We went to almost every dealership in town, and Subaru and Brad White were the most upfront, honest, and easiest to work with. My beautiful WRX came right before Christmas, as estimated. While we certainly looked around, once you go Subaru it’s tough to go anywhere else. No pressure, no games.

Today, we picked up our 2023 Subaru crosstrek. They had the vehicle in the showroom for us. In addition to the vehicle, we purchased an extended warranty from Conner and cross rails from the parts department. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and pleasant.

My car was serviced at Subaru of Lethbridge on August 2022, found out that 4 wheel studs/nuts were cross-threaded when I tried to rotate the tires this February, had to replace them all, I guess this is so called "high quality" service

I have bought multiple cars from this location & called recently to see what might be possible in terms of a new vehicle and received below avg service and then also was hung up on.

Sad to see that this place no longer extends the quality service that used to be offered and certainly won’t be recommending until there are clear steps taken to improve communication with their clients.
