The sales associate who helped me on Oct 2nd was excellent! I really appreciated his patience and he did a great job helping me find sunglasses.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Francis, he was super friendly and welcoming. I gave him a few difficult requests and he was very eager to find me the right glasses. I spent a considerable amount of time looking and he reassured me that it was no rush and he did not mind helping me for as long as it may take, making me feel I was a valued customer. He showed me many glasses of all styles, price ranges and brands. He was hilarious and made great conversation. After finding the glasses I wanted, he still kept up with awesome customer service! He put an order for my glasses to be shipped to my door (I wanted an unopened box and they only had the floor display left). It is free shipping so that’s awesome. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving. He was very thorough with sanitizing everything before giving it to me and after I touched it. I would strongly recommend this store for the sole experience I had. Give that man a raise. People like him will continually draw great reviews and strong recommendations to friends and family.

Horrible service. Went to get a minor service for my glasses. They refused to do it even though I bought the glasses at a Sunglass Hut in Dubai. I went to Lenscrafters and they offered to do the service for free. Wouldnt recommend Sunglass Hut in the future.

Friendly staff got lots of help and now I know what's in style. Cool place to shop.
