I asked for a sub with bacon chicken and cheese on it I never asked for extra so when it came to the point where I had to pay they charged me extra when I never asked for it in the first place so I told them I didn’t ask for that and then she began to argue with me over the counter as the manager allowed her to do so and then didn’t even decide to compensate me for it, absolutely ridiculous and very rude. She had no right to argue with me.

You will not get bored by eating subway, I have eaten for months. Just don’t add much sauces

Ordered a 12 inch cold cut with extra meat sub on March 22,2023 at 1: 42pm.
Ended up with food poison, finally felt better on March 25th.
Just called into the subway facility on March 27th at 12: 10pm and talked to the manager to indicate I got food posioining and wanted her to know this in the event other people may be calling in from last Wednesday. I was surprised when she said oh okay, good by.no sorry.no nothing.
So I strongly do not recommend this subway outlet on 23rd Avenue & 109st.

Was served during the evening of Feb. 10,2023 by employee Ronald. He was pleasant, polite, and best of all smiley. I can't tell you how many subways i go to where the employees all look like they want to kill themselves. Ronald stood out from the norm, and because of that i am writing this review. The expression "a smile goes a long way" is true when it comes to customer service jobs and fast food service. I do not know him personally but I actually wanted to take him to work for me in the hospitality industry just because of a good first-impression. His smile made it clear that he was willing to help me not because he has to but rather because he wants to. This shows care for his job as well as for the customers. I also respect that he's doing a part-time job while attending post-secondary school; It wasn't so long ago when i myself was doing the same thing, and it makes for long days- But as stated above, he doesn't let that impact his mood and it reminded me alittle of myself. I hope the owners of this subway show him this review as i'm sure it will bring a smile to his face. It's a great feeling to see your own name mentioned in a review, so please inform him. Keep staff like him as long as you can and you will continue seeing loyal happy customers. Thank you for reading my rant.

Very cheep on the meat at this subway. Every time the scoop is half full making one full scoop will not be going here again

The employees are really courteous and never disappointed on my every visit to this store. Imelda please appreciate the hardworking employees of this store. They always make the best sub in the town. I come to have sub at this location specially from windermere.

States they are 24 hour but I just got here at 12: 41AM and they're closed. Update your hours.

Very rude store. I went there two years back. Customer service was poor.never going back there.

No customer service. Came in Monday night, about 2330. The gentleman working there was finishing ringing up two customers, with two of us in line waiting. I'm unsure if he asked the gentleman ahead of me if he minded waiting, but after the other customers paid he went straight into making online orders - making us both wait for that order to be entirely completed. After starting the order for the customer in front or me he once again prioritized online orders. I understand your employee was on his own, but he didn't even acknowledge I was there. There was no attempt made to help me. I would have waited had he offered an explanation such as the online orders were ahead of me, or even started my order while waiting for the online orders to toast.
