The girl clearly wasn't listening to anything we said (I'm sure she had an ear bud in her ear, because she was fixated on her cell that she placed on the counter WHERE FOOD GOES) and was mumbling.
She had next to no clue as to how to make the sandwiches.
I asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, not toasted.so she went to squish the cold chicken on the bun. When I said "oh no not toasted? " she looked at me with a blank look on her face. I had to continue to say are you not going to warm up the chicken separately? Again she had no clue what to do.
I have never had to ask for the chicken to be warmed up.
Then there was nothing but frozen lettuce and scraps in the bottom of the tin, and that's what she was going to put on my sandwich. That being said, when I asked for fresh lettuce, the brand new bag she came out with was half brown.
I didn't even ask for more than the tiny bit she put on. Dribbled the sauce I asked for and had to ask for more. My husband while ordering wasn't asked what kind of cheese he wanted. She just reached for the while triangle, he stopped her and asked for shredded.
When putting the veggies on his she just dumped them on and didn't even close the sub at all before cutting it.
He asked for a clean knife when she cut it she looked at him and said "hu? "
No manners
No knowledge
No personality
And
No customer service!
Never going back to that location!

I got take out here and it's very unfortunate to say that they were serving old lettuce, and my sandwich wasn't toasted properly. The employee that was working at the time was literally on her phone, I found it very unprofessional.

Service is worst and staff has no intention to work. Sandwich they made is not eatable as it was not folded properly even after I asked.
As soon as I opened my sandwich wrap all vegetables fell apart and its frustrating after you pay full money.
Not worth it for second visit.

Your staff mandeep has no manners and she also don’t know how to deal with the customers. The fact is that we are giving money not begging for product. I request to manager to teach how to deal with customers.

Tables are never clean, regardless if they are busy or not. This subway used to be good but it's hit rock bottom. Literally every other subway in the neighborhood is much better.

I went there on Friday and I ordered 12 inch veggie delite and there was a girl named jotika who was serving me.i told her to make a veggie sub as my little brother is allergic to meat.i told her to remove the meat from the cheese and change her gloves but she denied to do so.i was very disappointed with her and we exchanged some words and than she declined to give me my food but another girl came in and served me really nice. It is so disappointing to see such a nice food chain have this rude employees. Totally disappointed with JOTIKA.

The bread was perfect but that's the only positive, all veggies NOT Fresh (days old), meat has been handled multiple times folded into little triangles and the tomatoes borderline rotten. Then all slapped together, no artist there. I just threw it away after a couple bites. Thanks

I ordered a Great Canadian Club on Flat bread and a Crispy Chicken Bacon peppercorn Ranch Rice Bowl, thru Skip the dishes and upon my First bite or two, of the Sub, I got a pretty bad Chemical taste in my mouth.
I am not sure what would make Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomatoe with Smoky Honey Mustard.and extra Mayo.taste like Petroleum.but it sure did. I know it wasn't my taste buds coz the Rice bowl tasted fine. I ate 1/2 of the sub.picking it apart.and I think it was the Ham causing the problem.
Now my lips feel a lil tingly.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Went there yesterday night the girl in the closing shift was making faces and was slamming the door of microwaves and freezes and were rolling her eyes.i mean its your job girl.idk why you were showing useless attitude if you don’t like your job jus quit it… people out there desperate for getting jobs and when ungrateful people like you get it you behave like this.it was 9: 40 and i guess she was frustrated for closing time.i mean if your store was open till 10 then obviously your firm is paying u untill closing but pls never show the disappointment to the customers.in my past years i never met any server like this.i don’t know if she didn’t get proper training or she is jus careless. Am feeling sad for the the owners who trust her and gave their store in her hands. I know our purchases won’t affect you.we were about to buy more stuff but your behaviour stopped us. We may have left the place without getting food but out manners didn’t allowed us to do that after ordering.

Horrible. Just don’t go here. I am vegetarian and the associate literally dropped a piece of meat in my sub and said “I didn’t notice”. When I pointed her mistake out she started giving attitude. After that she put really less peppers on my sub like 2 pieces so I asked for little more and she said my manager asked us to charge more. The workers were not only careless but very rude as well. I personally love subway I have been getting subs from this location but now I will never go here. Customers who are vegetarian please make sure you are keeping an eye on your sub because I wouldn’t trust them with making sub. Extremely horrible service

Barely 2 staff working the Friday dinner rush. Not the problem. Pre-loading my sub without asking what I wanted. Also not the problem. The 8 hours of gut wrenching pain and the bathroom runs. Now thats a problem. Could it be from the turkey sub that had pink shimmering meat? Perhaps or the cookies that looked like they've been steeped in water.

Either way I don't think we'll be back to that subway much less any subway for some time.

First time coming to this location and wont br coming back. Thr bread is not fresh at all. It'd somewhat hard. The subs are super messy and not wrapped properly. I use to pay much less for a footlong for much better quality. I will not be coming back to this location again nor will I recommend it.

Total disappointment. I work nearby and usually order lunch from this place. Since last 3 order, the quality of the food has significantly deteriorated. The bread seem to be half cooked, felt like eating a raw dough, sandwich was looking messy and not properly packaged. Definitely not ordering again. Please value the money people spend on food, at least make an effort to make their food perishable.

Smallest sub I've ever seen let alone paid for. I took one bite then realized how dinky this sub is. I wish I could show how small this thing is but It won't let me post a picture.

3 employees in the store, talking about whatever they were talking about. Forgot to put bacon on sub. Every table was filthy, went and ate in my truck.
Maybe being in the food services industry, they should do their job.

The Manager at the store Anu showed a perfect example of unprofessional behaviour, bad tone of conversation and misinformation. Kindly send her for soft skill training. And never knew that the subways with in 3 kms can have different rules & prices, surprised as per the manager. Wow.
