Subway

I noticed that this location had a significantly better rating than a closer location so I thought I'd give it a shot. I messed up my skip the dishes order but they were very helpful when arrived, and then gave me a free cookie to apologize for the confusion and delay! They went above and beyond.

Stopped in on my way home after a crazy day at work. Staff went out of their way to communicate with me with pleasant attitude

Not happy they didn't have the proper cheese for the steak and bacon sub. Habenero jack cheese (I think) but didn't have it.

Love their customer service! All the employees are so sweet! I usually order through skip or uber and I always receive my order as per my request. They try their best to make their customers happy and serve them exceptionally well. I recommend this location over all the other subway locations in the city!

Loved how the manager responded to one of the customer reviews about complains with the new trainee! Such a kind person to have around!

This is not my first time with a subway but definitely first time on this location’s subway and the experience is undoubtedly questionable.

First of all, the girl at the counter was a trainee but thats not the problem.
The problem was in the fact that she dint knew anything. Usually as I have seen in other locations, there is always an experienced person giving on-job or live training to a new person over the counter. Over here, she was handling it all alone and she dint even knew the name for the meal, nor the content, nor the quantity. I was requesting her from time to time that she missed this or she missed that etc.
Good communication skills is always an add-on when you working in a restaurant chain. This is one of the things that should be improved.

Second, the veggies were NOT fresh. You could smell the staleness when you take a bite. Only the sauces were fine.

All in all Not a good experience.

Staff are incompetent and rude. The vegetables always look gross because they let them mix together. Employee coughed without attempting to cover their mouth.

They mislabeled my order. My chicken sub was labeled Tuna. I'm allergic to Tuna. I bit into it.

Bets subway ever! They don’t cut clients on ingredients and I even get a free cookie sometimes

I had ordered from skipthedishes and received my food with no cheese and no sauce. Worst subway service I have ever received.

Ordered 2 footlong sandwich combos and they were exactly what I ordered. The sandwich builder was Kashish and she was pleasant and listened to what I wanted. Well done! Finally I got a great experience.

Overall very good service and quality. They did mess up a mobile order one time but provided some compensation for it, which I appreciated.

They gave me a free cookie with my sandwich! So sweet, was not expecting that at all and completely made my day, thank you!

Had very friendly staff member help me. Large location and the food is as you'd expect.
