Yeaaah these portions ain't it. Typically every subway I've been to puts lots of toppings on but this one hardly puts any on. You can barely taste it. I kid you not they only put like 5 pieces of onion on. This is subway, not Taco Bell. Cheap manager needs to quit already because clearly it's a common issue.

Amazing customer service from the staff members i encounter. They really are sandwich artists because they dont just throw the contents on the sub. They make it even and generously. I worked at subway years ago and i am glad they make my sub like how i used to haha!

Funny, I was coming on here to comment about the portions and seen that others are complaining as well. I've been to many Subways, and have never seen this. I have to ask 4 times for toppings. This is ridiculous. Will never visit this location again. What a joke. Hopefully Cathy is reading this. You are the reason your store is loosing money and customers.

This place must be ran by a total degenerate they stop serving half the menu after 10pm clearly this place needs to be taken over by someone competent in running a business.

The food is average for a subway, it's fine. Employees are pretty "meh" most of the time, not a huge deal for me. What DOES bother me is the passive aggressive signs I saw posted today, June 4th, for employees from the owner "Cathy" blaming them for the store losing money because of portion sizes. "Make sure you don't over fill scoops of rotisserie and teriyaki chicken, the store is losing money. Only 6 pieces of cucumbers, pickles, ect. Per foot long sandwiches" and 2 others I could see from the counter. One saying something about the pan they use for the toaster and another one about using too much paper towel. There are so many subways in town, I won't be going back to this location or others owned by "Cathy" until she can stop blaming her minimum wage service industry employees for her business loosing money. Gross. Cathy, if you're reading this, SUPER classy thing to do, you should feel ashamed.

Can no longer order the kind of sub I like on the delivery app, nor do they take call in delivery, so basically losing a customer since I cant afford to pay 10$ for a cab there and back just to order what i like in the store. Subway this is a huge fail on your part.

Subway is normally pretty decent but our recent experience was terrible. After the wrap was put together it was handed from one employee to the next. That second employee put some hand sanitizer on their hands and proceeded to wrap the wrap while their hands must have been still wet. After going home to eat and having a mouthful of the wrap that tasted like hand sanitizer we went back to the restaurant where they refused to remake the sandwich properly, without poisoning it that time. Instead they refunded the money, forcing us to drive elsewhere for lunch. Very unimpressed.

I’m not impressed. I ordered a chicken pepper corn ranch sub and had to ask for every topping more than once. Even the chicken its self was measured out to about half the scoop. Almost no lettuce on it even after asking 3 times for more.

Does anyone else remember when subway would load your sub with out making the customers feel guilty to ask for a proper serving?

0/10 customer service. I walked in and the girl did not even look up to acknowledge me. She was writing down things on paper at the till, she continued writing for a few minutes before even walking over to take my order. I said hi, she did not respond, didn’t ask what I wanted just looked at me. I then said my order. But that’s awful, not hard to say hi to a paying customer.

Skip is a good prankster but other than that its just what you would expect from a local subway. I would make pickup orders for "asap" and it would give me 50 min wait times. So i show up in 20 and they haven't started it. This happens so often. The wait time apparently isn't to help the employees get food out cuz when I arrive its never busy, they are just chilling. And could have made my stuff.

Pop machine completely flat, asked if staff could swap the carbonation so that I could get a large fountain and the girl in the back told me it's fine. I showed her how flat it was and they told me to get a bottled pop which is more expensive because she did now want to do it. Lol always out of soup. Flat pop. Bad manners. Which is too bad be a use the front counter girl was doing her best but the other one was just plain rude.

if you go here never ever ever expect to get broccoli cheddar soup. Its advertised but never provided. My face soup but all they ever seem to make is boring old chicken noodle

Was eating my sub when I noticed a hair. After calling they ended up hanging up after asking if I wanted to drive across town again to return it.

I've been eating subway for awhile and this is by far the worst experience, learn how to make a sandwich, immigrants making fast food unenjoyable anymore

This subway has very kind employees. I ordered online because I can't leave my house right now. The order was a little messed up but when I called about it they were extremely apologetic and offered to fix it anyway I preferred, I could get someone to pick it up, have a partial refund or they offered to deliver the missing/mistaken food.

They didn't try to deny or argue, and the staff are also very sweet and friendly, will keep buying from them for sure!:)

(Also generally speaking I find they are not like some bad locations that try to short you on veggie toppings! Thank goodness, it always feels awkward to keep asking for more repeatedly because they use so little, I'm so glad they are not like this.)

$30.35 for a rice bowl and a foot long sub. What the heck? Also since when do we have to pay a extra $5.44 for bottle dep/enviro taxable amount on your combos. That’s just really rude.

The new person definitely needs more training. Learn the sauces even though it’s written on the top, she still started to screw up.
