Sunbelt Rentals

My partner and I wasted our time trying to get a simple rental of a drill and a jigsaw from this company. After seeing online that they had battery power tools for hire we went into the first branch and asked about hiring one, they looked extremely confused and told us they had no battery powered tools at all and that we should go to their other location up near the airport (across town) as they ‘had just gotten a bunch of new battery tools’. So off we went to the other branch, where we got looked at like aliens when we asked for a jigsaw, the man was so confused and had to be told by another worker what it was. After realising what we were after he flat out said no we don’t have any battery powered tools and that we should try rogers rent all down the road. Safe to say we wouldn’t recommend this business if you want battery tools, they really need to figure out what they do and don’t have and fix their website accordingly.
