Friendly and fast service, lower than advertised prices, they figured out what was bloating my car's fuel use. They also have a decent selection of used cars, though I got mine new. Highly recommended.

By far the WORST service we have received at any car showrooms in Calgary. We were attended to by Tariq Bhatti.

My wife and I were on the lookout for an Impreza (Hatchback) for our daughter. We wanted to have a feel of the visibility from the driver's seat. Without accompanying us, he gave us the keys to an Impreza Touring trim parked outside (at -29 degrees) ; and told us to check it out ourselves! The car could not warm up quickly enough, so we got out almost immediately.

When we got back into the showroom, we were obviously shivering from the cold. He actually had the cheek of sipping his hot drink in front of us (and NO, he did not offer us anything).

We asked him if there were any used Imprezas at Subaru Calgary. His first answer was "NO"! We had done our homework before getting there, as we knew there were several listed on their website. We told him to check and he found three available!

He recommended that we take the car out for a test drive, and it does not come fitted with winter tires. Being a previous Subaru owner, I am aware of Subaru's symmetrical AWD system, but seriously.it is no substitute for proper winter tires in the snow and ice that we have been having the past week. He simply has no regard for our safety.

On a final note, there was an Impreza WRX parked in the showroom. We need not have gone outside had he told us that the interior cabin and seat adjustment were almost identical to the Impreza Touring model parked outside.

Utterly disappointed!

Last month when I planned to go out of town with my friend then find out my sit belt has a problem, so I drive to Subaru Calgary, Rodger Sallans operation manager come out right away to check my car's back sit belt, he checked all back seat found the sit belt connteion was under the seat.
Me and my husband very appreciated his great experience and service, also made our trip happy and safe

I recently made my first Subaru purchase, acquiring a 2018 WRX from Subaru Calgary. The car itself has been top-notch, living up to Subaru's well-regarded reputation for performance and dependability.

However, the dealership's customer service didn't quite match up to my expectations. A notable concern was the absence of a remote starter - a feature I was told the car had during the sale. Regrettably, after taking the car home, I found this was not the case. I was informed that the previous owner had removed the antenna. Even though this feature wasn't part of the original advertisement, it was discussed during the sale, creating an expectation that was not met.

Additionally, the car came with studded winter tires, a less than ideal choice given the average temperature of 30c at the time of my purchase. I reached out to the dealership, offering to pay for a set of used all-season or all-weather tires, but have received no response or follow-up on this matter.

These experiences led me to feel that the dealership seems more focused on moving cars off the lot rather than ensuring a holistic customer experience. As this was my first Subaru purchase, it underscored the importance of being thorough and diligent as a customer.

While I'm really enjoying my WRX, the overall experience has given me pause. Based on this experience, I'm leaning towards considering other dealerships for my future vehicle purchases. Customer service should be exceptional and reflective of the quality of the vehicles sold. My hope is that Subaru Calgary takes these observations to heart and works towards improving their customer service moving forward.

An amazing experience at Subaru Calgary. The team here goes over and above expectations and delivers what they state.

Benjamin Zimmerman is a top class sales representative. Takes time to follow up with progress even during off business hours and absolutely love that he sent a video of my new Crosstrek pre-pickup.

Nisar Khan on the financial side was awesome with walking through options and arranging the paperwork.

Kudos to this team for offering a really great experience. Highly recommend Subaru Calgary

2018 Review:
I highly recommend this dealership for the excellent customer service they have provided in our buying experience. Nisar Khan, our sales coordinator was responsive to our queries and requests. He was patient enough to help us find the perfect car that is within our budget. Moreover, Ryan Romano, the Finance Manager who handled our purchase was very detailed. He explained thoroughly the numbers and was very transparent to help us not be overwhelmed because it is actually our first time buying a brand new car. My wife and I are very grateful for the pleasant experience with this dealership!

