5 Stars to the Clerk who made by sandwich.
But to the manager/owner however, what a PRICK!
Who in the fast-food market for a Sandwich charges $14.50 per? Subway that's who! That is absolutely ridiculous!
When I asked the manger/owner he gets lippy with, me and asks; "what year am I living in"? I don't care who you are, $14.50 for a Sandwich, that its RIDICULOUS! Inflation or No Inflation, that's just thievery! Ripping off the Consumer! You can go to Sobeys/Safeway and get a sub for $7.00. $14.50 sorry Subway, I'll walk miles before going back to one of your shops in Canada! DISGUSTING!

The service is good but every time I go there their bread is chewy and hard. Seems they may use old bread. I’d rather just go to the subway in rocky view

Popped by here while quoting in the area, owner was very friendly, food is fresh, and a good quantity for the price. One of the better subways in the city! Would pop by this area in the future when in the area.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I have been to this establishment 3 times. First time I asked to use the washroom after I paid for my food and they refused. The second time the owner or employee was too busy cleaning the glass and chatting with other employees to serve me. The last time they charged me for a bag without informing me or asking if I wanted to pay, all he said said is “nothing is free anymore” so rude. Also the employees were again chatting and making me wait.
Then I called to give feedback and his supervisor hung up on me, I told her I didn’t want to do a negative review, but because she hung up on me I feel like I need to let people know about their terrible customer service.

I would give zero stars if this was an option. I should have read the reviews before going there. Like others, I quickly noticed their attitude change when they realized I was going to order the sub on promotion. They became rude and told me to sit down and wait in a condescending way. I saw regular price paying customers being served ahead of me. When subway sent me a request to review my experience, i did. Instead of apologizing, their management wrote me back a rude email! I could go on and on, but I'll stop here. Needless to say, I am never going back.

I hate to write a bad review because we go here often, and the owners are the loveliest nicest people who go out of their way, but I have to say: Check what you're being charged for! I didn't look at my receipt until I go home. My bad. I ordered the new Bella Mozzarella and was changed an extra $2.25 for the mozzarella (which is kinda key to the sub). And they put my subs into a paper bag, which was nice, but they didn't ask me if I wanted it and didn't mention they'd be charging for the bag! I could have carried them out myself.

Didn’t even get my food it took so long to order I ended up leaving for another location. Will not be back.
