Staff didn't say a word to us the entire time we were there. Dont work retail if your anti social.

Just had a visit today and got new Rayban Glasses. The guy in store was so nice! I guess his name was JAX. He helped me to find best glasses for me in store. He was so friendly and the best cashier. Good job JAX

The staff here is very knowledgeable of their product. I was helped immediately apon walking in the store. My overall experience here was great, I will be returning here for sure!

Spent an hour in the store looking at glasses, wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed a hand.
Only time I was spoken to was when I was making a purchase.

One of racist person I have ever met in my file. (Crystal) She does not have sense how to talk with customer was so rude with me. She should not be working here. I bought from them 550$ gucci glasses. She can't even afford to buy. Don't buy anything from these racists. Buy direct online. Who ever owned this shop hire some well trained workers. Male worker was so nice.

Very poorly trained staff here! They choose to put the phone down on customers just trying to get some guarantee that a $200 order would turn up SOMEWHERE rather than the given HOPEFULLY! Emily and her sidekick are clearly just out of their depths working in that environment, putting the phone down is the first option. Thankfully Grant at the Calgary store was professional.

This is our 6th pair of sunglasses that we bought from this location. And we always had a very pleasant experience. The lady at the store is amazing, quickly realized that what you need. She is very friendly and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Lots of options/great selection! Prices seem high for sunglasses BUT they're very competitive (I guess I just didn't realize what they cost). Helpful staff, laid back atmosphere.

Absolutely welcoming. Although we went in for sunglasses, we got an even better experience inside. The salesman was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't a pair of sunglasses in that store that he didn't know about. He was kind and friendly and funny. I would absolutely go back!

Store was clean and well organized. I was helped immediately and allowed to browse. They have a decent selection and the staff are very knowledgeable. If they could lower their pricing it would be a 5 star all the way.

I went there with a problem on my recently bought glasses. I have been to other Huts before. Nobody gave me the advices and knowledge as Alex did in this store. What a great guy! I was able to save money due to his helpfullness and experience. Thanks Alex!
