Horrible place never do any business with this shop they can't get the right parts for you and when you go to return the parts they would not do it they say one thing do the other and don't even fully do the job right I would not even give a star to this shop

Absolutely terrible would not recommend to anyone. Got an alignment done took them a whole day and got my truck back with serious paint scratches on driver’s side door

They charged $2000 to repair my rack and pinion
Went to Canadian tire and fixed it for $1650 this shop is not a mechanic it is a scam …rip off don’t recommend and will never go there ever again btw one star is way too much

My car basically broke down and had zero power going to anything. I first thought it was my remote starters and figured they needed reprogramming. I was told subserious worked on compustar starters and was recommended them by a friend. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and put up with my million phone calls. Great customer service from everyone I had talked to that worked there. My car ended up needing some rare fuse that was hard to find but once they got it my car was up and running that morning. I probably would of been charged double had I gone to a mechanic shop. My car was there for almost 9 days and I was only charged for 1 hour of work plus the part. They even washed the outside before giving it back. Definitely happy with everything and their great customer service!

I took my truck in to this shop at a recommendation from my brother. I needed to replace the CV Axle on my truck. Customer service was great, very knowledgeable and repaired my truck on time and within budget. I recommend this shop and give it 5 stars.

Worst place, should never go there zero customer service.

10 hours to get a new set of tires installed! Drove car home and parked, one of the tires went flat in less than 2 days. Asked me to bring it back to shop, so removed the tire and brought it back. They poured washer fluid on it on the sidewalk and told me the tire was fine. Was told I could leave it with them, but they didn't know what they were going to do with it. Asked them to re-bead and check valve stem - it couldn't be anything else. Told me they couldn't do that. Ended up paying a mobile tire company to come re-bead and change the valve stem. The rim wasn't cleaned prior to installing the new tire, that was the problem causing the slow leak. I was a repeat customer, but will never be back.

I went there last night at closing time, yet they were happy to help me get the after market parts.

Wish there was a no star option as I've had nothing but problems with these guys. Picked up vehicle after having a lift installed that took 3 days to complete a 6 hour job plus mount and balance tires all could be completed in one day. Was informed they ordered a part wasnt charged but also never told what was replaced and why. Damage to rims from the mount and balance. Will never be returning or referring people to this business.

Will never go back or refer this place to anyone. They are nice enough people but their customer service is trash cant focus on one customer at a time, the shop is an absolutely mess dirty as it gets no organization it looks like u walked in to a house in new orleans after katrina. Super slow doing work. Low end products inexperienced staff. Each of my wheels were off over 3ozs after a balance. Save your self the head ach and go some where like fountain tire matt and randy on mackenzie blvd know how its done they could learn a thing or 2 from them.

Walked in picked out rims I wanted they slapped them on in about 35 minutes great work very impressed great job guys

Staff was very straight forward about my issues with my car. They did what they had to do to fix my car. Very happy with them.
