Suds Car & Truck Wash

It's huge. I like all the options they provide for cleaning the vehicle.
Update: I did auto Wash last night and so much impressed with the Wash. My truck shines like it's been detailed Wash, which is like 300 bucks.

When I washed my car, the charge on the meter was $8.00. I unequivocally pressed the stop button when I was done. When I got home, I was charged $20.00.

Unbelievable.my wife attended today. Soap dispenser was not working nor the bug off so she was in and out in approximately 5 mins and the guy at counter still charged $18.00! The guy was rude and dismissive. We are repeat customers here and really disappointed on how my wife was treated and the price does not sound correct. Would love to provide feedback to the owner/manager.

Consumers beware. Once you have paid already, it takes 6 seconds of your money to even get water pressure, it is no instant. Then it takes an additional 40 seconds to even get soap even if you preset it before paying. So you are throwing away minimum a dollar or so to even get started on you wash. Just a heads up! When using this location.

The posted hours are incorrect or they are arriving late and leaving early all the time. I’ve wasted my time going their on a few occasions.

Great car wash; clean, everything working & great staff! Last time I was in, I forgot my small change purse and one of the attendees found it and kept it safe for me. Thank you

2$ gets you very limited time.and soap brush needs to be running all the time? So if you need to scrub all around your car you have to keep paying.doesn’t make any sense.

They said they were open until 9pm. I went at 826pm and saw a car driving out, pulled up and they turned off their lights!

I used coins (no credit card) but $1 lasts like 45 seconds. At other wand car washes I can clean my van for $6. This one cost me $12 and I didn't even finish the van.

So…. Twice now this place has charged my card the maximum $20 for the self serve wand wash. The first time I couldn’t be sure I actually pressed the STOP key on the pad, but yesterday I double checked. Now my card states another $20 charge when I was there less than 4 minutes… If you choose to use this place, do so at your own financial risk.

What happened to this place? It was the best car wash in Okotoks a few years ago.

It has gotten worse and worse recently. They did have an arm that blocked you from going in until a wash bay was open, that has been broken for a year and I have had to back out more than once.

Last time I was there, one bay had an employees truck parked in it, another bay had a skid steer in it. Two other bays had red cones blocking them. I picked a remaining bay; it would not accept my coins. I asked the worker and he said, “use a credit card or try another bay”. I did, it did not accept my money either. I left never to return.

There is a smaller car wash up the road by the Circle K, that is a nice place and gets my business now despite the extra drive.

I use wash’s all over Alberta in my job. This is by far the worst I have used. The water comes out cold. Complained and attendant showed me the apparent source which was indeed hot but it did not come out the hose hot. Would not recommend nor will I use again

Came to use the pet wash.
The area was clean and spacey. The count system is annoying.
Although, the place wasn’t terrible, I would not go back there.

Equipment was worn out. Dryer wand did not work. Floors were full of mud. No one around to be of assistance
