Employee giving himself an unauthorized 15% tip… not cool. My fault for not checking but was in a hurry and tapped the card on the machine but the amount on the receipt was different than verbally stated by the employee. May have made a quick $1.46 but I can assure you you’ve lost any future business from me.

I ordered a veggie sub today for pick up and when I opened it in the car there was 2 slices of tomato. 2 slices of tomato on a veggie sub? Seriously? !

Ordered a Veggie Patty tonight and it came with no patty. Was just bread, lettuce, spinach, and bread. There was no rush in the store and they didn't get my order right.

I didn't even visit the restaurant. I wanted to order a sandwich for pickup, but after going through all the motions, the app wants me to tip the employees making the sandwich. I'm so fed up with this business model. This is not table service and these are people working in a fast food restaurant. They are not artists. They are employees of a fast food restaurant. Subway can pay them more if they think they deserve more. It's a sandwich! I'll make my own sandwich in my hotel room instead. Subway needs to stop asking customers to pay employees wages. I'm done with this franchise

Didn’t understand when I asked for their own created subs (little Italy, teriyaki crunch). Had to walk them through what goes on each which kind of defeats the purpose of the promotion of just say the sub and they’ll make it.
Package poorly and fell apart as soon as it was opened.

I've been to this restaurant many times, it clean, the staff are excellent and helpful

The worst subway i have ever been too, will never go back to this location. They must not be properly trained at anything there because of how they put together everything. Aswell they do not follow any requasts you ask of them. Worst subway experience i have ever had and i never had a bad subway experience until now.

Worst service I've ever had at a subway. Ended up taking 1 bite out of my soggy sub and tossed it in the trash! Terrible location.

We pre-orderded 16 lunch items for our VB team on Thanksgiving weekend and it was so well organized. Each athlete had their name on their sub and it was ready to go upon arrival. They also itemized each athlete's order so that I could reconcile the monies after the tournament. Last but not least, Mina Poonja and her staff were very friendly and thoughtful. We will be back the next time we are in Spruce Grove.
