We checked our dog in for boarding over the weekend, and he came back happy, tired and freshly groomed.

The best staff! Amazing play areas (indoor & outdoor) for the dogs. This includes: ballpits, tunnels, kiddie pools, toys, and lots of space to run around.

There are staff 24/7 so the dogs and cats who spend the night are not alone.

The indoor dog park can be rented for play dates or doggy birthday parties. My Frenchie Bella loves it here!

The staff mean everything when it comes to groomers. My cat will always let me know if they have been good to her and she came home very happy and the haircut was lovely.

I have been bringing my dog to Sublime for over 7 years and they are amazing. It's nice to know she has a safe place to stay when I'm out of town.

Great place for dog grooming. Been going for 3.5 years! Always busy. My dog loves it there and I’ve never had any issues. I pay 60$ for my yorkie and it takes 1-2 hours. This was my dog after!

Nasty and unprofessional staff went to pickup a cat and I wanted to interact with the cat and they attempted to take the cat back to the back room 3 times before I told them to stop taking it away I needed to interact and bond with the cat and they ended up asking me to leave because they kept on talking over me and not listening to what I had to say

This company is amazing they are so nice and caring towards my beautiful cats. They are so kind and the staff is so caring and amazing.

Fin (my dog) and I moved from Edmonton a few months ago, and boy, do we miss Sublime!

We enjoyed going there for at least 3.5 years. The staff was always so nice, friendly, and helpful. They took great care of Fin.

This place is fantastic. They take amazing care of your fur baby. Daycare or overnight they treat them like family. Highly recommend this place for all ur fur baby needs.

I was pleasantly surprised that they offered cat boarding services. We requested a tour and was pleased with what we saw. Our cats Milo and Monty were in their care for 3 weeks and I have never seen my cats so relaxed when I picked them up. We appreciated that they posted daily pics of what our cats were up to on their Facebook page. I definitely recommend them for pet boarding! You should see the pics of the dogs they care for. They are all smiles! Thank you for taking good care of Monty and Milo!

I recently found that my cat was getting matted. I brushed out what I could but didn't want to go further, for fear of hurting her. I remembered in a fb community page; someone had mentioned how great Sublime was.they were very accommodating thru emails and let me drop her off early.was worried that Sprinkles would not enjoy the experience but they said that she did great! They did such a great job and front staff were so friendly.will definitely take her there again.

It was wonderful to find a place that accepted cats for boarding. Because of travel and home renovations, we needed a place for our two cats to stay for a week. Sublime Cat N' Canine were very receptive to our requests, putting our cats in "condos" next to each other and letting them out for "together" play time. They also posted great pictures every day, and were happy to take more when I asked (I am a nervous person!) All my emails were answered promptly, usually within an hour during business hours. I was so grateful to Sublime Cat N' Canine for taking care of my cats, and I will definitely use their business again!

I bring my dog here for grooming and am always happy with the service. They are friendly and treat my boy so well! I have also been here for doggy daycare, but it’s been a while since he’s been. With the weather being so cold lately, my pugs hate the extreme cold and needed a warm place to blow off some steam with their puggie friends. I was excited when I found Sublime and saw that they rented out part of their facility to the public. The Indoor Dog Park/Training Center was an amazing space. It was just under 2000 sq ft.lots of space for over 20 pugs to run and play, and still plenty of room for the humans to socially distance. Sublime follows all the AHS rules and regulations and adopted the Restriction Exemption Program (QR codes required for proof of vaccinations). The rates are reasonable, the staff friendly and professional. Highly recommend Sublime and their Indoor Dog Park facility!

Cleaned, blow/brush out, Brazilian-trimmed my super long haired rescue kitten the day after i found it next to the highway, covered in car oil. After the grooming, despite me giving it a light wash the day before, the kitten was far better able to clean itself and wasn't licking oil reissue anymore. They were the nicest people and squeezed him into a same day booking to get the oil off fast. My kitten was still in a new environment and not used to a good home or nice people and there were no incidents and the staff all loved him. The price was reasonable and my cat was chill at the end of it - awesome!

We have been taking our dog to this daycare/boarding since she was a few months old (she is now 5). She is so excited to go there every single time. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The fact they post pictures of all of the dogs on their FB page every day is also amazing. You simply won't go wrong by sending your pets to Sublime!

