I asked my wife why we don't go to the subway anymore when there aren't that many food options around. I went in there tonight and was rudely reminded why. I'm not going to pretend like my complaint will change anything. You people seem to be set in your ways, take that however you want. Surely, unless you're a total idiot, you must know what it looks like when you look at somebody and then speak in a different language, then laugh, then do it all over again. You know what that looks like, unless you are an idiot. No, it couldn't possibly be a bunch of idiots working there. You have to be a genius to make sandwiches in your 40's, I'm sure. You people did this several times after asking what toppings I wanted, purposely ignoring me as though it were a joke. I would argue the bigger joke is being a group of grown women who work at subway, so, there's that. And then you have the nerve to beg for a tip after doing the bare minimum. Have some class!

Friendly staff. Very acomodating and efficient. I have been here for the first time and didn’ saw much of a wait or a customer unhappy. Thank you Jaswinder kaur for preparing the best veggie patty

Very Bad customer service. Even Don’t have manners to staff how to take the order from customer. They all are look like they don’t wanna work there.

I bought 3 footlong subs after that i asked about any kids Sandwich she replied back very rudely “you can’t get anything free here” I didn’t asked for free. The other lady rudely told to me if you want to order for kid you have to come in the line again in a rude way. No manners how to deal with customers. Never ever visit here again

Servers were all huddled at the front arguing about receipts and cash out. They ignored me completely while they continued to argue over receipts. I eventually had to ask three times to get service. After I made my order, I asked if I could also purchase a piece of turkey for my dog and she wanted to charge me for another half sandwich when all I wanted was a piece of meat for my dog and was willing to pay. The service was absolutely horrible. I will not be a customer at this store again.

Worst experience. They are told not to let anyone use the bathroom. Please don’t go there, they would spoil your day out with your friends or with someone who respects you. I literally begged them with my sun as my bladder was about to burst but they won’t open it.

All i want to say it no manners and 0 customer service i paid 8 bucks for bread because first she she said they don’t have veggie patties and after few minutes she said i can give you one so i ended up paying $8 for nothing. So please learn about customer service.otherwise stay at home. Thank you

I just came from this store. I asked her to change gloves after making chicken sub. Because i am vegetarian. Then i put mayo into my sub. She started asking, you are vegetarian but you are getting mayo which has egg. I am also aware about that mayo has egg. But there is huge difference between egg and chicken. They cannot ask questions like that. This is second time happened with us. I am requesting manager to change your staff “. Otherwise close this location. These employees don’t know their jobs and have no manners how to handle customer. I will suggest all viewers not to come this location.

I love this subway, they make the food so well. The staff is so sweet and are always welcoming:). But the owners of this place are so rude. The lady picks and chooses whos she's nice too. One lady came in asking for water and she didn't even let her speak and told her to leave and go to the next door store, minutes later a TD bank worker came in and she was extra nice and when he asked for a cup, she ran to the back to get him one. She's a rude, mean and bad person.

Employee by the name of Harman was incredibly rude to my little sister …. She told my sister to “speak up” and was in a rush to get us out …. If you want subway go to a different location

Very rude unfriendly staff skinny lady her name is Mandeep Dhillon she is very rude she’s don’t know how can deal with customers I asked her to change my sub bread she is speaking very rude she is touching her nose while she makes sub owner need to review this all comment down here

Don’t waste your time in this subway, staff is not friendly at all. They think we visited here for just time pass.

The MANAGER is soo rude she donot even listen what someone is talking. I think this aunty she is not capable to become a manager she should get some training how to talk and listen

WORST SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO
I ordered uber eats today and it glitched and said i didn’t get any veggies.i gave them a call and a girl picked up.i told her what happened and asked if she could put veggies on. She said it was finished I asked her if she could put it on the side and she lied and told me that it was already picked up but on the app the uber wasn’t even chosen. Her tone was very rude and she said in a very rude voice “why didnt u order the veggies” like i was the one being entitled. I asked my dad to call them and she kept on making excuses on why she couldnt put veggies in and she admitted that the uber wasnt here and she lied. My dad told her to put veggies in. When it arrived i open up my sandwich and there was almost no meat only a few pieces of uncooked chicken strips. There wasnt any sauce either. It makes no sense she couldnt put veggies in. The lady was south asian and very annoying. She acted like i was some spoiled idiot but all i was asking for is veggies in a bag.

Went in also went on 30ndays ago n the washroom is out of order ot seems to be a comically amoung south east Asians who are new to Canada to shut down the washroom rather than to keep ot clean I had a 12 inch sub n need to use a rest room n now unfortunately I have to look for the nearest restroom sadly I will not dine on ever again nor use this location

Worst subway ever. Staff is not friendly at all. Do not listen to what customer wants. I asked for the chopped salad and she said they do not serve. I do not know what is her name. I also asked her to grill my sandwich and she rudely said me how could I grill it. Unfriendly staff and the sandwich unit was also not looking very fresh. Worst experience.