Edit: Fast forward to 2023.
We have been leasing a car with Subaru Calgary for almost 5 years now and have dealt with different consultants since then, but Ben Zimmerman has been the only one who has far exceeded our expectations. He was very personable and made sure that our needs and budget are met. With a little one on the way, we will soon be a family of three so there was a lot more to consider on deciding which Subaru car to lease. Ben has been accomodating to answer all our questions and concerns and made us feel at ease and let us take our time before finalizing a deal. We can really tell he values customer care and relationships rather than just making a sale. I recently purchased a used Honda HR-V from Subaru Calgary and the overall experience was good. Nisar (finance manager) was very professional and reasonable to deal with. He was off the day of my delivery so Nick (finance manager) completed my paperwork and was also fantastic!

Vincent (sales) was transparent and worked diligently to ensure I received good service and value. If anything, Vincent may have come across as trying a little too hard, but I appreciate his efforts and dedication. He even came in on his day off to complete paperwork (as I had a tight schedule). Vincent took a lot of pride in ensuring the delivery went smoothly and that the vehicle met my expectations.

I had a terrible experience. When buying a brand new car, you should be excited to drive it. I sat in my car miserable after the sale was done. Contrary to that, Vu was exceptional- effort to keep me happy, and replying to any questions I had at any point in the day.
On the flip side, sales gave me three different final sale prices. The first price was a "typo" by two digits at a total of precisely $110. Any attentive salesperson would ensure prices are correct to the penny. We moved forward, and I thought nothing of it. We both signed an offer to purchase at an agreed amount.

Secondly, I show up with a draft with the AGREED amount, to which was confirmed in an email stating "the final dollar amount agreed upon by buyer and seller".

Giovanni then confronted me to tell me there is an extra $595 "administration fee" and that it was my fault for coming with a draft. Then threw his salesman under the bus, "I don't know why he would tell you to bring a cheque. There's always fees after a purchase". My understanding of the final price is the price that will be with all these fees included. So moral of the encounter with the Sales Manager, he would prefer if you brought a personal cheque instead of a bank draft.

Furthermore, James, as a finance manager, was short with me and did not explain what I benefit I was receiving through paying these extra fees other than "detailing and stuff". I had $1200 in extra, unexplained fees, one of which is called the "platinum care" fee. Sounds like the vehicle should be pristine, right? Wrong. Detailing was great. The individual in charge of detailing ensured it was clean as could be. Driving was a different experience. Buying a 2021 vehicle, there may be a couple of hiccups, no problem. They can be dealt with. But having the steering alignment off by 10 or 15 degrees? Did anybody ensure that the wheels were aligned? Secondly, the stereo skips like an old scratched record. $1200 fees just to look at a car, check a box and say "yep looks good".
Lastly, after expressing my displeasement, there was not a SINGLE effort from anyone to reconcile. I have taken off any trace of "Subaru Calgary" advertising that was on my car.
Buy private or buy elsewhere.

Came in looking to upgrade my vehicle and met a sales person by the name of Vincent. He spoke through my male partner throughout our time, not acknowledging or considering my preferences for a vehicle that I will be purchasing for myself. He even went as far as to flash his other clients’ information to us in what seemed to be an attempt to prove his success in sales. (?) I took a vehicle for a test drive and came back to find my personal information laying out in the open on his desk while Vincent was nowhere to be found. After having Vincent paged to discuss our thoughts we waited and he never showed. We left the keys with another salesman and will be taking our business elsewhere.

This one goes out to Benjamin Zimmerman, a sales person at Subaru Calgary. I had spent the better part of two months in contact with Ben trying to find a vehicle that fit my budget and style. Living over two hours away from the dealership I left a fair bit of trust in his hands to help find and recommend a vehicle to my liking. We found a vehicle and I made my way up to Calgary for a test drive. What I’ve found very nice about Benjamin is the fact that he is able to let the vehicle sell itself rather than being pushy and using all sorts of different sales tactics. I was able to take the used car for two test drives before I felt comfortable singing the dotted line with no added pressure from Benjamin. After my experience with Ben that day and after reading a few reviews myself all I can suggest to people is to be a little more patient. Seems very difficult to juggle around everyone’s schedule and he was genuine in trying his best to be as accommodating as one can be. Thanks Ben!

