Almost none to zero vegetables, meat was a fair amount, girlfriend asked for mayo, spinach and steak. She received almost no mayo and almost no steak, but a ton of spinach, sub was also completely untoasted.

Unbelievable. This outlet should have their license to sell food revoked with no recourse. Can’t believe I paid my hard earned money for this. Atrocious

I am always so disappointed when I order from here and I keep giving them chances because they are local to me but every time I order delivery or pick up and I am not there in person to create my own sub, something is incorrect! Specifically when I order the steak and avocado rice bowl, there’s never avocado in the bowl! Today, I am also missing a couple other vegetables — very disappointing considering I have been going here for 13 years. I guess just not learned my lesson yet!

Ordered online and paid 35 mins before store closing. Got there 10 mins before close and their door was looked. They saw me, both made eye contact with me, so I figured they would come over to unlock the door. Nope. Two minutes of knocking and waving and pointing at the door before they finally realized the bag of pre-paid food sitting on the pickup shelf was probably mine. So they brought the bag to the door and didn’t even apologize. I was back home before the store ACTUALLY closed. Unreal service.

I have been to this location several times as it is the closest to my home. It seems no matter who is working, the staff struggles to follow the most simplest directions… seriously… I get people in these establishments have to deal with difficult people all the time… but from my experience at this particular location.it’s their own fault if someone is talking to them like they are stupid… listen to what the customer is requesting on their sandwich… it is literally your job but you can’t seem to do it… I have witnessed it there and experienced it… EVERYTIME I have gone to this location

I asked for one line of mustard and she squeezed the bottle so hard.

The lettuce was also VERY old.

This is hands down the worse subway! Touching food without gloves, very hostile when talking to me. Do yourself a favour and drive to 130th.
Terrible franchise operations.
Judging by the lack of responses on the feedback on here they clearly don’t care to improve.

Miserable staff, hardly give you any veggies without begging, requested NO RICE in mobile order but got rice anyway, really don't deserve my money. Not going back again.

Very clean location. Only problem is that this franchisee has more expensive prices compared to other locations.
