Everything was average. Service was quick, staff don't change their gloves. I had a veggie sub (since I'm a vegetarian), there were tiny bits of cheese and something else (which I believe was meat). Nonetheless it was a bit gross since I didn't know what it was. Overall this store has very quick service, kind staff, great food (other than the stuff on my bread). Solid 3
They do not change their gloves nor clean their knives. I have a lot of medical dietary restrictions. Them not doing those things between every sandwich, left my sub unedible to me but I still had to pay for it. The employees don't care about each customer, just getting through the line. Horrible service.
Really loved the food, all the staff was very helpful and greeted in a very nice way specially Jaspreet who prepared the food which was so delicious and she was soo kind.
What is there to complain about this place? Amazing food, great staff, and you know exactly what you are getting every time you order from here. Simply amazing.
It is what id is, Pricier subs, but pricing similar to other fast food options at this mall. They are skimpier with the veggies they toas onto your sub. Okay service. Plenty of mall seating in a weeknight. Super packed in weekends
Ordered a veggie foot. With price increase reduced quantity of stuffing. Sub used to be filling before 2 years back. Now they ration the filling. Very thin subs. Not worth for money.
To start with I have mobility issues and am not allowed to drive anymore. As such I do not have a car. So to purchase food I normally have someone pick it up for me as I did for this purchase. This was done at the store. Now I have seen the adverts for the new series menu and it looked good so I ordered the Subway club and "The Boss". On ordering at the Subway in Crossironmills, the attendant said she did not know the new menu but she said both subs were the Club sandwich. She was not aware of the new menu which has been advertised almost daily. I discovered the problem the next day. I called the store and spoke to a lady who wanted me to bring the subs back there for a refund. I had to explain to her multiple times that I cannot get there. She kept saying it was policy and she did not know when the franchisee or manager would be in. I cannot believe that this is such a difficult issue after I spent $50 on two subs, two iced tea and a few cookies. I will never visit this store again and it will not be referenced by me in a good way. I have left my number but from my conversation it doesn't sound like any management ever visit the store. Absolutely disgusted.
This subway went over and beyond. I have a bad allergy to both dairy and gluten, they all made sure to change their gloves and were very aware of what they touched when handling my food. No other subway has taken that much care when preparing my sandwhich for me. Thank you!
Absolutely worst customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They messed up the order. Very disappointed. I ordered one footlong veggie patty. She didn’t put the veggie patty. When I asked for the patty she said it is out of stock and then she bring the patty from back. Seriously, just because she have to take it from the freezer. When she started putting veggies on the sandwich I asked her to put the lettuce and cucumbers for two times and she did not put any of them. She should be provided with more training. Its an Indian girl I can’t remember her name. I wouldn’t be going there anymore. Never Again!
No words to express how is there cu customer service very very very bad. I asked a foot long crispy chicken sub and she put uncooked chicken frozen upon asking she (wearing glasess lady) keep on a saying this how this sandwich should be it was cold hard and totally uncooked. Waste of my $13. SUBWAY is such a reputed company but service like her unacceptable strongly recommend management need to review whom they hire. Plz listen your customer very disappointed customer service