My overall experience was great with this dealership. I knew what I wanted so I did not need to test drive anything and they had what I wanted on lot. The salesman and finance guy I dealt with made buying my vehicle online/over the phone seamless. I was also blown away as they went the extra mile to get my vehicle to me. Just with timing and everything a drop off wasn't able to happen so they sent someone to pick me up from Canmore so i was able to drive off with my new Crosstrek.

Took my Subaru 2007 Impreza here to replace some sensors and remove some check engine codes, drove the car to the dealership because I believed they were the most trustable people to fix my car. I drove it there completely drivable, and have been driving it for months with no issues other than the few engine codes. A few hours after dropping off the car, I receive news that the car is leaking oil and needs to be towed. I am now stuck with no car, a $2000 service bill to replace the cylinder head that started leaking in their possession, and the dealership won't accept responsibility or resolve the issue. Makes no sense to pay $2000 on a car worth $3000 for something that happened while the car was under their care. Not satisfied with the service here after this incident.

Scheduling and timing was all good, but they said they did a recall check, and clearly did not do it. Super sketchy, because this is the recall that was needed:

An explosion of an inflator within the passenger frontal air bag module may result in sharp metal fragments striking the front seat passenger, driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.

First they lie about the condition of the car, leaving us taking a dead engine home to be fixed ourselves, but the icing on the cake will for sure be them putting the WRONG license plate number on our registration leaving us now with a 300 dollar ticket. I wish I could leave -'s for this dealership. Today was the most unprofessional experience I've encountered in the sales industry.
I booked a test drive for one of their pre-owned vehicles, I show up 10 minutes prior to my appointment expecting to be in the vehicle by 10am. But it took 20 minutes of standing in plain sight and waiting before anyone asked if I had been helped yet. Another 10 minutes for them to track down the gentleman that I booked my test drive with. This salesman finally offers me a seat at his desk and takes an additional amount of time trying to find the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive in his computer system and then tells me that a Calgary flames player showed up a day prior to borrow the vehicle that I scheduled to drive. I scheduled my appointment 3 business days prior to today. Subaru never apologized for the inconveniences and wasting my time, instead they tried to encouraged a conditional sale on the vehicle I wasn't even able to physically see and used the line "there shouldn't be much more kilometers added on".

I absolutely will never consider looking at a vehicle through Subaru Calgary again, and I highly recommend checking used inventory elsewhere before considering using your time and energy on their business.

I went in for my 20K service on June 1. Upon getting back to the NW and stopping to fill up I noticed that there was a significant ding/chip in the drivers side rear door that went all the way down to the sheet metal. I called immediately snd spoke with my service advisor & then emailed her the pics.

The service manager reached out.then he quit or got fired. I reached out and spoke to the new service manager. Then drove back out to speak with him in person and show him the damage.
It's almost October and they've just straight ghosted me and apparently have no intention to fix they damage their shop caused.

Not Impressed. My husband and I came to buy a car, was assisted by a saleperson that really wasn't interested in helping us. He skirted around our questions and lied to us about some information we read online regarding past engine issues, he did set us up with a car to test drive but when we arrived back he was with someone else and didn't give us the time of day. So we left. It's OK. We kept shopping and bought a new car from a helpful salesman that day, just not a Subaru as expected.

UPDATE: Asked me to call them asap (bottom of this review). They didn't know who to send me to. Stated they would get a manager to call me back. It's been 4 days and haven't heard back.

I am not very trusting of dealerships sales side, but I've always had high regards for service.until now. Dropped off my 18 wrx in a rush as I was flying out of town. Was getting a bumper replaced, oil change, etc.