My boy had a great day at Sublime and I will gladly bring him back anytime we’re in town again! They were very accommodating to a longer day than I expected, and the staff members were very pleasant. I was even given a “report card” when I picked up my boy and loved their kind words:)

We felt we could really trust Sublime Cat N Canine with our cat Zoe. It was our first time leaving Zoe for over a month and we had all sorts of anxiety, but they really eased all our anxieties before we left and answered all of our many questions. I liked that they posted photos on FB, but my only other suggestion would be to provide daily personal updates to pet owners that leave their pet in for boarding services. Other than that, this was a great place and it looks like Zoe enjoyed her time there too

Actually not too bad. Few dollars more in price than the last one I tried but my dog likes it so I keep going.

Boarded my tuxie here for over a week and was impressed by the level of care and service provided. When she had a problem with her food the staff contacted me to discuss their response and I even got a photo update. Would be happy to board here again.

I love Sublime for boarding our cats. I have two nervous cats and they both have done fairly well here, I like that they post regular pictures and are responsive to emails/calls if I need to check in on my pets. I have taken one of my cats here a few times, and recently our other cat. I can feel confident they are being well cared for and are safe.

Had my Golden Retriever stay here for a week while I went out of town.and here are things that stood out.

The staff was friendly.
Was provided a tour of their facility.
Was asked to wait for a minute while they let the girls in the back know, that a tour was coming thorough.
The tour was just looking through a window that was set into a door.so not sure why the girls in the back needed to be informed of a tour was happening.
Based on what can be seen, everything look well kept and clean. The dogs appears to be happy and well taken cared of.had to go home and create an account online before being able to book a trial day and the days of over night stays.
Dropped of my dog with extra food and somehow they ran out of food
they were able to give my dog a full groom during his stay even though I requested at the last minute.
Was told at time of pick up that everything went great.
There was a couple of small matts behind the ears that was missed and the dewclaws was very sharp after they have been trimmed.my dog had suffered minor scraps on each of his front elbows during his stay.when asked them what happen I was told "Sorry, I don't know of anything happening to his elbows. Sometimes dogs get these for no reason".

Been bringing my cat Friday multiple times to Sublime while we leave the city. She's always had a great experience and the staff are super friendly. The daily photos are a great perk for when you kiss your furry friends on your trip!

Wow! Doesn't begin to describe the staff and the facility. Our little guy Seajay loves going there and it has only been a few days. The ladies take amazing care of him and provide positive feedback about his day. The facility is always clean. Thank you for taking such good care of our little Seajay. We checked out many places before Sublime and they are the best by far. We will try the grooming services next.

They open at 6: 30am so its a great place to drop your doggo off if you need to get to work early. They update photos two to three times a day on their Facebook page. My puppy has been going there for a few months and she's always so exhausted after playing all day and its definitely a good way for her to socialize. I've only gotten my dogs nails and paw pads trimmed and they've been done very well each time. Definitely recommend this place.

We brought one of our cats in for a de-shedding appointment. He’s got a VERY thick coat and is constantly shedding heaps of fur despite regular brushing at home (not a health issue, it’s just how he is). When I picked him up, he looked very calm and relaxed - a great sign that the experience wasn’t stressful for him - and when we got home, I was able to see how smooth, shiny, and less dense his coat was. He’s shedding way less, is super clean, and smells incredible! We’re incredibly happy with our cat’s grooming experience at Sublime and will absolutely be returning in the future. Thanks so much to Babu’s groomer for a job incredibly well done!

Me and my pups always love it here! I moved to Wizard Lake area but still drive into the city to bring them here when we go away. I love the 24 hour staff and no kennels

We used the indoor dog play area during one of the cold days and it was an awesome set up! Lots of space to run, lots of toys to play with. It was heated and had radio.

The staff were very kind and helpful.

We drove from the North East of the city to come here and would do it again!

I have brought my Dog here in the past for boarding, but with not traveling now it's been a while. I booked her for a deshed grooming appointment today as she is a Husky and blowing her coat. When I picked her up I was so pleased on how she looked and felt, so soft and fluffy, also extremely happy with her nails. Some places have a hard time getting her fully dry and they she gets irritated from the trapped moisture, but she was fully dry and smells amazing. Thank you, Mya will be back in the fall for another deshed.

Great place for daycare and overnight stays. The staff are super friendly and remember their fuzzy clients. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The staff are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. I love that they have multiple services such as daycare, boarding, and grooming and that it is all easy to book online. The daily Facebook pictures and videos are my favourite! Most importantly, our dog is so excited when we arrive and can’t wait to get inside to play.

