I have been going to this place for a little over 4 years now and have been satisfied with the customer service each and every time! Ashley, the owner; takes her relationships with the clients very seriously and it shows through all the amazing staff that she hires! I can personally tell you that Hayleigh, Hana and Meghan are some of the best sugaring gals I have seen there!

I went to try this place thanks to a recommendation from my sister and niece. My interaction with Sucre was positive and lovely since I contacted over Instagram and then via phone to book, the agent who helped me was so sweet.
My sister and niece were absolutely right, not only the location facilities are beautiful and chic, I loved this technique which is not aggressive as hot wax. My technician was delight (as I am sure all of them are) she was quick and so knowledgeable about what she was doing, she explained step by step which I loved! Definitely going back! This was my first interaction with your business as I was looking for a new beauty spa to see and I'm confused because why do you have a person working up front at reception who is not people friendly? Your staff, Hannah, gave the worst most disrespectful service today. What is with the unnecessary attitude and dirty looks? Maybe she's having a bad day but given her negative approach you'd think she was being forced to work there. Your staff reflects your business so is your business miserable too?

Update to owners respond: To use a war as an excuse for your staffs disrespect is low. My family escaped a war too, and not once have they treated people the way your staff Hannah treats your potential clients. She’s not in Ukraine anymore so what’s the reason behind her stank attitude? There are plenty of Ukrainians currently in Canada begging for a job and despite the communication barrier as you say, they still smile and are friendly. She looked perfectly fine sitting up front ignoring clients to be for her phone. Instead of using war as a guilt trip tactic, teach your staff manners and stop guilt tripping people.

I love sucre! I started sugaring last summer and I’m so glad I chose this boutique. Holly garner is THE BEST. She’s so quick and makes sure to leave you smooth and hairless. She’s so friendly and welcoming. She even massaged my feet for me after the service when applying an after care lotion. If you want to get sugared and feel at home and excited to go to your appointments, go to sucre and book in with holly! She really does go above and beyond. Such a wonderful lady!

Holly also does my eyebrows, she tints, shapes and laminates them for me. She makes sure you leave looking your absolute best! I trust her so much I let my teenage daughter come to get her eyebrows laminated by her too! My daughter loved them and it gave her a huge confidence boost! She made my daughter feel comfortable when in her chair and provided water and some sweets.

As for the studio itself it’s very clean and they just did renovations so it’s fresh and a very nice atmosphere!

My first time getting a full brazilian and my experience was great! Joy was so helpful and supportive, she really kept me at ease. Would definitely be going back!

All the ladies that work here are so nice which makes the environment very welcoming. My first time coming here I was very nervous as it was my first time getting a brazilian but Hailey made those nerves go away quickly. Recently I have been getting my services done by their trainee, Joy, and she’s so kind and did an excellent job as well. This place is amazing! I started off by getting a little lost on the roads and I showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment scared that they’ll reject me, but right off the bat as soon as I walked in I was welcomed right away! Joy was the lady who did my service for me, and she did an amazing job especially as a trainee. I expected a less-smooth experience because I was aware that I booked with a trainee but she was wonderful! She honestly did great and Sam was by her side giving tips when needed.
Both Sam and Joy did an amazing job explaining everything to me, including the procedure, pain, after care, and other questions i had about sugaring. Joy did a wonderful job making sure that I was never uncomfortable and always checking in with me if I was ever being too quiet. The vibes were immaculate? All the workers here are such kind, friendly and welcome girls. They told me about the owner of the store, Ashley, and how much of an amazing person & boss she is and that just made me like the place even better.

It’s evident when a business is ran by an amazing person because its shown through their employees.

Even while I was paying at the front desk, Hailey at the front desk was amazing. She gave great after care advice, and all three of them just made my experience super welcoming considering I was really nervous to begin with.