Upon returning I noticed the below items MISSING from my vehicle.

- 3 watches I was going to take to replace the batteries. ($200-$300 value each)

- COBB Access port ($800 value)

They stated nothing could be done because I have no 'proof' that the items were in the vehicle. My bad for not taking photos of MY belongings in MY car (Who would do this!?)

To add insult to injury the service man stated my tires were bald and one was punctured and offered to replace them for a new set for $1,500.

I picked up the vehicle, took it to a tire shop. Stated there were no punctures and I still have two seasons left on the tire.

I will be filing a police report with them.

Fyi I believe it was the body shop they sent my car to who stole my belongings. They will not give me the name of the shop.

My daughter bought a used 2014 Impreza recently which she loves
but after developing a slight knocking noise I asked my bmw trained son-in-law to look at it and he suspected transmission, but that I should take it to a subaru dealer because although it was just over the extended warranty limit of 160,000 kms for the CVT, he said subaru may offer some financial help for large replacements to keep customer satisfaction, as BMW does when a vehicle is JUST over the warranty limit. With this in mind I booked it in at subaru calgary and for $182 the transmission was confirmed as faulty. My disappointment though is that when the service advisor called me to confirm this diagnosis, he only stated that it was a $9,800 job to replace the transmission. He didn't mention that it was just outside the extended warranty. Note: subaru extended the warranty on the CVT auto transmissions due to many faulty units. When I asked about this he stated correctly that it was just outside of the 160,000 kms limit but when I asked why an approach to subaru could not be looked at for partial coverage, I was told "even if its one km over, it will be refused". I asked why subaru can't be asked though to which I was told "I'm not able to authorise that". I left a message for the service manager to call me to discuss this but I have not received a call. Later though my daughter received a voicemail asking if she would like to sell her car to them! What? So they an fix it cheaply and then resell it? Wow. Great customer service Subaru Calgary. I would caution anyone buying a Subaru with a CVT transmission after this. I was prepared to pay a substantial amount to replace the transmission for my daughter had they been able to either gain partial coverage for goodwill or if they could locate a reconditioned/used unit, but to not even discuss this with me, but then try to obtain the car from my daughter (probably very cheaply) was not good in my opinion. Not impressed.

I came into Subaru Calgary looking for a pre owned Forester, a vehicle I've always wanted! I was a little nervous about the entire process but Kyle R made everything feel relaxed. He was a pleasure to do business with! Definitely recommend him if you're looking into getting a Subaru!

I had called Subaru Calgary and was transferred to a salesman by the name of Benjamin Zimmerman. I am from Edmonton and was inquiring about a vehicle my daughter was interested in online. Professional, prompt and upmost honest response and service I received from Benjamin is commendable. We had narrowed our vehicle purchase to three which included the Crosstrek listed online in Calgary. Benjamin was very persistent not in an annoying manner but very professional in offering us the best possible deal. My daughter ended up choosing a 2021 Crosstrek over the older model in Calgary so unfortunately his hard work may have not earned him this particular sale but I would highly recommend Ben to my family and friends in Calgary. Thank you so much Ben for your hard work, passion and dedication towards your work and your clients.

Buying a new car with a trade in was not something I was looking forward too. I had done my research on both ends and got the price I was looking for on my trade in and got a good price on my new 2017 Forster.

The service was exceptional, I highly recommended Tariq Bhatti as a sales agent! He knew the product, helped me with negotiation and so kind and courteous.

This was my first Subaru and I am now hooked, it’s a great car to drive and with all the safety features.

Subaru also put new tires on my car and detailed it, it looks brand new. I am super happy and when I’m on to my next vehicle I’m definitely going Subaru.

Raymond was extremely helpful in getting me into a 2021 crosstrek with the options that I wanted. I was lucky and got the last one in the specs I wanted. Overall experience was great but if your in the market for a car be quick as inventory was being bought before they even arrived.