The ladies that work here are super friendly and helpful.the indoor dog park is awesome! Great price to have the entire place to yourself with your pups or they can have some doggy friends too! Highly recommend the indoor park for cold days like today to keep your dogs active:)

Took my chihuahua here to get her nails cut and dremmeled. The whole experience from beginning to end was great! I've been to multiple places that cut dog nails in and around edmonton and very rarely do I find one that listens to what I'm asking for (take your time, don't rush through, make sure all nails are cut close and dremmeled to avoid jagged sharp nails) and doesn't leave my pup stressed and upset. Sublime listened and did an amazing job. My pup looks happy not stressed at all. Finally the price was incredible! We will be back 100%. My fiance said this is the place for your pets don't waste your time going anywhere else. Everyone we met there was very friendly and nice.

I haven't taken my current or passed dogs to many different doggy daycare/boarding places but once you find the best, why try an others?

They always do an amazing and thorough job bathing and grooming my dog. They seem to know exactly what they are doing and she always comes back looking perfect, smelling amazing, with her fur super soft and dry.

Great doggy daycare! I’ve taken my dog here for 2 years and they have helped him become well socialized happy pup. The staff clearly love what they do and all the dogs and cats that come in.

My little Nellie absolutely loves going to doggy daycare! Whenever I go to drop her off the staff remember who she is and she runs through the door like she doesn’t care that she’s leaving me hahaha (she is overly attached to me so this is amazing). Her first day there, I got a report card, and also her first overnight boarding I got a sheet of paper explaining how she was overnight. They update with photos every day on Facebook so it’s nice to see my pup’s face pop up every so often looking happy and having fun with her furry friends. Prices are great and they just recently accommodated their customers with later hours which is amazing! Recommend this place 100%!

Sublime staff are great to deal with and love my furkid! I feel very comfortable with them taking care of my dog for boarding. Also, grooming option is convenient (one-stop-shop) and quality work done. I always get compliments on Buddy's hair/fur after grooming is done by Sublime Cat N' Canine. Thanks guys!:)

We booked here because our usual boarding place was booked for the dates of our impromptu trip. We very much enjoyed seeing pictures of our cat each day on their facebook page, and she appeared very well cared for during her stay. We ended up cutting our trip short by a day and they were very accommodating for that too, even doing a nail trim before we picked her up after only a few hours' notice. Professional and friendly staff, and contactless pickup/delivery is very reassuring these days. Will likely book here again as a first choice next time!

Wonderful! They did an amazing job on my rag doll cat. He is very anxious, had many mats and they got him looking and feeling great! He’s never been so happy. Very reasonable price, would recommend to anyone, I also saw many happy pups walk out the door:)

I had my mini sheepadoodle groomed I showed them a picture of what I wanted and explained not short. After 2 hours they called me and said he had mats and they would ahve to go down to 1 1/4". I knew he had a few but they could have been snipped out or worked on as i do it al home just takes time. I said ok but keep as much length as possible. I justed picked him up and he is totally shaven no hair left not even and inch i am very upset, to see no hair when they told me 1 1/4 would be left. It also took him from 12 until 4: 30 not sure why so long as they shaved him. I will not be using their service ever again for grooming. Good thing hair grows back

I adopted a 5-year old longhair tortoiseshell cat two years ago. A month or so after she moved in, I realized it would be a great idea to have her hair trimmed and shampooed. I researched every groomer in Edmonton, and decided to take her to Sublime Cat N' Canine, even though it is on the other side of town from where I live. Their prices were much more reasonable than other groomers I came across, ones that even bothered to cater to cats. I wasn't sure how the groom would go, as she does not like to let me trim her nails or brush her hair. I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked her up and the staff members told me she did great! I have now taken her there for the Scruff n' Buff package several times, and she always comes out super soft, looking cute and feeling happy. I only ever pay around $50, and it includes a hair trim, shampoo and dry, and nail trim. And the staff always comments on how friendly and beautiful she is! It makes me feel amazed that they can be so good with her as to get her through the couple hour grooming process with her being calm and chill the whole time. I will definitely continue taking her to Sublime Cat N' Canine!

I got my dog's nails trimmed, quick easy service with no appointment needed. They have a great setup for contactless drop off/pick up.

They are amazing at doing my cats nailsm very good price and never had any issue with it. When we go out of town we will consider sending her here for the day.

Staff are wonderful/friendly and already remembered my dog's name by the 2nd visit. She seems excited to go there every time we pull up to the entrance. I have done both daycare and boarding because they have someone on location at all times.

