Subway

They put their ingredients away 20 minutes before close hoping they'll be able to leave early or right at close and then tell you they ran out of stuff. They also had the audacity to rush my order because they were closed but I just waited 10 minutes to be served. Everyone is so miserable here and should go get a job they like.

Despite the late hour, she maintained a positive attitude, provided excellent service, and ensured my order was prepared with care. Her dedication and professionalism were truly impressive, and I appreciate her commitment to customer satisfaction even during busy closing hours. "

Absolute WORST service ever recieved. My Partner came in to get a sandwich and when it came time to pay she payed with cash. The employee took the change and threw it on the counter. My partner decided to pick it up and as she struggled to grab the change (long nails) The employee just stood there smirking the whole time without an apology. I called to address the issue and the "supervisor" answered and I told them what happened and she said she would "tell the employee not to do it again" as she chuckled under her breath. I asked if I could still speak to the manager she said she would get them to call me back. Still have had no call back at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL

This is my favourite subway in Edmonton and all of the surrounding areas! There’s a pleasant lady that works there I think her name is Sam and she’s always super friendly and makes the best subs (even better than me)

This is by far my favourite location. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They've never messed up my sub!

Great location, friendly staff. They never have soggy tomatoes here which I like. I hate soggy tomatoes. Sam always greets everyone with a smile, she’s great. Definitely one of the better locations in the city.

Great experience, my daughter didn't know what to get and Sam helped her through the process, very patient and kind person

This is one of my favourite subways in the city.i feel like they have the best tomatoes.the subs are assembled well (you know, so you get a bit of everything in every bite, and not half of it is veg and the other half if is the meat) the staff is always friendly, sam is always my favourite.she’s sweet, professional, and efficient.the location is always clean.i’ll usually drive a bit out of my way to go to this location instead of any of the others in the city.

Absolutely outrageous, I let my kids order for themselves and the lady starting acting extremely rudely when my kid took a second. She had no respect to the people order first as well. She doesn't know what basic human decency is. Unless you want to be treated like trash don't come here.

This is the worst Subway. We actively choose not to go here due to how bad it is, and today reminded me why. Neither of our sandwiches were correct after Mobile ordering them one had stuff in it we did not order and the other had zero pickles after ordering extra. Are people so miserable at their jobs they can’t even read instructions correctly? What a complete waste of my money!

It was the first time i visited there and it is the worst experience i have ever seen. The girl was seems busy without any customer and did not treat well.

At 430 today I waited and yelled back for staff to help me and they were laughing in the back.completely ignored me and yelled at me when I left.completely racist and rude staff.

This location has started turning their sign off early and counting their tills BEFORE close. Unprofessional in my opinion.

WHY NO MASK OR SNEEZE GUARD? The workers talk over the food with spit flying everywhere, disgusting!

Really good hygiene practice by Sam (I think was her name). I was impressed that she washed her hands before putting on gloves and maintained good practices.
I enjoyed my sub even more because of this. Veggies were fresh
