Purchased a Cameo spa from Melle. She was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t rush us. She went the extra mile as we completed the purchase, making herself available via text. The financing experience was easy and painless. Overall a very positive experience!

Edit: one year later we’ve traded our Cameo in for a HydroPool swim spa. The process and financing fast and easy! Delivery, setup and removal of the old spa was a hiccup free experience.

We had a great experience buying our Hydropool with Cori at Sundance Spas. Cori was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to seek out all the extra information we wanted prior to purchase. She also gave us great advice and info regarding delivery and set up. The delivery/tech team was fantastic as well. We are 1 week in and loving our new swim spa. As first time owners we have been appreciative of Cori's ongoing support as we learn about chemicals and maintenance. Thank you!

We enjoyed shopping for our hot tub at Sundance in Edmonton, everyone was super patient and helpful, answering our questions to make sure we got the hot tub we wanted. Malie made organizing delivery a breeze and even worked with us when we had to delay things. All in all a positive experience for newbie hot tub owners.

This business is very unprofessional. I ordered Jacuzzi parts from Jacuzzi Calgary as per owner recomandations. I got the parts and when I called Florin for services no answer. Called Sundance and they told me that they can not provide the service because I didn't order the parts directly from them. I was totally shocked due to the fact that Florin told me to call him when I get the parts in.
He could have told me from the start that they wouldn't provide maintenance if I would order the parts from Jacuzzi. He let me ordered the parts and now I need to find another provider for replacing those parts. Definitely not a business to work with.
Very disappointed. This is not the way you run a business.

Awesome service, knowledgeable techs and good chemical products. I had all kind of issues with my hot tub water and with my pump and guess what - I live in Calgary and couldn't get to the bottom of it with the local guys. I was visiting Edmonton and paid them a visit at some friend recommendation, told them my problems and they recommended me some chemicals I've never used before and I bought a pump that I changed myself (they were kind enough to offer me over the phone guidance considering I am not located in their service area). Now, few months after I switched to those chemicals and following their advice, my hot tub water is nice, clean and balanced and the new pump performs amazing. I understood they have new management and new everything for over a year now - I wish we had a store like this one with knowledgeable techs in Calgary (I didn't interact with the sales people so no idea about that part but the selection of hot tubs they have is impressive.). Thanks guys.

From shopping to parts to just general inquiries, Sundance of Edmonton has been exceptional. Mel, who sold us on the Hamilton 780 was knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward. I have nothing but great things to say about them or the spa. Repeat customers FOR SURE!

We purchased a Spa from Melle at Sundance Edmonton, and we have been extremely satisfied with our purchase. We knew we would enjoy a hot tub before we purchased it, but we underestimated how much time we would use it. It is one of the best purchases we have made for our home for general quality of life improvements. Soaking in the tub has become a nightly ritual, does a great job at easing away stress.

We did a ton of research on spas before choosing Sundance, and we can see why the have such a high reputation. Terrific service and a high quality tub. Definitely worth the money and not all marketing fluff like some of their competitors.
