manager ordered us a replacement tabletop right away.

Despite the hassle and issues we have had to deal with regarding the dining table (s), I will continue to shop at the Heritage Gate Structube as long as Ben (the Manager) is running the show because I trust that he will make things right if I run into any issues down the road.

I was pretty excited to shop at Structube for the first time, for they seemed to offer great non-IKEA looking pieces at an affordable price. Well, what good is all that when you are still waiting for the delivery a month after the purchase of pieces. The sales rep, while very cordial and helpful, seriously underestimated the shipping time and we are still sleeping on the mattress on the floor. I am now told to wait until the early November (how early is early, btw? Is it Nov 1 or 10? They gave me neither tracking info nor any estimation), which would put us at 6-8 weeks from the time of purchase, at least. Hard to believe it takes this long at this day and age, with more than one store in Calgary. Once I get this delivery, that will be my first and last purchase from them.

Products.
Very happy with our new coffee table, looks good and is exactly what we wanted.
Service.
Over 3 weeks late on the arrival of our table with nothing said. Store staff are clearly bored which translates to poor service.
When we called the store looking for our table, the lady who answered our call was less than helpful.
When I emailed about the late delivery,
Diane did not even read my email and gave a generic response about their delivery terms.
I believe it took pointing out that Structube was in breach of contract by being late with our order, as we got an email the following day stating our order was en route.
Better quality and look over IKEA products.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. I believe this is because Structube is a Quebec company.
If time is not an issue, the product is decent.
