Subway

All around terrible! From wait time when empty, to dry bread, old veggies and then to give me a tip prompt before my sub is even in view. Not to mention my sub was wrapped so bad half my sub fell on the floor when pulling it out. Terrible!

They were very busy at lunch time, but put everyone through quickly and friendly. Always tasty!

Started driving across town to get my sandwiches for work because of poor qaulity and service a subway on the eastside. The morning crew here is fast, consistent and polite, sandwiches are fresh and delicous

I was in the store today and a gentleman working for the Door Dash delivery service was in to pick up an order. The clerk/sandwich artist was extremely rude, condescending and made me uncomfortable because of this. The delivery driver was simply asking for the order and showing her that he did indeed have an order due, she spoke loudly and very rudely to him stating "I don't have an order I'm not making you anything" she then spoke on the phone and seemed to hang up on the individual on the other end, I'm assuming was the Door Dash service that called as I over heard yhe driver state that he was calling them to rectify the problem. After hanging up the phone she turned to another patron at the till and stated "I didn't get no order I'm not making anything" this has completly put me off of this establishment. In this day and age this kind of treatment of eachother is sad. He was polite to her and met with this kind of attitude was disgusting to watch.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the service. My order isn’t difficult and yet it takes 3 people, 3 different sandwiches to get it right. I will never go back to this subway - absolutely appalled at the service and attitude of the workers.

Had a very rude employee name heath.kept getting mad at me and my family and left. Walked away from us as we first walked in to go use his friends vape in the back.i do understand it was a long line and he was by himself and had people in drive thru but does not give the right to be rude to customers. Very unimpressed with the service here.wont come back

Everytime I go to this location i have to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes in the drive through even when nobody is in front of me.

You NEED more staff. You can’t expect the person who takes care of the drive through to tend to the walk in customers. Quit being so cheap and get another staff member. Anything to steal a buck these days I guess!

I think the young sandwich artist sensed that I was having a bad day, and thought it would be cool to be extra rude and snappy at me. Slamming the debit machine around. I recommend Quiznos they’re always polite and the foods probably better

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and they didn't even toast my sandwich like I asked for. Only had 2 kinds of bread. And they expect you to pay and tip before you get your food. Terrible experience.

Took half an hour to finally get food when only 2 people were ahead of Me. Had to repeat myself 100 times over horrible service.

Worst subway in grande prairie none of the employees know what they are doing waited 20 mins for them to figure out how to make a pizza go to eat it and it’s still frozen guy from the drive thru had to come inside to get his subs because they had forgot about him it’s a joke hire people that now what they are doing

Would give zero stars. Took 20+ min to get a sandwich made. Had to go in from the drive thru and the sandwich was sitting on the counter ready.

First time at that location, food at Subway is always good, the only thing about that location, is the the signs for ordering are not in an obvious location

Service was fine, food was great, but why are the prices different in the app vs in the store? Should not be that way. Very disappointing.

This subway was absolutely ridiculous we went through the drive through the girl at the window helped us and it was very harsh and rushed she didn’t take our order properly so we went to the window anyway to pay and the guy said it didn’t go through but we had the transaction on our online banking finally got our food and we were missing an item so we asked for it and I was yelled at and then I had to go in to get cheese on my mini melt and the girl was kicking garbage cans and freaking out

On multiple occasions they did not have certain subs, bread types, sauces or even eggs in the morning for a breakfast sandwich.

Horrible! Went through drive thru and they made my sub totally wrong and did not give me the extras I paid for. I guess that’s why your supposed to watch them make it. Oh well there are plenty of other places to spend my money, won’t be back.

Just got out of subway my food was okay, but my service not so much.the younger girl who works their was extremely rude to her male co-worker was bossy and made him do most of the work. Then after we payed she ran and sat with her I'm assuming boyfriend and continued to let her employee do all the work.

P.s the bread was old

Worst subway I’ve ever been I wanted to change 6 pepperoni for 6 salami and it was a extra charge I’ve been all over Canada and I’ve never had a subway act like that horrible staff and customer care

Staff is good at this location. But they have the worst bread I've ever had a subway. Always dry and crumbly. Don't seem to have this issue at any of the other locations in town.

They've done a grear job of keeping stock of their gluten free buns, and are generally well organized.