Update:

On September 1st I contacted Subaru Canada after having no communication from Subaru Calgary. They opened an investigation that day. I was told that the General Manager of Subaru Calgary would contact me by the end of the day and he did not. However the Service Manager, Shawn did call me that day and requested I bring the car in so the District Manager could look at it. I dropped my car off at Subaru Calgary on September 2nd. I was given a service loaner which I appreciate. However I am sorry to report that it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing. I have left several messages with the Service Manager to return my call because I would like to be updated on what is happening with my car. Today I called Subaru Canada for the second time and they are looking into what is going on with my car. The customer care agent said she will contact me by the end of today. Shawn the Service Manager is new to this dealership and I think he is actually pretty good I actually quite liked him but I am getting the impression he has taken over a real mess in the service department at Subaru Calgary. Read the reviews! I'll keep updating as this saga continues.

My Original Review:

I purchased my 2021 Subaru Outback Limited Turbo in April 2021 from Subaru Calgary. We have been very pleased with the car and have been raving about it to everyone we know. August 5th I experienced a Door Open Warning and after closing the doors it did not cancel which resulted in the interior lights being on all night in the car. I called the service department the next morning to be told that they could not look at the car until August 13th. I informed the service advisor that my battery would be drained well before August 13th but she was adamant I could not get any one to look at the vehicle any sooner. I then called the Service Manager and he did look at the vehicle that day and said it needed a new switch and he would order the part and call me when it comes in. August 13th I took the Outback to the Subaru Calgary service department and they decided it wasn't the switch it was the door that was the problem and they would have to email Subaru Tec department for help.
Over the past two and a half weeks I have contacted the service manager twice and also sent an email to the General Manager asking for some help. The General Manager did not respond to my request for help instead he had the Salesman contact me. I spent a great deal of time researching this vehicle because this is very likely my last new vehicle purchase. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service and I am regretting investing in Subaru. I do not recommend this dealership.

Giovanni received us yesterday with attention, curtesy and attention. After that he directed us to Piyush, a senior sales person that is very detail orientate and a good listener. He listened what we need and offer the right vehicle to us.
And in the and, they delivered us home!

Super disappointed with the service here. Rude receptionist - that’s if they answer the phone. We sat on hold 3 times to not even get helped and walked in 5 minutes later to not a single customer and the receptionists just hanging out. We were told they had the part for my car, just to find out by the end of the day we went carless for the day just to come pick it up again because they didn’t actually have it. Which was supposed to be followed up with a phone call whenever they got the part in, but we had to play mind reader and figure that out ourselves. I know dealer ships aren’t the best customer service, but I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Worst dealership I've ever been to.every appointment I've had here has not been done in the time period I'm given, and comes with a headache.last time I was here they told me I urgently needed a brake job for $650 PER AXLE even though I had another shop do my brakes not even two months prior. Today I just had an oil change scheduled and it took twice the time they had promised, and they're telling me my brakes are in great condition even though nothing had changed since my last visit. I highly recommend getting work double checked by another shop before getting anything significant done here if it's the only option.

Ben did an amazing job from the first call about a quote to delivery day. He made sure that we got the best deal possible and the car that we wanted down to the color. He pays attention to everything when it came to the car buying experience. I once called him about a quick question and even when it was his day off, he still answered his personal cell to make sure I wasn’t left unanswered. My family has purchased multiple cars from Subaru and they have yet to displease us. Eventually ended with an amazing deal for a Subaru crosstrek outdoor 2021 And will probably come back for my next car.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. The "Subaru Specialist" Vincent Wong took me for a test drive in a 2021 STI. Told me the car did 0-60 in first gear in "like a second" and when I told him my vehicle ran a 13s quarter mile, he proceeded to tell me the STI was "WAY faster than that! " I cringed when he repeatedly told me the car was ready to drive on the set of the fast and furious. I am now completely turned off of what I thought was a pretty cool car.

I do not like getting lied to and i am awfully tired of salesman at dealerships not knowing a damn thing about the cars they are selling. Thanks but no thanks Subaru Calgary.

