Went Nov 2023. The guy was SO nice & professional. The place was super clean. I noticed that when the worker had no customers he was cleaning random things like window sills and under the straw holder. Love that, if you can lean you can clean, and it shows. Impressed.

They need to learn how to make a sub properly and stop giving 4 inch pieces of bread they rip the bread and they try to serve it and make a buy it, waste of money, retrain your staff

I am very upset with the service I received today from the individual. This guy was in so hurry situation without any reason. I was the only customer there. He did not have any patience with my order. He was throwing all vegetables on the bread and put so much sauces that by the time I got home in 2 minutes whole sandwich was soggy and fall apart from our hand. The bag was ripped the napkins were all crumble up inside the bag. We are regular customer there last 10 yrs or so
This horrible service I saw first time. I need to bring this matter to the manager he said the manager is not available. They guy should not be working there if he does not meet the customer satisfaction

Donny was awesome to work with & helped me out of a bind when I needed to feed a crowd. He made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Donny for the Subway platters & feeding my gang. Everyone loved the subs!

Came at lunch time very poor customer service over here the food handling is also very poor here Asked for vegetarian sub I req please do not put my paper on meat she did. And then she put someone’s meet on my sub. And then garbage the bread with attitude when I asked her to change the bread. Sabrina was her name. People were waiting and waiting as she was putting cheese on the bread. Even they made wrong order for people who came for pick up. I asked the lady for her name and she said can’t you read my name plate.

The best Subway location! The food was fresh (late in the day) ; we ordered salads and the restaurant was nice and clean. Customer service was friendly and attentive.

Got a meatball sub and a cheese steak sandwich. The sandwiches weren't fresh. And the customer service wasnt anything special. Wouldn't be going to this location in the future.

June 11,2022 around 3-4PM I experienced bad service here. There were no customers and the single employee in the store was sitting down on his phone when I walked in. He got up to meet me at the register and I asked for a box of a dozen cookies. The guy serving me snapped, "There are no boxes". He didn't check at all and having bought boxed cookies here before, I know where they keep the boxes. So I told him, "I was here before. Boxes are in the cabinet under the first speed oven. Could you please check? I'm going to an event and I'm only going to buy if they are in a box". The employee reluctantly turned around and opened the cabinet. There was an entire cardboard box full of cookie boxes in there. I've also noticed that cookies here cost $6.99. Not the advertised "$6 no tax" on the sticker. I bought a box of cookies at the South Centre location not even 2 days before this and it rang up to $6.30. Consistency issues?

Worst Subway ever. Found a piece of plastic in the sub. I will highly recommend to avoid this location at all cost.

One of the better Subway locations. Drink machine is neat but can cause line-ups. Staff is super friendly.

This subway is useless. Everyone working there are the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. Throwing your food around and putting on veggies before you even say what you'd like. What ever happened to customer service. Never going back here again and I recommend no one else goes here either. Teach a lesson. Also the lettuce looks like it was eaten and thrown up and them put on your sandwich. Disgusting. Should have a zero star rating for this hideous place.
