I went to Sundance clinic 6 months ago with no pain, no signs of cavities and just for a check up. My previous doctor told me that none of my teeth had any issues but when Dr. Zsott visited me he said 8 of my teeth needed fillings including 2 crowns! He filled 3 of my teeth in one session (2 new fillings and one re-filling). Since then, all 3 teeth are in such a harsh pain that I cannot eat on that side AT ALL and sometimes need pain killers. I went back a couple of times and he said my teeth probably need root canal now and that these things happen! He told me that this sometimes happens with refills (although never warned me before), and i haven't had issues with refills in the past. I’ve always been so careful about my teeth and they’ve been in great shape until he touched them. I’ve been eating with pain and misery since then. I’m afraid to say that none of these might have happened if I didn’t mention to them that I had insurance at the time!

The team at Sundance Dental and Dr. Szott were very patient with my 5 year old ‘wiggly’ son. They made the experience as comfortable as possible for him and were able to complete the work without going to the pedodontist. Thanks again!

Been going here for about 4-5 years now or so. Friendly helpful staff both at front desk and in the workroom, transparent. They’re all communicative and on top of their stuff at all times. I would recommend.

Charged over 400 dollars for half a teeth cleaning and they didn't finish the x-rays. Would've been around 800 dollars for the teeth cleaning. My teeth aren't stellar but I know they don't have 800 dollars worth of cleaning on them. I was also charged for being a new customer but when making the appointment I was assured there would be no charge.
When trying to get in contact they basically said there was nothing they could do so needless to say I am going a different route with my dentistry.

All the staff at Sundance Dental are friendly, kind, and caring. We've never had to wait, and our appointments are quick but thorough. Dr. Qin is great at explaining what she is doing and answering follow up questions. We're happy to have found this clinic!

Bad Company Crooked! Everyone watch out for Sundance dentist. They rooked me good.
I made an appointment for a check up, when i got there they said you get a free cleaning for being a new customer.and they didn't even finish the cleaning did 1/3 and exrays charged me over 500.00 and didn't finish they said they were out of time. I was so upset they took advantage told them and have emails to prove i only wanted a check up. Bad company and dentist was very quick and rude ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I felt very comfortable during my session, I also received a professional advice from my hygienist to prevent gingivitis. Base on her experience it is very important to maintain healthy gums through a regular dental cleaning every 5 months. The clinic is kept very clean and comfortable, peaceful environment and wonderful staff.

The receptionists, hygienists and dentists are all so incredibly kind! I've never had a negative experience here. My children all feel safe, confident and well cared for so much so that I never have to be in the room with them during their appointment! Highly recommend Sundance Dental as their service is phenomenal!

Best dental clinic in Calgary! Gary Harrison is a very professional dentist ever! He fixed my filling very quickly, I was very satisfied with the experience I had in Sundance Dental Clinic! Kids received a small presents and were very happy about it

Dr. Harrison is probably the best dentist we have encountered. He is kind and patient and my 7 year old son absolutely adores him. Having a dentist like him makes it so much easier to get small kids to the dentist!

Had a broken crown replaced. Their new digital imaging system to create a new tooth was amazing. The fit was perfect and there were no bite corrections. The crown snapped in and right away felt like the original tooth. So quick and easy. Thanks for the great experience Gary!

Everyone here is kind and professional. They do an amazing job on mine and mine family's teeth. I highly recommend them not only for adults but also for children they are wonderful with my kids.

I have been going to Dr. Harrisson since 1991. He has kept me and my 2 grown children healthy throughout the years.
He is always so professional, kind, respectful, and safety conscious. Despite covid, the morale in the clinic seems very high and upbeat. That says a lot about everyone there.

I've been a patient of Dr. Harrison since I was a teenager. When Dr. Zott joined the practice, I started seeing him as well and would highly recommend both dentists for anyone looking for a competent, friendly and caring dentist. Appointment times are on schedule, paperwork straightforward and patient visits very organized, especially in these extraordinary times we live in currently (covid July 2020). Love every single person in that dental clinic from the girls at the front desk all the way to my dentist, Dr. Luke Szott who is kind and very good at his profession. I can't seem to find enough words to Express how much I love my hygienist Elaine, the kindest and most caring person I know. Very polite, patient and absolutely amazing in her field. I would not change anything about that clinic. Happy to trust them with my dental care.

It was my first visit to them, and it was VERY BAD

Went for regular check with Dr. Harrison, and was told that I needed three fillings and a cleanup, it was a nightmare from the start, The first filling (I had no complaints about the old filling but just went in for routine check and was told that I needed to replace it), now it has been almost a month and the pain AND face bruising is still there (not to mention that the doctor was not in the work mood, so he was really rough dealing with my teeth), that left me bruised up for 3 weeks, and every time I call to ask about it I got ignored. Not to mention that I had no problems before with eating on that tooth, now it is painful and because of the doctor's very low quality work, I get food stuck in it every time I eat.

The second filling, which again he rapped it up super fast (as if he was forced to do it, or free!) he did not even care to smooth down the tooth edges, which ended up scaring my face, again, and causing me to have uneven teeth edges.

So I finally called the office to complain about them and their very poor service, and they were not even interested in hearing me out, so I cancelled my dealing with this clinic all together.

Don't recommend AT ALL.

My kids used to hate going to the dentist until we started coming here. Now they can't wait for their appointments. The staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting room is super comfy. And if you are good you get a treat. Thank you, Sundance. See you soon!

I had been looking for a family dentist ever since I had moved to Calgary. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old that had never been to the dentist. I found sundance dental through recommendations on my community page on Facebook. The experience I had there was fantastic. Their waiting room had tons of toys and even a fish tank to keep my kids occupied. Their hours of operation were perfect for us as a family as they are open later during the week and also on Saturdays. We also found that our dental assistant was amazing. She explained to my children every took she would use in their mouth and made it a fun experience instead of a scary one. They are now our family dentist and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to bring their toddler for their first dental visit.

Be Careful when dealing with this Dental Clinic Make sure everything is preapproved from you insurance COMPANY, these ladies Nicole and Reina told me to come in to the clinic and told me my Visit will be Covered by my insurance, but when i was done the told me i have to pay them, long story short the refused to admit they made a MISTAKE which made me lose 170$ out of my pocket which could be prevented if they did their homework.
