This location is convenient and has nice staff. As always the food is tasty and the staff is quick. Old deal of buy 3 and get one free is now pay an extra $3 for 4th

15 new subs to choose from.but I liked the regular sub I would always get. I'm not sure why they basically got rid of the old menu and changed it to all new subs with set toppings. The best part about subway was picking your toppings and building whatever you wanted.

The guy making my order was nice but they didn’t have the bread I would like, plus when I asked for grilled chicken he went into the back and pulled out a clear bag of grilled chicken. Was definitely a put off since I even though I asked for it toasted the chicken was still cold and soggy.

The lady today (Aug 17) just a few moments ago (5: 15) had a real nasty attitude after she put a sauce on my salad I never asked for and I told her I wouldn’t eat the salad.

Honestly, I said “creamy sriracha” and she puts on sub sauce. Grabs the sriracha and then puts it back and grabs the sub sauce and put it all over. She wasn’t even listening for some time when I asked why she put it on, then shoves my stuff through the hole and walks off after I pay and I ask for a lid and she just stares at me and rolls her eyes. Not cool.

Someone that used to work here told me that employees get zero tips from the card machine tip prompt when paying. All goes to the owners. Also watch the meat portions and look up the formulas for the subs. I've been given roughly half the amount of meat that was supposed to be on my footlong (specifically rotisserie chicken) by an older man that works here. Im not going to go into full detail of why I think this was not a mistake, what I seen to think this and the interaction to keep this short but I would not post this if I thought this was a mistake. On a different day, not sure if he forgot this time but the same guy didnt put cheese on my meatball marinara when its supposed to have it. Just watch what you buy here. I know who it was but I will not say. Don't do these things to customers and be fair! You know who you are. (Delayed review; this was within a month)

Very good service, nice staff and quick to build my sandwich, just arrived as the bread was done, which was lucky.

It's Subway, tell them what you want and they put it on, it's not hard. Clerk was friendly enough and store looked clean. Oh one new thing I noticed is that there's the option to tip when you pay by card.

This was the saddest sub. Barely one full scoop of steak for a 12" and the most minimal amount of toppings were given. Very disappointed.

Truly terrible experience. The guy butchered my sandwich from start to finish; didn’t cut the bread properly so the entire inside was mangled, tried to close the sandwich without adding bacon to a chicken bacon ranch (seriously?), put the bacon on literally dripping in grease and didn’t even try to use a napkin or something to soak some up (disgusting!), and then COVERED it in a disgusting amount of ranch (I’ve never seen an employee put the sauce on both sides of the sandwich it was disgusting). I will never be back here thank you SO MUCH Subway for wasting my time and money I will NEVER be back here.

This Subway used to be my go-to, but I'll go out of my way to go to another one from now on. The subs are always super messy, the staff seems poorly trained and there was one guy doing a dinner rush by himself tonight - poor kid - I was waiting for thirty minutes. I think the manager needs to give his head a shake.

I pop by here for breakfast now and then. The woman working the morning shift is always a delight. Great personality and always upselling but in the best possible way.

Depending on whose working this place is nice to visit! My last few times however haven’t been very nice. Had one employee get mad at me because I wanted my sauces packed on the side, since I was planning on traveling quite far. My sub would get soggy otherwise.

I love they still have the buy 3 get 1 free deal at this location, not all locations do unfortunately. I drive out of my way to go there because the food is always fresh, the store is clean, and the staff are friendly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been going to this place for months and I have never experienced something like this before. The last two times I have been here they have been treating me terrible. It’s some desi guy with a little beard. Last time I asked for him to pack my sauces as I am travelling quite a distance and I will put it in myself or else it will get soggy. But he literally sighed out loudly and then complained about how many sauces I was packing for 4 SUBS. And now today he kept doing the opposite of what I was saying. Screw This place. He has a vendetta against me I JUST KNOW IT.

Best customer service in Calgary! Havent seen amazing service like this in a long time. Keep up the amazing work!

So good. I love this Subway, all of the employees are so nice and they work fast and keep their store very clean.

The staff at the 50th ave and 4th street NW are fantastic. My family and I will go out of our way to eat at this location.

One of the besy Subway stores I have found. Fresh looking veggies all the time. Stopped going to a few other Subways for that reason.
