Visited this place for the first time got worst customer service by a guy don't know why he was so rude that he didn't answer a simple question by speaking single word instead he was just shaking his neck THE MAJOR THING HE DIDN'T SAID EVEN HI WHEN I WALKED IN FIRST.
I went to the subway and I needed to use the washroom while my boyfriend was placing our order they gave me the key and when I walked into the wash and it was just gross so I decided not to use it I came out and we told them that the bathroom needed cleaning and the one lady that was working just stood there and focused on making her salad and the other guy ended up getting part of our order a wrong and we were just tired and wanted to go home so we just let it slide. Normally this subway is awesome. This is honesty my first complaint about them. They should hire people that dont focus on making their own salad, also she was just holding the veggies in her hand and cutting it, I'm pretty sure even if its for yourself you are supposed to use the cutting boards. Also the bathroom shouldn't have been that disgusting. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn't.
I never had a problem here. Its the same experience I have with every other Subway. I come in and say hello and could I get the cold cut trio and tell them what toppings I want. If one of the toppings like the tomatoes look a little freezer burned. I just don't ask for it, its all good.
One time they put so much jalapeños it was so spicy. I still ate it! Its all good.
I don't think I ever had a bad experience at any Subway and I eat there alot. Probably alot more times than the average person.
I don't really care if they say hi to me or not. As long as I get my sandwich, its all good.
BTW the Vietnamese/Cambodian restaurant beside it! Is very GOOD
Staff didn't know what they were doing. They argued with us when we asked for cookies because they didn't have any idea what cookies were which. Then they argued about how many we get with a combo. Some of it may have been a language barrier, but I think it was mostly due to ignorance of the job itself. Poor training perhaps?
We ordered 3 subs through Skip, 1 sub had the wrong bread, the second sub had bread that was absolutely rock hard stale plus didn’t have chicken on one half. Charged $2 for adding bacon yet only added one slice. And didn’t offer a refund or even a credit when complained minutes after receiving the order. I have eaten from many subways and never experienced such poor quality combined with abysmal customer service. Warning everyone to just stay away from this location!
Worst subway ever. Did the order wrong, wrong bread, wrong items and the bread was like a brick and stale. Half the order ended up in the garbage. RUDE manager that responded to the complaint and did nothing to rectify the situation. An order over $50 and we got nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE FOOD, ILL MANNERED, OFFENSIVE AND DISCOURTEOUS MANAGER

Wonderful experience, Jage (hope I spelt it right) made my sub, and was very kind and courteous, was friendly and also stacked the veggies in a way I've never seen before and made it delicious, even asked if it was all and if it looked good before packing it up, this is something all subways should strive to achieve, someone give this man a raise! Great job!
If you plan on coming to this subway just goto the one on 82st. The vegetables always look old and never fresh. The workers are lazy and mess up my order every time.
Delicious submarine sandwiches made by their Subway artists. Clean store that follows the COVID-19 protocols to keep patrons safe. The staff are fast and friendly as they had my two sons orders done in quick succession. Keep up the good work boys!
Yesterday I order Tuna Subway sandwich from skip the dishes and My food comes with no seal and sandwich was messed up all the veges spread out inside bag and little bit left inside bread also stinks really bad.
I'm super impressed with how fast these guys make subs. I had personally made an error ordering seven subs on an app the subs had to be thrown out. The next day Jag got in touch with me personally, went above and beyond and fixed my error. He was very understanding and forgiving. I would I recommended this Subway to anyone the staff is super friendly and they will go above and beyond to make your sandwich the way you want it. Thank you very much Jag. You guys are the best! The lettuce was rusty looking (brown on the edges) and the only person on the floor was on FaceTime with someone. The phone was set up at the register with the camera on.
Gentlemen on shift was friendly, polite and helpful. Restaurant was quite clean. However I regret that all subways have lost my business. Why? They have all removed the egg salad sub which was the only sub I would buy (personal preference). Should they ever being it back I will once again be a loyal customer.
Used a buy one sub and any drink and get another sub of equal or lesser value for free coupon. I tried to get a bottled drink instead and I got charged for it and was given a fountain drink cup. I guess bottled drinks aren't conciderd to be included in the any drink part of there coupons
After 4 years of going here I get told they stopped selling my sub? I can get it other places. Just like other times they are too lazy to make it. Won't be coming back here again.
Came here mid day, two people in front of me with one employee doing all the work while some dude stood in the back scrolling on his phone. Whatever he was scrolling was sure more important than helping customers.

When is an ordered a guac steak after I ordered it he told me he didn't have the tortilla to make it and I said to them put it on a flatbed and don't charge you any more than the original rap it's not my fault you guys don't have wraps he said I'll charge you whatever I charge you, and I said no it's not my mistake you guys don't have wraps so he said fine and made the sandwich and when I got to the till he tried to charge me for a full sandwich and I turned around and I told them no you're only charging me for the signature and he told me no then leave
This girl kyla always has a smile when me and my gf come late at night. She is always filled with happiness and joy and makes time to make sure we get we want, the employees make this restaurant what it is, so I really enjoy getting what I want and having someone nice and enjoyable is a really great bonus.
I went to this subway tonight at around 1230am. The girl who was working was quite busy. Eventually I got to order and I got a buffalo chicken with bacon. Seriously one of the best subs I've had. I often end up being bummed about my subs because the the meat is always jammed into the edge of the sub and you either get a bite of veg or a bite of meat. I ordered a footlong so I could have leftovers tomorrow and I'm pumped for lunch now haha. Thanks!
No soup. No spicey buffalo chicken. No sweet and spicey chicken or whatever it was. Apparently they just opened the store. 8m not sure what she meant. Cause it was 7: 45 PM on a Tuesday.
24hrs what more could you want. Yes it use to be better when they had different staff working there but again it’s subway and if your expecting a gourmet sandwich your funny.
Decent location as far as Subway's go. Staff can be a bit abrasive and the menu seems to be priced on the fly some visits but it's got Subway subs and if that's what you are craving you can get them here with a similar shopping experience to what you'd find at most every other Subway these days.
Bread was old. Meats on sub were not fresh and were slimy like expired. I wanted lettuce as a topping, yet they didn't have any. Open 24/7 seems to be the good point about this location. I would like to know if this location is a franchise or owned by Subway? If it is owned by a franchiser he should have his franchise removed. If owned by Subway they should get their act together. Do yourself a favor and go to Mr Sub only a few minutes away.
Not good did not have many sauces and no spinach didn't find out until after sub was made and was given no options by the attendant to improve the situation.
Food is O. K.but I had to wait 20 mins for my food when there was one guy in front of me. Would have been quicker to drive to another Subway. I think ill do just that next time.
