Keane is an amazing sales person. He is kind and down to earth, knowledgeable he had trucks I wanted to test drive warmed up and ready when we arrived. Highly recommended his services.

Seen the only truck that was reasonable and called to talk with sales about numbers ect.
A singh answered and was very unfriendly, arrogant and was monotone. You can tell this fellow doesn’t like and apreciate his job. Lost interest and hung up. Not interested supporting that dealer with that low quality customer service. Im sure im not the only one that hung up on him and called their competition lol.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody buying here. The sales people are ridiculous. They phone and harass you and then they tell you not to talk to the other salesman. I haven’t even been able to look at the truck and all he wants to know is whether I’m financing or not they just lost a sale forever you can thank your lead salesman Gilbert.

Cedric was very knowledgeable, understanding, and willing/ready to help my boyfriend and I. He kept an open mindset when listening to our needs and our concerns. We really appreciated Cedric’s help and how easy-going he made it. He made it easy to talk to him and test drive a car!

Although I have not visited this dealership or really spoken with anyone, I did go onto the website a handful of times looking for a new vehicle as I was wanting to trade my vehicle in at the time. I filled out all the information to find out what my previous vehicle was estimated at and what payments would be like on a few vehicles (like most people would) but I decided to go with a different dealership for my vehicle purchase. The reason for the low stars is even after filling it out and telling the first person that contacted me that I’m no longer interested as I’ve gone with somewhere else I am still receiving phone calls from this dealership pestering me about getting me into a new vehicle.

I had the best customer service experience from Summit GM. Big thanks to Joseph (Aaron) who made everything so smooth from trading in my vehicle to helping me decide which vehicle to buy. I definitely recommend doing business with this guy! He really took his time to explain all the details and made sure that I'm happy with my decision. I'm loving my Toyota RAV4 TRD Off-Road! Awesome job!

Courtney was such an amazing Sales person! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Even when the vehicle was being seen by a different department at GM, Courtney would reach out, give us updates and check in on the vehicle for us. From the minute you walk into Summit GM, everything is. Karl is an amazing salesman. He's super friendly, honest & goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Hi Jignesh, all of our prices are based off of what the pre-owned market values are. My apologies if we were not able to properly explain that to you. If you are able to come in to the dealership, we would be happy to talk with you!

- Surprised to see that pre-owned car values are high only for the cars this dealership is selling. GM Summit's owner's doesnt that logic apply to customer's trade in value (where you quote 50% of the VMR / Blue Book value.
- If your price was reflective of market values, how did you drop the price of the same vehicle by 6% in two weeks. Did the pre owned market drop as much in two weeks?
- If your prices are based on pre-owned market the same feedback could have been offered on the phone, why give false assurances and waste the customer's time by asking the customer to come to the Stealership?

It seems odd buying a vehicle from a dealership in Ft Mac when you dont live there however I am glad I did. Oscar was quick and dialed and made the buying experince super easy especially given the craziness around buying a vehicle right now. The truck was delivered on time and remotely signing paperwork was not issue. All in all a positive experince.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to! Everytime we take our truck there they try and screw us over! Telling us one price, charging us something else. Trying to charge us for recalls, paid for extra warranty and we don't get anything extra, then having to pay for stuff under warranty that we weren't told about. Bed liner had to be redone. Side steps re done, and can't get mud flaps to fit their trucks! Worst place ever will not buy from Them again.

It was worst custom service faced at summit GM people are saying like if you are not doing business with us we cant give you estimate copy. They sont know how to talk to people 2 time in a row will recommend to not go over there ever.
