The service wasn’t bad such as a worker named Angelina but one of the workers was so disrespectful and missed so much he put almost no lettuce and we had to ask multiple times for more he also didn’t put salt on any sandwich he made even when I saw multiple people ask for salt and pepper he only put pepper the food was uneven as well and one side had so much more I always have a good experience when I have gone here but every time this guy is on shift the food is made wrong and he rushes everyone through without making things correctly
Awful service drive thru is never operating as there is only one person working takes forever to get anything. Do yourself a favour and go to a different one!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the three staff members working tonight, I stopped by shortly after 6pm, They were swamped but they held it together. Friendly and efficient, Worked together as a team. Even though my brain was completely shut off ordering supper for myself and my kids, They were amazing. We frequently visit this location as it's right around the corner from where we live and I've had nothing but great service but tonight genuinely made me appreciate this location a little more. Thank you for a great supper and the smiles! You all are fantastic.
Couldn’t tell if the guy was taking to us or drive thru. Super skimpy on the veggies and sauces then put salt and pepper on when I asked only for salt. Then he didn’t remake the sub or offer any discount while making the excuse that I didn’t speak loud enough for him to hear over the drive thru headset he was wearing. I was the only one in the restaurant with one car in the drive thru.
Well had to repeat myself a lot about her changing her gloves due to allergies. It was her co worker who told her to go change her gloves and it still took him three times before she understood. Then there was no bacon on the chicken bacon ranch sub on top of a roasted chicken on it instead of normal chicken it had before. And once I added water to my mushroom soup and salt and garlic it tasted way better.
Just had a wrap it was all good just all the meat was all on one side and the vegetables on a different side. The ladies working were very nice and hard workers very professional
If you're looking for a good experience, go in and pay attention to everything they do.pay for your stuff and move on. Also they close whenever they want. Twice I've been there before that time and once they just shut the lights out as i was sitting in drive thru with 20 mins to spare. Fail
If you want sit down wait times but fast food food stop at this subway. I went early this week and had a crazy long wait time but decided to give them another chance. They seem to always be under staffed. The people who came in behind us walked out. There was one person in front of us who got two sandwiches and we got 3. It took a bit over half an hour for them to make the 5 simple sandwiches.
Sat in the drive through for over 20 min. Was too far in to back out and park. 3 people walked in and out with sandwiches while the car in front of me was waiting to even order. Got home to find my sandwhich was missing 2 ingredients.
Not my 1st time having less then impressive service here so it felt like time to say something!
Not happy with the drive through service. Specifically asked for lettuce on the sub and as I arrive home there is no lettuce and it is dripping in sauce. I was really looking forward to this but wasn't very enjoyable. The whole rest of my sub is garbage.
My first visit to that subway and it was one of the best experience. Girl making my order was Ms. Ashley and the gentleman assisting was Mr. Yousef. They both were so good in every aspect.
I always love going to Subway. It has delicious subs and sandwiches, as well as wraps and soups. I love using their pop machines which give you a variety of options. I like that the people are trained to make good subs and are always willing to put extra vegetables into the subs.
My daughter and i came in for the first time today and had a great experience. Of course it's lunch hour when we pop in, but the service was excellent, yhe employees were friendly and quick with their work. Everything was clean, just wish there was more hot sauce lol. We'll be back again for sure.
This subway doesn't practice safe food practices. Clean your knives and work station. If I wanted every flavour on my subs I would've ordered them. Basic cleanliness and food safety practices were not followed last night.
Closest subway to home so unfortunately I keep going back. Have had nothing but bad experiences. Always messing up the order, even when i am inside which i have completely stopped using the drive thru because they can never hear you and decide what your order is. Had a bunch of people behind us leave and the girls at the counter laugh because he was miserable.but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to take 2 sandwiches. Like you can look the one girls in the eyes and she will literally do the opposite. I really hope management can get this place in order. But it is the only fast food drive they on this side of town so I guess they can do what they want.
Came here on my lunch break with my mom, who was in town visiting. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and then decided to try the drive through. Sat at the drive through for another 5 minutes before they were ready to take our order. It took several attempts before they were able to get our order correct and repeat it back to us. At the window they asked us again to clarify our order. Waited another 10 minutes. Gave us the subs and forgot the soup.more waiting. Had to ask for the receipt twice. By the end we were so rushed and flustered that we didn’t even notice that they forgot our drinks.
I love subway, but I will not be coming back to this location.
Edit: the buns were not toasted and were undercooked. They also forgot the pickles on the subs. What the heck is going on here?
I normally love subway, quality food, fresh veggies and buns. My only complaint and it's enough to make me post a poor review is the consistency. Today's bun was flat and looked white and under cooked. The veggies where so sparse. The while thing looks so flat and empty. But it was still delicious, I could have eaten 2, it was so small.
I went in today to get soup with a damn piece of bread to dip it into and the lady told me no but then sold me a 6inch for the price of a cookie. I went back in there because I'm sick and wanted soup again and so did my co worker, then again she got frustraited with me and told me she did that one time for me and that's all I get. Then decided to make a big scence in front of the other customers. So if this is how subway is gonna treat there customers, then I'm gonna go to Tim hortons instead where I get free bread with my soup. Also the fact that this subways creamy soups are 70% of the time clumpy and that most nights they only have one soup available. In all the times I have been to subway, this location is the worst!
