Really great service! I came all the from Lethbridge because I wasn't happy with the service I was getting there. I ordered right from the factory and there were some unexpected delays from the factory but Sun City always kept in contact with me and gave me regular updates. When it took longer than expected they got me in a loaner vehicle right away and delivered it to my house which made a huge difference given the unexpected wait times. Teresa was absolutely amazing to work with as well as Sandra who answered all my questions and made sure the signing went smoothly when I got to pick up my car. Thanks so much for all your help and making this fairly easy process!

Great job as always. They were ready for me when I arrived and the job was finished when they said it would be. Nice comfy chair to wait in and the coffee was good!

Went into see the service team with a transmission fault, the issue was looked at straight away and resolved within an hour. Overall great service and correct level of follow up!

Somewhat disappointed with my recent service at Sun City Ford. I brought my vehicle for a drive train issue. Even though they can reproduce the “cluncking”, they could not give me a valid cause besides not to use 4wd unless in deep snow or slushy conditions. Sun City felt that I should be partially responsible for diagnostics and charged me for part of the shop bill. Power train is still acting up and the truck jumps when put into drive from park. Losing confidence in Sun City and seriously thinking of taking it to an independent transmission business for a second opinion.

I moved to Alta a few months ago. I used Sun City Ford for vehicle inspection. I have used Sun City for oil change and now for winter tires. Kris had been my go-to. I prefer to communicate with one person and Kris had been super! He made sure that I got the best product for the best price. WTG Kris and Sun City Ford!

I had a problem with my truck and after taking it to a few other mechanics in town I left with no definite answer. I took it to Ford and they had it diagnosed and repaired in great time.

The service we received from Given was AMAZING! My wife and I are very wary of sales people because both of our dads were car salesmen for over 30 years and we have both known and experienced a lot of bad car salesmen. Dealing with Given was a breath of fresh air! No pressure, very informative and very easy to talk to. A lot of sales people could learn a few things from Given's honest and genuine approach. We shopped at a few other dealerships and were almost 'stalked' from the moment we drove onto the lot. Dealing with Sandra, Given and Alex was a great experience.

As for the vehicle.well, this is not Ford as I knew it growing up. This vehicle has blown us away with all of the newest features and safety factors. Driving is a brand new experience in the Timberline, and since I turn 50 in a few weeks, I'm very peculiar with the vehicles that I like. I've had a lot of good vehicles and a few not so good vehicles, but I've never driven a Ford. I have nothing but good things to say about the vehicle! I'm really quite impressed.

And coming from someone who worked for Honda in the detail department, I can say the the Timberline was in immaculate condition when we received it, so major kudos to the person who was responsible for detailing the vehicle prior to delivery!

I can honestly say that there is nothing that could have been done to improve our buying experience. Given - thank you for being so easy to deal with and patient as we asked a million questions to ensure we were making the right decision. Sandra - you were very personable and made the financial aspect as painless as possible while making sure we were informed of all the options. Alex - thank you for not being that pushy sales manager and allowing my wife and I to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. And to the car detailer - you my friend know your stuff and made this vehicle look absolutely stellar! Thank you Sun City Ford!

My F150 needed warranty repair work and I was very impressed with getting it in on a Saturday for a Technician to look at! Sun City went above and beyond to see that my truck and myself were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service.

They are easy to book appointments with. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and for a good price.

First class service and administration, so happy with this dealership every time I need them. Has to be the best Ford dealership in Canada.

I use Sun city regularly and the service I have received from Jeff Pahl the Customer service Manager is second to none every time I'm there.
I had some more work done recently under warranty and Ken set up my visit and the loaner car nothing to much for Ken and extremely helpful to accommodate my out of hours pick up going the extra mile thanks Ken.

Not very good.
Billed twice for 1 oil change. Was advised Sun's machine having trouble with Internet & I shud check with my bank, advising it wasn't Sun Ford fault. Bank advises no problem with internet, is beginning investigation.
I await reimbursmment

Had my F150 in to repair a leak I had noticed. Sun City found three different leaks and advised me up front on the cost of repair and severity of the issues. All were fixed in the time frame they proposed and the quality of work is amazing.

We ordered a 2022 F150 from Sun City and the process was a great experience. Davin and his sales team were very easy to work with and he helped me through the fine details of the order, made sure I knew what I was getting and the deal was top notch. They kept me posted on the factory order progress as best as they could. Happy to say it arrived a little bit sooner than expected. The truck was gleaming when we went to pick it up the final detail work was perfect. The are a lot of features in this truck and the sales team spent as much time as I needed to help me understand them all, I really appreciated that as there are many features that were new to me.
They were very helpful with the paper work and guided me on getting the correct insurance documents and even gave me directions to the nearest Registry; we are from out of town so that was a little extra helpful perk. The Dealership is modern and gleaming and the showroom was full of very nice Mustangs (caught my eye as we own a Mustang) and the staff was very pleasant. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend you pay them a visit. Oh by the way the truck is awesome!

We were driving from Calgary to Regina on Friday morning when ten minutes out of Medicine Hat
the gears on our Ranger began to slip.
We drove into Sun City Ford for help and received excellent service. They had us back on our way within two hours. It really turned out to be a very positive experience because of the friendly and concerned effort. Thank you again.

Not impressed with the support & service I received from Suncity Ford in my last interaction. I have ford edge 2019 & I called suncity ford regarding engine light on warning.
I was glad that they picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed it and dropped it back. It was all good until this point. Next day, same engine light problem occurred & I called them on Monday if I can bring my car so that they can fix it up. Guy on the phone said they are booked until Wednesday. I said I have to go out of the town on thursday & its kind of urgent. He said go somewhere else to check the issue.lol
Seriously now I have to go somewhere else to fix the issue. Anyhow, I called them yesterday too, they said now they are booked till thursday. I said ok, can I get the loaner car please. He said No, last one is gone today too.

All limits crossed, simple they had no intentions to help their customer at all. In the end, I called the other dealership & they gave me the appointment next day happily. It was hurtful as I had my all oil changes, bought new tires from them in last 3 years & all that trust got shattered with one bad experience. Disappointed with their bad service and will not recommend to anyone.

We had a very good experience here. Brian our salesman worked very hard to help us get what we needed.

My vehicle decided to have issues, phoned and told them what it was doing - this was twenty minutes to lunch time. Went there after lunch and they looked at it immediately. Lucky for us they had the part and we were out in less than two hours. So -, fast friendly service.