My 2012 Forester was in for an airbag recall. It was my first time at the dealership as Im not an original owner and Ken Baker made sure I was taken care of from the time I walked into the service area. He noticed the recall notice in my hand, he booked my appointment, met me on the day of my appointment and then discussed everything clearly when my vehicle was ready. I had unique transportation issues returning home and then back to the dealership and Mr Baker understood the problem and it was solved very simply and efficiently. Thanks Ken

We recently purchased a Forester from Raymond Tran and were very pleased with the service he provided. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer our questions or get assistance if needed. My husband and I recently bought a new Crosstrek from Subaru Calgary and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. I have had poor experiences with dealerships in the past and have some anxiety around purchasing new vehicles due to those experiences but the sales staff, financing staff, and everyone else were friendly, quick to help, and answered all our questions. We had the pleasure of working with Ben - he was personable and a great start to our interaction here. And secondly, we worked with John M.in finance who was also great. We are super appreciative of the service, clarity, and the ease of which our transaction went through. We went on a Saturday, when it was incredibly busy, and both Ben and John were apologetic for the wait (which truly wasn't that long).

I highly recommend coming to this Subaru dealership for your needs.

My friend and I went to buy a brand new Subaru. All I can say is, go to this dealership with your eyes wide open. Triple check the numbers before signing and ask for a copy from beginning to finish. Our experience allows me to say trust nobody. I am not saying don't go to this dealership, but to take caution when dealing. If it happened to us, most likely it happened before and will happen again.

I had a bad experience with this dealership, and I recommend against doing business with them. They wanted to charge me above the maximum price that is legally allowed by AMVIC and the Canada Competition Bureau based on their ad. It was a full 10% higher than what I paid another dealer for an identical product. When I tried to raise my pricing concerns the salesman kept interrupting and talking over me. In fact, he did this over a dozen times over the course of our time together during the test drive and conversations before and after.

You should do business only with those who treat you best.

Tariq Bhatti is the best Sales person that I have been helped by among all the purchases I have made in my experience of car purchases. I had bitter experience in the past with Patrick at Subaru but Tariq turned it into positive experience and earned customer back by his honest suggestions and polite and professional service. I highly recommend talking to him before making Car purchases. Doing this survey after a year of actual purchase says all about it.

I've been on the market for a new vehicle for some time. Did alot of shopping around, went to countless dealerships over the last few months. The way I was treated and educated at Subaru Calgary was next level. They not only took the time to educate me on their amazing vehicles but made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire buying process. The sales team and sales manager was Giovanni Girimonte and he was a gentleman throughout the process. I would 10/10 reccomend this dealership to anyone not only looking for a new or used vehicle but to anyone who wants a new and fresh experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Yet another disappointing experience with the service department at Subaru Calgary.

TLDR: There are plenty of Subaru specialists in the city. Don't waste your time or money with these guys - there's a reason they have such a poor reputation within the Subaru community.

Lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills from the service advisor. He immediately attempted to upsell me on a major service package as he believed it to be a contributing factor to my CEL - an assumption made with zero hindsight. Further, he continued to interrupt me on four separate occasions to speak with employees passing by. He then proceeded to remove his mask while completing the walkaround of my vehicle; just because we are outdoors does not make this an appropriate action.

I was later informed that the codes present (implying multiple) were in relation to my o2 sensors, and they would require replacement. However, he let me know this may not solve the issue as I did not complete the major service package he was advising upon. It was not until I questioned further and asked to be provided with the code that I was informed this was a 'recommendation' from the technician and not a solid diagnosis. Rather than tracking down the exact issue, I was expected to essentially play an expensive game of trial and error until the issue was resolved.

I obtained a second opinion while the vehicle was in their possession and was informed; based on the diagnostic completed, it is unlikely to assume this is the cause behind the code present. They were shocked to hear how this conclusion came to fruition, and provided me with a quote nearly $350 less IF this so happened to be the issue.