Overall this place was great, I cant even think of a negative thing to say about my experience even if I tried. Cute interior aesthetic as well haha

Being a man and trying sugaring is quite intimidating. However Rebecca was very comforting and eased me in the process like no place I have been before. I have been getting sugared for over a year now, Hailey is my go to girl! She’s sweet and is super thorough, quick and gentle! She makes the awkwardness not awkward lol
The salon is very clean and organized. I’ve gone a few times with rookies and I haven’t had any bad experiences other than 1 out of 10 times that I’ve had one where she wasn’t thorough and missed a lot.

Honesty i can’t believe i did this, but holly… i believe her name was, sugared my chest and i was really scared at first lol, but she was so nice and gentle! She did a fantastic job, wowwee! My wife is happy now too

The 2 stars are credited to the staff member who performed my service. The conversation flowed easily, I felt comfortable with my body, and the pain was less than expected.

The -3 stars are for the sugaring experience overall. I had never been professionally sugared or waxed prior to making an appt at Sucre. I had sugared myself at home and it went really well so thought I’d try a professional service to get hard-to-reach areas.

I left the appt with a painful bruise at the top of my leg, which the staff member did disclose to me at the end of the appt and said it can happen from the skin being held as she pulls the sugar paste. I had similar/smaller marks left on my underarms.

I developed an intense red rash on my bikini area after my appt. The appearance is slightly improved after 4 days since the appt, but is still tender and irritated.

There was quite a bit of hair left behind on both my legs and bikini area, some probably too short to be caught by the paste but some were long - I spent a couple hours tweezing the most noticeable ones after my appt. I have stubble and hair coming through already, so maybe some of it was broken during the appointment instead of pulled out from the root.

I read that sugaring was great for sensitive skin, that perfectly smooth feel afterwards without leftover hair or stubble, and felt it would be worth the very expensive appointment. All of those things proved untrue for me.

Sami did an AMAZING job. She made me feel so comfortable, and was so professional. Due to my personal circumstances, it was a bit painful, but Sami made me feel like a bad a** hyping me up! So thank you to Sami, and to Sucré in general for your awesome services.

Absolutely love this place. The girls here are fun to talk to and they make your first time feel very comfortable. Beautiful environment with parking at the back of the building. A little pricy, but I always think it is worth to come back.

I've been coming to Sucre since the start of this year. I initially came because of its location, but they have made me fall in love with the sugaring process! I've shaved, waxed, and lasered, and sugaring is relatively painless and quick. Plus, the staff are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable, especially with their Covid-19 protocols.

I decided to get sugaring done because I heard it was much better than waxing.i was veryyy skeptical and curious but man was I surprised!

Much less painful like.scale of 1-10 for me this was a 5. Ofcourse you will feel some sort of pain.ure getting hair pulled out! But theres no after burn or tingling.
I got a brazillian and it was so good. My skin was sooo soft.

I went and saw Ayla Clemis at the 17th location a couple of days ago and omg she was amazing! I highly reccomend seeing her if you are worried about the pain or if its your first time. She is SO quick and thorough it was over before i knew it.she super nice and easy to talk to as well.im moving out of the city but if i wasnt i would go see her every single time.shes amazing!

I went to Sucre for lip fillers with Ashley from Bardot Beauty and had THE MOST amazing experience! I had had my lips done once before and Ashley was more knowledgeable and experienced than I could have ever expected! She and her team made me feel completely at ease and her professionalism and attention to detail was unrivaled! I have never felt more comfortable and confident getting needles in my face ;) Also, the lips turned out PERFECTLY! So natural and subtle! 100% would recommend!

I had sugaring done with Hailey on 17th ave. We did brazillian and underarms. This was the second time I have been sugared, and it was amazing. It was all done in 30 mins, the conversation kept flowing so I didn't really pay attention to what was happening. If you are a waxer, I highly recommend switching to sugaring with Sucre, as you won't regret it. They have me as a lifetime client! You must try them out!