One of the best locations in Calgary. As someone with food allergies, this location is consistently amazing. Even with other rude customers in line they were gracious and kind the whole time. Literally can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at this location is.

They get the basics done. Friendly staff and management, in-person building sandwiches works a charm. Place is well-kept and despite all the traffic, they work efficiently. They tend to ignore special instructions on online orders though. It becomes frustrating over time when the staff consistently overlook that part of the order. Otherwise, this place is good.

I am a regular customer of this store because I love Subway sandwiches, but today I'm just not feeling hungry and don't want to buy anything but I need to use the washroom badly to pee. The staff said their washroom is just for buying customers. How rude and discriminating! What if my bladder bursts or what if I get UTI? Super disappointed today May 17,2022 at 8: 26 pm.

Worse sub ever had. Meat was mushy and not fit to eat I would say. Tried to eat 1/4 of my sub n it made me sick.

It's a standard Subway restaurant. You can buy subs, salads, personal pizza. Service is about what you would expect. You select a bread, a sub, either get it toasted or not, then choose veggies. Overall experience was well, you generally don't have to wait very long unless they are super busy. You can eat in though there isn't a lot of space

It was my wife's first time using there app and she missed one detail toasted or not and the lady called me since I was picking them up and was rude about my wife not saying toasted r not toast so when I got to that subway I let her know how not impressed I was about her attitude towards my wife making one small mistake to me that wasn't very professional customer service!

Walked in 30 minutes before they were about to close and they told me they were closed and couldn't make anything for me.

Just called to make some modifications in my order and girl who pick my call was so rude. While I was talking she disconnected my call when I call again she didn't say any sentence to end the call just said ok and disconnected my call.learn some more ethics please.

The cookies have the perfect amount of soft and chewiness. The workers can seem rude sometimes.

They're definitely very fast and efficient to taking and making your order. Though sometimes their attitude might seem a bit off.

Walked in 20 minutes to 10pm to be told that they are already closed? 10pm is 10pm. 9: 40 is 9: 40. I don’t understand.if that’s the case change the hours of operation online and on your door or don’t decline me service.especially during a pandemic when restaurants should be fighting for sales. Not impressed.

I HATE this subway. I went to this subway today 20th December 2020 at 7: 15PM. There was an employeed lady who was pregnant (I don't know her name becoz she didn't have any name tag). Her Customer dealing was brutal. Way of talking was very cheap. The employee must give them training for customer dealing too. I didn't argue with that lady for her bad behavior becoz 1st thing I don't argue with females and 2nd she was pregnant. But this is totally employee's fault who did not give training to employees for customer dealing.

This place has no idea how to provide a good customer service. I ordered online a meal with Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. Instead they gave me Whole Wheat bread which I don't like. It was too cold weather outside today so I decided to order my dinner online. I throw whole meal in garbage. Made me go out to buy myself another food for dinner from another restaurant near me. It was very disappointing. I'm now never going to buy anything from this Subway location (Saddletown).

The ladies at this subway are so awesome and friendly, know my order before I even speak. They are very attentive and provide great customer service

The food was okay. But we found a guy having a drug overdose in the bathroom. When we asked the employees to call 911, it took at least 3 minutes for them to take us seriously and actually call them. No idea if the guy made it alive.

Today i ordered breakfast sandwich and it was burnt and gave me stomachache.not a good experience

Rude employees. Won’t accommodate at all. What else to say? Always in a hurry and don’t make a proper sandwich. Surprisingly the staff is Indian, so am i but i hate when people judge us because of people like these. Some individuals aren’t made up for customer services. Like the ones working at this subway.
No more support to my community people restaurants. As they are just working to make a dollar, no value for customer service.

As with other reviews the staff is very unfriendly. While waiting for my food I watched a lady cleaning.a label fell into one of the containers she just took it out and set it aside. I saw paper towel pieces she used for cleaning laying in another. The cucumbers looked questionable. I went to get a fountain drink only to have something black fall into my cup. And dont get my started on how dirty the counter space and debit machine were.

Initially loved this subway but today I went to get a cream of broccoli soup to bring it home to find it burnt. It's a brown color and smells burnt. I phoned to let them know its burnt to be met with incredibly rude customer service and the cashier arguing with me then hanging up on me. Wont return.

The girl at the till didn't seem to understand how to work the register and seemed kinda stunned.

This spot always has quick friendly service, however the food quality can be all over the place.