This is now a second instance of Subaru Calgary providing a desultory diagnostic, that has lead to no results. Stuck paying a $180 charge for nothing in return, but someone's best guess as to what the problem is. At least this time, I didn't pay for the 'repair' and end up broken down in a parking lot.

There are plenty of Subaru specialists in the city. Don't waste your time or money with these guys - there's a reason they have such a poor reputation within the Subaru community.

I purchased a pre-owned Crosstrek this past weekend and had a great experience with Subaru Calgary. Met with Nick M, he was very professional and informative, making sure all my questions were answered and I am comfortable with the process. Subaru Calgary was great with our shopping experience. Special shout out to Tariq for your awesome service in selling and delivering our new Outback we are so happy with it. We looked for a long time for our new car and Tariq was very patient with us and knowledgeable about the Subaru product. We test drove many cars but just kept going back for one more test drive in the Outback as that was our favorite in the process. We liked the car so much that our son was in need of a car and was curious as he had always wanted an Outback. We ended up with two in our family. The staff at Subaru Calgary were very friendly and helpful.

We brought our Subaru in for an issue and they found that it was something that had been recalled and they fixed it right away. Great friendly service and when we picked up our vehicle we were surprised to see that they had washed It for us - it looked brand new! What a kind gesture and rare to see a company go so over and above nowadays!

Great experience with Subaru Calgary and specifically salesman Kyle helping us with pre-owned Outback deal. In comparison to other places in the city we had really comfortable feeling of interacting with Kyle who was not just helpful and fun, but also humane and not obtrusive (rare find in the car sales world). Certainly our Go-to-Person for any Subaru matters.

What a great experience! I looked at several different dealerships before going into Calgary Subaru a few weeks ago. When I called the day before to set an appointment, I spoke with Nick. He set me up to test drive a new Crosstrek the next day accomodating my schedule.
When I showed up, Nick greeted me at the door and had everything ready to go for the test drive. Took the car out for a rip, and knew this was the car i wanted.
Getting back to the dealership, we sat down. He offered drinks etc, which was nice. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. Was very transparent and honest about options and pricing. I never felt any pressure with Nick as I did with other dealerships. A nice refreshing approach when purchasing a big ticket item.
The transaction was super smooth, and Nick passed me on to Nisar to help finish the payment details. Again, a great experience.
Came back the next day to pick up the car and they both made you as a customer feel special. Would not hesitate to recommend Nick and the Calgary Subaru team to friends and family. And I will definitely be back there when its time for a new car!

Hi guys! Just wanna share my great experience with Subaru Calgary. I had viewed few reviews from this dealership and thanks for those great comments coz now I proved that they had the best deals and great customer service. Staff were all kind and approachable, helpful and truthful with what they say about deals and prices as per my experience. They will not gonna force you to buy from them but instead they will educate and tell u exactly what Subaru cars and why to chose. Mr. Piyush the sales coordinator, Mr. James the finance Manager and also to the sales manager, thank you very much for helping me out and giving me the best advices and deals. When you decide to upgrade your car and you are taken to the right person and the right place. With the help of Piyush I found the right car for me and for my husband. At first we booked to purchase subaru ascent but we fell in love with forester sport, I did not feel like he pushed us to buy me an ascent. My husband and I went in to test drive some vehicles and had a wonderful experience! Our salesperson Vu was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and gave us suggestions. We didn’t feel pressured into buying a vehicle we didn’t want nor did Vu try to upsell us to purchase a more expensive vehicle. We even had a great experience with the financial manager John.
The day we picked up our brand new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, Vu took the time to go over the vehicle with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We highly recommend Vu!

I went to Subaru Calgary to buy a new car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My salesperson was MATT who was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time making sure I was getting the right car for me. He went over all the options and I decided the perfect car was the OUTBACK LIMITED XT. I am extremely happy with my choice.