I’m not usually one to ever post reviews, but the other day we had an awful experience, that i feel the need to share.my fiance and i made a quick trip into edmonton, and dropped our lab cooper off at Sublime Cat N' Canine Ltd.for 2.5 hours of daycare/ grooming, while we ran to costco.we previously had a great experience with this business and felt comfortable dropping him off.they assured us that dogs are grouped according to size and temperament, and that they always call/ text if anything goes wrong during their visit.when we returned to pick Cooper up, the worker told us that he was not finished grooming and he would be done in about 30 minutes.i asked how he was, and she told me that he had such a wonderful day! We happily sat in the truck and waited 30 minutes.i then received a text from one of the employees informing me that cooper had been bit by another (older) dog and had a “small cut” on the side of his neck.we went to the door to pick him up, and as soon as the door opened, he peed all over himself and the concrete like he had been holding it for a while (this is not like him at all). The worker then said “aww, Max did you have to pee? ” i responded that “his name is Cooper. ” once we got to the truck, we could tell right away that Cooper was not okay, he was shaking and very timid (again, not like him). We checked his neck, and found a large hole in his neck from the other dogs tooth (the attached photo doesn’t do justice). AFTER i informed them that i would be writing a review, the owner reached out to us and apologized.they had no explanation for: 1.) why our 1 year old pup was with an older grumpy dog 2.) why we weren’t informed when he was bit 3.) why we were misinformed upon pick-up that he had a “wonderful day” 4.) why the employees didn’t know his name, and 5.) why he hadn’t had the chance to pee while he was there.when the owner Donna had called me she said that Cooper was only in with the other dogs for a few minutes- to give him a break as his entire visit he was getting groomed (de-shedding treatment, nails cut) and that's when he was bitten.which leads me to my next question, why were we charged for doggie day care AND grooming?

over all, horrible experience.we will NEVER be back.

The groomers do an excellent job with my adult male long-haired cat. I highly recommend this business. They have a safe transfer process during this pandemic too!

I bring my 7 toed polydactyl cat here every 6 months to get her freak toe nails cut because they get so crazy! She's in and out in 5 minutes not even, I always inspect her and she's 100% fine, happy and not traumatized. There is a lot of dogs barking there but I don't think they are any where near eachother during this process so she seems to be fine. I drive all the way from west side just to go here and it costs between 15-20 dollars depending on your tip.

My parents take the family dog Stanley here and he loves it so much! As soon as we pull up he's wagging his tail and super excited to see his four legged and two legged friends.

The service for grooming seems to be deteriorating. I know my cat is matted as she old and cant groom well. They told me they had to use clippers. Didnt think it would be bad until I got home. The back of her was shaved bad. I wish they would have called and told me then I would have suggested a lion/tiger cut. Last couple of visit too.she was partially wet when I got her and etc. I like how they're low cost. I know it couldn't be helped with this situation and the clippers, but I'm still disappointed.

I absolutely love this place:) my shitzu Rollo had a blast came home so tierd and slept all night. The facilty was very welcoming and clean, The staff was so friendly and very knowledgable highly recommend this place:) Rollo cant wait to go back Thursday

Alaska loves it here, always is excited to go! Amazing staff they learned her name and when I walk in they know I'm there for her. Love that they learn who your dog is. Alaska is deaf and they deal with her in the greatest way. I love the daily picture updates on FB, it's such a nice touch. The dog area is clean and a good size. They have toys and beds and an outside dog area. And Sublime is reasonablely priced for the quality you receive and I love that they keep enough staff on for the amount of dogs there. Always in good hands.

Took my cat ducky here last week to get groomed. She isn’t very good at keeping her fur nice and clean, I went with the lion cut and what an amazing job! She came home so happy, cuddly and most important clean. The staff were very friendly and made me feel like my girl was in very good hands. Definitely would recommend to anyone with pets! They also do daycare and overnight stays:)

My dog always has a great time here. We use it for daycare as well as longer term boarding when we travel. I feel confident that Lou-dog receives good care while here and when I pick him up he is tired and happy.

My own adopted dog and medical foster dog love this place. They go for daycare and just did some boarding and are always happy to go in and at pick up. Current staff are kind and helpful, love the owner.

I would like to thank the crew at Sublime for caring for my doggo (Mr Mateo) these past few days. He was always happy, healthy and exercised when we picked him up at the end of the my day. Having had many a bad experience at other daycares where we live, I appreciated not having to worry about him as much as I do.

I do hope you continue to strive to excel in your customer service and doggy care.

My cat has visited for daycare twice and it's always been an easy experience. He comes home just the same cat, although a little more cuddly than usual. He's a pretty grumpy cat so this is a big win. They charge really fair prices and I love that they post a picture each day so you can have a snapshot of your pets day.
