Store was ok and I got what I want. However, it was Saturday should have min 2 SA in the store as I was waited quite long due to SA was assisting another customer in cashier.
Scarlett made us feel very welcome and provided us an amazing service and even though we didn't find the color and design that we wanted, she assisted us on getting it ordered online.
I wanted to share how I have always had an amazing experience at this location. Flora has taken care of me every single time. Even when my sunglasses were not from the store she has adjusted them and made them look and fit right. I would always come back to her like I have been and would highly highly recommend anyone to come to her for proper choice of sunglasses and fitting. She is the best!
I had a awesome experience I was struggling trying to find a pair of glasses that looked good on me and I’m very picky a gentleman named Justin mentioned one pair and it was perfect.much better then what I even had in mind. He got me set up to get my glasses shipped to my house and was simple straight forward and very friendly

We had a wonderful experience with Flora (the store manager) today. My husband had issues with his glasses. She took the time to find us in the system as we did not register our glasses under our profile. She treated us with lots on kindness. As she was going above and beyond, I felt shy asking her to fix my tilted glass that I purchased while ago. I was surprised when I saw that she asked whether I want her to checkout my glasses. She then fixed my glass. She gave us the best customer service experience that I ever had during my many previous purchases and experiences in many other Sunglass Hot stores. She is an asset for the company and she needs to be promoted to a higher management levels. Thanks Flora️
We have made several purchases there and even when there was a problem we had replacements defective units that were replaced and they were super helpful and even gave me better pricing

I just left Sunglass Hut at Chinook Mall, and a LOVELY Lady named Milena helped me look for the perfect Christmas gift! I took advantage of the Black Friday Sale (30% off) they currently have too. She even requested a new one to be shipped to the store as they didn't have an extra pair on hand. She was swift, kind, helpful, patient and easy to talk to. It is so nice to be in a store where you feel welcome at all times in terms of just browsing or to buy something. So thankful for Flora for helping us with our concerns. If I can only give 10 stars I will do. She welcomed us, listened to our concerns about the glasses we had, and solve the problem right away. She’s smiling always which gives you the vibes too. March, 12,2019 Incredibly rude young Philippino lady working today 3: 30pm location two in the mall, when I went in to get referral on refund or exchange, had reciept on top of the profile she pulled up, Totally treated me last ke I was trying to scam them, ended up leaving with nothing accomplished, need less to say, the girl working should not be employed in a customer service setting, very dissatisfied.
Just been here at Sunglass hut chinook 2nd floor.undecided on which sunglass i came back 3x.i was called in by the saleslady saying i should not be doing coming in 3x as it counts customer and she will get in trouble? ! I still bought the sunglass.frustrated by service though
Skylar at the downstairs location was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She helped assist me to find the perfect pair of glasses that I'm in love with and I will definitely be back at sunglass hut because of her amazing customer service!
I came into Sunglass Hut located downstairs Chinook mall and I was in disbelieve given the service. I was approached by a lady with black hair, Flora I believe. She was tense and on the fence about helping me. Her time seemed too valuable for me, the customer and she absolutely did not engage nor care about the questions I asked. I then proceeded to another associate Skyler who was a bit more helpful but not confident in the answers. She also needed to call Flora over who already showed she was uninterested. When I asked to speak to a regional manger, Flora immediately changed her tone, body language & attitude offering me $75 off my purchase. Sketchy I thought.
My whole experience at sunglass hunt was a disaster. I was treated poorly, the service was completely unethical. I am sad to say given my experience today at Sunglass Hunt (downstairs of Chinook mall) I will not return as a long time customer. I hope sunglass hut deals with the atrocious behaviour and offers premium performance in a premier shopping that hold a destination for the top brands, latest trends and exclusive styles of high quality fashion in addition to high quality customer service.
We went there today and made it very clear that we were just looking.the girl who initially came over to help us literally would not leave us alone, every 2 seconds she was back right in our faces even though we stated we were just looking and wanted to be left alone! So pushy and unneeded, my partner ended up walking right out and then she asked me if she was being annoying.yes, yes you were! I understand you work commission etc but if people make it clear that they don’t want help, don’t push them!
